Am I a troll like a lot of people say I am??? I vote NO!!!!

Over the last ten years or so, my internet web presence has always been labeled as a “troll”. Make no mistake about it, though, it’s like that’s nothing I’ve ever heard before. I’m pretty used to getting called that ’cause I get called a “troll” so many times. I still get called that to this day.

The internet slang, “troll”, is supposed to be mean someone who uses the internet to start up arguments with people or upsetting them. You say stuff that is supposed to be “negative” or offensive, everyone will be on your ass about it and get their panties in a bunch. To be honest, I always thought, “troll” is an unfair and the wrong word to describe people who want to speak their mind. When you see people in forums, twitter, facebook, youtube and other social networking sites starting up a “controversial” debate… they are not a “troll”… I always viewed them as a brutally honest person who is not afraid to tell the truth in front of everybody. So I can’t blame people for wanting to speak their mind anonymously.

Yes, telling the truth is not gonna make you any friends and may turn people off but it would be nice if we can speak our mind without getting called a troll or a hater, ya know? That’s the internet. People are whacked and crazy.

A lot of people in the local music community hate me for it, which includes some local musicians and music fans. I’ve been blocked and deleted by a lot of people in facebook/twitter. Been kicked out of forums over the past years. Amazing how people get their panties in a bunch.

This is the internet. There is nothing you can do about “trolls”. Some people will view the internet as a good tool to speak your mind. About anything you want. That’s why I use the internet for. The internet is a public world so everything is not gonna be positive, friendly, and lovable.

I’m not afraid to speak my mind. I don’t care what anyone thinks. I’m a critic. That’s what I do. I’m not afraid to be real about stuff whether it will be politics, music, movies, etc. That’s the whole point of this blog. I’m not afraid to say things like “this is garbage” or I don’t agree with this and that. I’m not afraid to say stuff that this person is a douchebag and not afraid to call out on your bullshit.

Don’t get me wrong, though, I can be a friendly, lovable and positive guy; however, I’m not gonna be friendly, lovable and positive on “EVERYTHING”. I don’t have to be and don’t need to be. I’m 100% confident in my brutal honesty and feel no regrets. I feel sorry for guys like Simon Cowell, Sarah Palin, or Donald Trump who just wants to speak their mind without being called “hateful” things by the public.

I don’t hide behind freedom of speech behind everything, though. Sometimes I’ll admit I do go overboard on some things and I’ll regret what I said but it rarely happens.

I’m never gonna change my online web personality. Can’t help it. This is who I am. I speak my mind and I’m honest. That’s all there is to it. There are some people out there who never take anything I say seriously… that’s what I like to see more of online.

When people want to speak their mind, they shouldn’t be labeled as “trolls”. Don’t judge the book by it’s cover, they can be good people. They’re just honest, that’s it and when people call them “trolls”, the “troll” is saying the right things. They gotta be doing something right if they’re getting people mad.

There’s nothing wrong with what I do and if people don’t like it… here’s a big middle finger to all of them. You’re welcome.

Flea to write memoir…

As a longtime fan of the Chili Peppers, I’m looking forward to this one. Flea is writing a memoir. I’m sure the book will be about his life and music career with the Chili Peppers but in this article the book will mainly focus on his friendship with Anthony Kiedis. I’m sure Flea can tell an interesting story ’cause he is an interesting guy. I’ve read plenty of interviews with Flea through various music magazines over the years so I know he can tell a good story. I’m sure he’ll talk about how he first picked up the bass and what made him want to play and stuff so that’ll be interesting.

See more here:

I like to read rock music memoirs. Why? Because reading about a musicians life is interesting to me. I’ve read plenty of rock memoirs from Neil Young, Clapton, Dave Mustaine, Sammy Hagar, Dee Snider, Pete Townshend, etc.

Joe Satriani is coming out with his own memoir later this month and can’t wait to read that one as well.

