When lefties criticize us for boycotting people and companies that are against Trump, they shouldn’t be talking ’cause they do the boycotting too…

Whenever Trump supporters like myself want to boycott entertainment and companies that are against Trump, lefties will start criticizing us and call us crazy for wanting to “boycott” things. Like for example, the left calls us out for boycotting celebrities and musicians for their Trump bashing. They picked on us for threatening to boycott Netflix ’cause they teamed up with Susan Rice and the Obamas. They make fun of us for refusing to watch movies and TV shows of actors trashing Trump. They make fun of us for refusing to buy music of music artists bashing Trump on social media and in interviews.

Keep in mind this is the same left who refuses to support the work of famous conservatives such as Sarah Palin and Dinesh D’ Souza. They refuse to read their books ’cause of their hardcore conservative beliefs. Same goes with Ted Nugent. This is the same left who refuses to buy Ted Nugent’s music ’cause of his hardcore conservative beliefs. This is the same left who refuses to read Bill O’ Reilly’s books. This is the same left who threatened boycott on Kid Rock since he came out as a Trump supporter. This is the same left who threatened boycott on Chick Fil-A restaurant just because of their stance on gay marriage and how they feel about it. This is the same left who screamed “boycott” when big companies donate money to Trump’s election campaign. You get what I’m saying?

They refuse to support right-wing celebrities and we get in trouble for doing the same with left-wing celebrities. Like usual when the hardcore-left criticizes you of something, they’re usually guilty of the same thing so nothing to see here. More rules of Saul Alinsky. *yawn*

This is America… we should have every right to boycott ’cause it’s our money. We have the right to spend it on things we want and we have the right to not spend it on things we don’t want.

The war between WWE and AEW is now officially on so I guess you can now call this the “Wednesday Night Wars”???

Earlier this summer AEW announced that they will make their TV debut on TNT network on Oct. 2nd which falls on a Wednesday night. Just today the WWE just announced that the WWE Network exclusive wrestling show will soon make their cable TV debut on Sept. 18th and they will air on the USA Network channel. WWE NXT used to be a one hour show on the WWE Network but once it debuts on USA Network, it will get turned into a two hour show.

I remember back in the 90’s when Monday Night RAW was on a Monday and WCW Monday Nitro was on a Monday, those two shows were pretty much on at the same time so that was named the “Monday Night Wars”.

Now that WWE NXT and AEW will be on the same nights, I guess you can safely say this will be called the “Wednesday Night Wars” which is pretty fitting. Obviously, the only reason WWE is doing this so they can go to war with AEW.

Even though the WWE will soon be moved to cable TV, the WWE Network will still stream the new NXT episodes.

I love WWE NXT. I love it a lot more than RAW and SD honestly. The reason I love NXT so much is ’cause that show gives us what we all want to see… “wrestling”. RAW and SD don’t give us that which is why NXT is a pretty hot show right now.

A lot of people still making predictions that AEW will destroy WWE but I think not. Like I said in a post before, the WWE is a very powerful company. It will be around forever. I think the WWE will try to find a way to get back on top again and I predict that it’s AEW that will get destroyed. They won’t last long, trust me.

I used to like what AEW is doing but now they are getting on my nerves ’cause they’re just doing everything they can to make WWE look bad. I’m considering no longer supporting AEW the more they keep up with their attacks at WWE. I think it’s obvious that the only reason AEW was formed was so that they can go to war with WWE. Well, now they got the WWE’s attention and things are getting interesting.

If you don’t know what the NXT brand is, it’s a show where wrestling rookies can get their start in pro wrestling. It’s a show for up and coming stars is what it is. Most of today’s WWE stars on the RAW and SD brand came from NXT: Roman Reigns, Becky Lynch, Sasha Banks, Braun Strowman, Shinsuke Nakumura, AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, etc. They were all on the NXT brand until they got called up to the main roster once they all got more popular. The NXT is like a third brand. I watch NXT every Wednesday night and I watch all the NXT Takeover ppv’s too. It’s a great show.

