MTV News confirmed Helena Bonham Carter will be playing the Red Queen and Anne Hathaway will be playing the White Queen in Tim Burton’s version of “Alice In Wonderland”.
We already knew that Helena Bonham Carter would get a role but didn’t know which role she would get, now we do.
Film is sounding good so far.
I wonder who Burton is going to get for the The Queen of Hearts, The Knave of Hearts and the King of Hearts. I also wondering who’s going to play the Duck and the Caterpillar.
Is Danny Elfman going to do the score for this film as well?
“The Office” and “Get Smart” star Steve Carell just signed a three year first-look deal with Warner Bros. Meaning Steve gets to work with Warner Bros. for three years on film either to star in or to produce. Not only that, he is also on board to reprise his role as Maxwell Smart for the sequel of “Get Smart”. He also has a lot of other film ideas to work with Warner Bros. as well.
The guitar GOD Eddie Van Halen is getting married again, sorry I lost count. Eddie is now engaged to his publicist Janie Liszewski as he popped the question while they were vacationing in Hawaii. He proposed to her in a private room at Tiffany’s. They plan to marry next June.
Rumours are going strong that Sarah Palin herself is willing to impersonate Tina Fey in return. Are Sarah and Tina identical twins? Some would like to think so.
There’s a cool interview with actor Jeff Bridges, he speaks on various movies from “The Big Lebowski” to “Iron Man” and the new upcoming “Tron” sequel.

A sequel to Ridley Scott’s 1982 science fiction film “Blade Runner” that starred Harrison Ford is in the works. It has been confirmed that “Eagle Eye” writer Travis Wright is penning the screenplay for “Blade Runner 2”.
Is he writing the script for Harrison Ford to return in the sequel? Who knows.
I love the “Blade Runner” movie. As long as Harrison Ford is gonna star in it and as long as Ridley Scott is still on board to direct the sequel, then I’ll go see it.
But if Harrison and Ridley aren’t in, then no “Blade Runner” sequel for me.