If you want to survive in local music, here are some things you must do…

I had to delete that previous post on local music ’cause I admit it, that post was kind of harsh and out of line a little bit but if you want to have a positive and successful local music life… here is a short list of things that you must do:

  • Don’t trust anyone – This one is the truth. Some people in the music world may appear to like & support you but you’ll never know if they really don’t. Knowing from experience, I’ve seen plenty of people like that, been stabbed in the back too many times. Don’t take sides with anybody, stay neutral. Just play your music and enjoy.
  • Ignore the critics/doubters – You will get ’em everywhere. Like I said before, no matter how good of a person you are, you can’t avoid negative people. So just ignore them the best you can… that includes negative critiques from other bands and music promoters. Simply put, don’t care about how anyone feels about you.
  • Just do your own thing and that’s it – That means caring about your music only and just that. Forget everyone and everything else and focus on your own art.
  • Stay out of drama of any kind – Don’t get yourself involved in heated feuds with other musicians and bands. Stay out of everyone else’s bullshit completely. That includes in social networking sites like facebook/twitter/forums/blogs/etc. In other words, if there are heated arguments between musicians on line, stay out of it.

If you can do those few things, life in local music can be great!

I do support bands and music artists. I’m only going to support the ones who I like and the ones who have a professional attitude ’cause some musicians and bands don’t know what “professional” is all about. Not naming names.

Kurt Cobain the musical? That’s a horrible idea and Kurt himself wouldn’t want it…

I’m fine with Courtney’s idea of a Kurt movie biopic and documentary but I’m not okay with the musical idea. That’s not what Kurt himself would have wanted and he would be disgusted by the idea. Hopefully, Dave Grohl will speak up and stop the musical from happening. On top of that, I don’t think she owns the right to Nirvana’s song cataloug, correct me if I’m wrong? I think Dave Grohl and the surviving Nirvana members own all the rights to Nirvana’s music. Not quite sure, though, I’m looking into it. I do know that Courtney lost the rights to Kurt’s image in 2012 so she could get sued for this anyways and I hope she does.

The Allman Brothers…

Because of that book pictured above, “One Way Out” by Alan Paul, I have gotten turned on to the Allman Brothers music. I mean… REALLY TURNED ON. Because of that book, I fucking love the Allman Brothers now. Before I read that book, I was never much of an Allman Brothers fan. I mean… don’t get me wrong… I’ve heard a lot of their hits on the radio over the years but I’ve never bought their records.

This book above is recommended reading for any music lover or if you’re a fan of the Allman Brothers yourself. It gives a detailed look on the history of the Allmans. It gives you everything. From their formation to where they are now. Duane Allman was an important member to them ’cause he was the one who started the band but sadly his career with them didn’t last too long due to his death when they just released the “Fillmore East” live album… that was at the start of their fame too.

The book doesn’t just try to make the band look good like any typical band biography. This book even talks about the negative stuff and all the setbacks the Allman Brothers went through over the years. They went through heated feuds with the members most notably the heated feud between Greg Allman and Dicky Betts. Dicky is no longer with the Allman Bros. ’cause they hate each other.

It was an interesting history of a legendary band. Thanks to this book, I purchased 7 albums from the Allman Brothers: “Self titled debut”, “Eat A Peach”, “At The Fillmore East”, “Brothers and Sisters”, “IdleWind South” and “Where It All Begins”. I’ve become obsessed with their music as you can see. I’m gonna collect their entire discography, I think. I’m beginning to think that the Allman Brothers are my second favorite band right behind Led Zeppelin now. I can’t stop listening to the Allman Brothers. One thing though, this band have been unfairly been labeled as Southern Rock and I don’t they’re Southern Rock at all. The Allman Brothers to me is a blues/jazz band with a crossover of rock n’ roll. They throw in some country music sometimes too. They’re mostly a blues/jazz band, though.

I have total respect for Gregg Allman and Duane is now one of my favorite guitarists of all time. The other guitarists who played in the band are great too like Dicky Betts, Derek Trucks and others. Dicky Betts wrote most of the material of the Allmans over the years. Warren Haynes and Derek Trucks are pretty much the new leaders of the Allmans now. I don’t think Dicky will ever reunite with the band but ya never know. Never say never. Dicky was an important member of the band too ’cause he wrote most of the band’s important songs.

I fuckin’ love the Allmans. I’m dying to get my chance to see them live now so if they ever play a concert here again someday, I’ll make sure I’ll go. That book is recommended reading. After reading that book, makes me want to read Greg Allman’s memoir, “My Cross To Bear” which I will read soon. They have a pretty interesting history.

I know the Allman’s recently played a series of shows at the Beacon in NYC but Greg couldn’t play one of them ’cause he was suffering bronchitis. The Allman Brothers rock and can’t get enough of their music. I want more.

Telling the truth about Obamacare is not hating or trolling, it’s just the truth, that’s it…

1908271_725416994170356_1849744592_n

Like usual each time you disagree with Obama’s politics… you get labeled a hater, troll, a crazy right-winger, or a racist and all that freakin’ bullshit. Typical left-wing facebook bullshit, it’s a circus in there for sure. That’s why I try my best to avoid politics discussion in facebook ’cause like I said before people are dumb and crazy. They also accuse me of listening to such popular right-wingers such as Rush Limbaugh or Sarah Palin. They laugh at me for admiring those two but that’s okay, fuck ’em. My opinion on Obamacare didn’t come from listening to other right-wing politicians or celebrities. My opinion on Obamacare is my own opinion alone and I mean well.

Yes, I may have physical disabilities like with my scoliosis and other things but that’s the point of me being scared of O’care. If I enroll into this shit, I may no longer get the help I need in case I might need surgery for something down the road. I’m scared of my taxes and bills going sky high. I’m scared of hospitals and doctors no longer being able to accept me ’cause they won’t accept O’care. These things could happen if you sign yourself up. When you criticize people’s health and disabilities after them trashing Obamacare, that means you just insulted everyone else with problems so you better be more careful of how you all respond to people. Obamacare have obviously gotten mixed criticism. Some agree with it, some don’t. So you’re gonna get negative Obamacare criticism whether you like it or not. When you see people trash O’care, they are scared of it too. That’s why Republicans in Congress have been trying to fight for a full repeal ’cause they are scared of what O’care may do to them and the American people.

If you get seriously injured in an accident, you may not even get help in the ER ’cause they won’t accept the O’care insurance. If you have a family member who has cancer or is sick, the doctors will refuse to help ’cause they may not accept O’care. Your loved ones could die ’cause they couldn’t get help from O’care. You could even die over it too.

Quite honestly, I think that’s Obama’s goal with O’care. He wants to kill everybody with it. His way of destroying America. O’care would have made Hitler and Stalin proud.

O’care is pretty controversial but what’s new with Obama, right? Everything he does is controversial. He’s a piece of garbage and a total fraud. This health bill should be good enough to see that. Sure enough, some people are still siding with everything Obama does and still treat his political moves positively like blind and ignorant fucks. Just a lot of misinformed people who just signed up, not reading anything about it.

Even if you disagree with O’care, you still shouldn’t sign up for it. O’ care is just putting the country into a lot of danger. It could instigate terrorist attacks and other crimes could happen because of it. It could even start riots and protesting — I’m betting riots and protesting will start happening in D.C. sooner or later.

This law is just illegal and unconstitutional. It’s insane how some people can’t understand that. I won’t sign up to something that’s illegal and fraudulent. I won’t care if I get fined or get thrown in jail. Bring it on. I’m just NOT paying for this scam. Like usual some people find nothing wrong with O’care just like they find nothing wrong with Obama himself as a human being.

On top of that, I won’t support anything from this murderer and liar. Once again, how can you believe in this health law after all the stuff he’s done to our country: NSA, IRS, Benghazi, Operation: F&F, etc. This guy is a maniac. Congratulations. You just allowed this maniac to have O’care all over the mainstream. On top of that, O’care is costing so much tax dollars too. Costing so much tax dollars to promote it and get it out there and all that stuff.

If you enrolled, your life is done. You just let Obama win and you just handed over your support to a scum bag who isn’t to be trusted. Good job America. This law needs to be repealed. America deserves a better health care system. I really hope Hillary won’t be our next president ’cause she’s going to make the health care system a lot worse than Barack’s.

Are people really this naive over Obamacare? Wow…

Obamacare3

As expected, the health care website went down just before the deadline. Like a lot of people, I think it was on purpose so the Obama administration can have an excuse to extend the deadline.

http://www.politico.com/story/2014/03/healthcaregov-website-down-obamacare-deadline-105197.html?hp=l1

Here’s the full .pdf of Obamacare which I plan on reading:

Click to access PLAW-111publ148.pdf

I plan on taking the time to read the whole thing this week. It’s over 900 pages long, though. I’ll take some notes while reading it and write my thoughts down on the blog.

It’s interesting how people criticize my health care when I bash O’care though. I would rather be on the health care I have now instead of getting my life destroyed with O’care. O’care was never meant to help people. It’s just the Obama administrations shady way of making more money. Again, just part of Obama’s plan in destroying America.

You can’t believe this is a legit health law just because the government says it is.  I understand people have health problems and can’t afford medical bills on their own but there are other options. O’care isn’t the way to go.

To those who make claims that it’s a good law, let me tell you something. That’s how the Obama administration wants to make it look like. They try to make it a good law. Those who believe it’s a good law and pretty loyal to it just don’t realize all the bad things hidden in the law. There are way too many secrets in the law people don’t know about.

When Republicans/conservatives try their best to warn people and tell the truth, they usually get bullied and made fun of by the left. We tried our best to talk people out of enrolling but talking to the left is like talking to a brick wall. There can never be an intelligent debate without the right getting insulted by the left. When republicans/conservatives trash this law it isn’t about hating on Obama. It’s about you. Us “right-wingers” care about people no matter what party you belong in and we just don’t want your life getting in danger over Barack Obama.

They’ll wake up once they realize their medical bills and taxes has gone sky high. They’ll wake up once they realize they’ll lose everything they got over it. I’ve read that once you enroll, there’s no backing out. I heard it’s very hard to cancel out of it if you change your mind. So think twice before going for this.

Whatever, ya know? People in politics are messed up and delusional. People are really weird. There are plenty of people who don’t deserve to be debating in politics ’cause many are horrible at it. People will never agree with you on anything… they will only side with everything on their political party which is sad really.

“Right-wingers” care. There’s no hating from any of us at all.

Obama succeeded at targeting young adults for Obamacare??? I’d say so…

Obamacare1

Over the weekend, from what I’ve seen during that debate in facebook about Obamacare most of the people replying to the post and trying to defend it were pretty young. People who are in their 20’s – 30’s or a little above that. Before that Zach Galifianikis video, a lot of young people didn’t know about Obamacare before then. Then Obama appeared on Ellen Degeneres to promote O’care and targeted young people even more through her show. I think Obama obviously succeeded at targeting young people to his health care law.

Why would Obama target young people? It’s because Obama knows that young people are more naive than adults are. Obama would know that people who are 40 or over wouldn’t fall for a health law that’s a socialist trainwreck, ya know? Older people would be more smarter. Older people would be smart enough to do more research before enrolling into a health law they know nothing about while young people would be quick at being too excited about it.

It’s crazy ya know. I tried to warn them kids about this law and I got laughed at pretty much throughout the whole debate. Been called a crazy right-winger and blah blah blah.

I used to never take Obamacare seriously and didn’t really care about it but after Obama targeting young people for O’care, makes me want to take it seriously and read it into it more myself. Obama definitely succeeded into tricking young people getting them to thinking it’s a good health law.

About me disliking this law has nothing to do with my “right-wing” beliefs. That’s what I’ve been accused of by many to be honest with ya. I’ve always been looked at as a crazy right-winger by other people when I criticize Obama on his politics and crimes. They accuse right-wingers of being unintelligent nut-jobs. Well sorry to say people, the same goes for left-wingers and independents who have nothing to do with either party. They too can be delusional, crazy, and uneducated people so they shouldn’t be talking. It’s unfair how “right-wingers” get treated in politics. It’s just shows they have nothing value to add to a debate when they attack “right-wingers” for their views and opinions. They are not good at debating as they say they are. When they attack, “right-wingers” when disagreed with, they are letting the “right-wingers” win.

I made a promise to myself that I would always stick to my views and opinions no matter what anybody says. I don’t care how many gets pissed off, upset or who that person is. I would stick to my thoughts no matter what. You’ve seen me have this attitude on my blog so you can tell I really mean that. If you change your opinion and thoughts ’cause others don’t like it, you’re just letting them win and letting them control you. I can’t have that. Prove your points all you want to but I will always stick to my beliefs. No matter how much controversy comes out of my discussions and debates, I will always stick to my beliefs.

The day after March 31st when enrolling ends for the year, I’m looking forward to seeing how people react to O’care whether it will be good or bad. They don’t know anything about the law even if they say they do. Nobody knows anything about it. Even I don’t. Even Republicans in Congress don’t know anything about it. That’s why they’re trying to get a full repeal ’cause they don’t trust it.

It’s unbelievable how people would enroll into this garbage after all the stuff Obama did to our country. People are never gonna wake up about this guy.

Happy Birthday, Eric Clapton!!!

Today is Eric Clapton’s 69th birthday. He is one of the reasons I play the guitar. I’ve been a longtime fan and admirer of his. When people ask me who are my favorite guitarists of all time are, here is my top 5: 1) Jimmy Page 2) Jimi Hendrix 3) Joe Satriani 4) Eric Clapton 5) Neil Young.

Yep, he’s definitely one of my top fives.

Someday, I’m gonna play lead guitar just as good as those guys I listed above. I’m really working on it too. I’ve been trying to figure out how to get there for 19 years now and still feel I’m not there yet. I’ve been practicing and learning. Trying to learn music theory, ear training, and techniques. My goal as a guitarist is to become a master improviser and I’m getting the hang of it, I think. Still have a lot of work to do but getting there.

While Eric Clapton is great, I wish he would go back to great blues guitar playing again like in the old days. His music lately has been taking different directions. I’ll always respect the hell out of Eric, though. He’s got a lot of haters & doubters too but I don’t care what they think. Eric is a musical genius.

To hell with “50 Shades of Grey”, you should check out, the “Nymphomaniac” movie…

I know a lot of people like the “50 Shades of Grey” but you should check out Lars Von Trier’s “Nymphomaniac” movie instead. If you want sex in entertainment film that’s done in true form, you should check out the “Nymphomaniac” movie. I just watched “Nymphomaniac – Part 1” on the Ipad last night via-Itunes rental and it was a pretty amazing mind-blowing film. I still need to see “Part 2” which I will watch tonight, possibly. If you think TV shows like “Dexter”, “Breaking Bad” or “House of Cards” were addicting, wait until you see this one, “Nymphomaniac”.

“Part 1” tells the story of a woman who was beaten and left out in the streets so a man saves her life. This woman named Joe tells a story of her past of how she became what she is, a nympho. Meaning, a woman who has an obsession with sex.

The story and the writing is really great. It keeps you hooked right at the start of the film. Even though I don’t like Shia Labeouf too much, he was good in this role and not as annoying as his other films. I was most impressed with Christian Slater’s performance, though. Christian’s performance should be an Oscar worthy role although, I don’t think the Oscars would accept a movie like this. The movie tells different stories in different chapters.

I still have to see Part 2 and after I see it, I’ll give this a more detailed review. It’s an NC-17 film so there’s obviously gonna be tons of sex and nudity in it.

It’s recommended checking out. I’ll have to admit that I am kind of a sexual guy and enjoy getting into porn and stuff sometimes but there’s nothing wrong with that, is there? It’s called being a man. I gotta have my adult entertainment too! We all do!