Once NXT gets on USA Network, you all should check it out too.

The next 007 film is officially titled, “No Time To Die”…

Check out this cool little teaser revealing the title for Bond 25. It’s officially titled, “No Time To Die”. The title is giving you a hint that this will be the final Daniel Craig 007 film. Is the title hinting us that this film could be killing him off in this one? Could be, we’ll wait and see.

Anyway, I wonder who they’ll get to sing the title theme song for this one? I hope they pick a better theme song for this film ’cause I hated the Sam Smith theme for “Spectre”. While “Spectre” was an amazing film, I hated the opening title theme. Hopefully the opening title sequence for “No Time To Die” will be better.

I’m the biggest 007 fan you’ll ever see… I’ve seen all 24 films and I’ll be seeing this one too. Someday I’m gonna buy the 007 BluRay boxset with the 24 films in them, I really want that.

I’ve seen all the Daniel Craig 007 movies in theater when they first came out so you can betcha I’ll be seeing this one too.

“Rambo: Last Blood” looks like it’s gonna be an action packed ride and I can’t wait!!!

John Rambo may have gotten a haircut but he’s still the same old Rambo. He hasn’t changed a bit.

“Last Blood” looks like it’s gonna be an action packed thrill ride and I can’t wait. I’m also loving the Rambo flashbacks in this teaser and the Col. Trautman voice overs too.

I look more forward to this than Star Wars Episode 9. I’m there for “Last Blood” in Sept which is just a month away!

Still not a fan of Scooby but this is actually one of his best videos, can’t help myself but actually agree with him on this one! “Eat Real Food”!!!

When I first started bodybuilding & lifting weights, I used to obsess with supplements and protein powders. I used to spend a lot of money on them month after month. I used to believe supplements and protein powders were the way to go in order to get ripped and get big muscle. Now I avoid supplements and protein powders like the plague and I don’t do that shit anymore.

I agree with Scoob 100% that so many bodybuilders and other types of lifters are so brainwashed into thinking that supplements are the way to go. A lot of them have so many chemicals in them that can be dangerous for your body, anyway. Some of them can be loaded with sugars and they can make you fat as well.

Since I gave up supplements completely, I now prefer to build muscle from real food. Eating good and clean is not hard. To get protein all you need to do is eat that from meats like chicken breast, pork, steak, ground turkey, fish, etc. When it comes to chicken and protein, the only chicken you want is chick breast. You want to stay away from fried chicken, chicken legs, bbq chicken, chicken wings, etc. ’cause they are too fatty. Chicken breast is the best way to go. Another good protein source is a few dairy products like lowfat cottage cheese and greek yogurt which I also eat a lot of. Get protein from eggs or egg whites as well.

You still need your good carbs ’cause you don’t want to eat just a high protein diet only… you gotta have your complex carbs like fruits, vegetables and whole grains which I eat a lot of.

You also need your good fats like nuts (preferably almonds), avocado and natural peanut butter.

It’s not hard to eat clean at all and what I listed above is all you pretty much need. I eat a mostly clean nutrition and from mostly real food.

I do have cheat meals ’cause you don’t want to avoid junk food completely ’cause you gotta have balance. I don’t go too crazy with junk food. Only junk food I still like to have is ice cream, sometimes fast food, chinese and pizza. I also consider Cliff Bars a cheat meal ’cause I like those too.

I hate that so many lifters and gym goers are so naive into thinking that supplements are the way to go. The reason so many buy a lot of supplements and brainwashed by it ’cause of sites like bodybuilding.com and tnation that does nothing but ram supplements down our throats. The same with the muscle and bodybuilding magazines that are out there, they promote supplements heavily too.

Another reason I stopped buying supplement’s ’cause they are overpriced. They can be pretty costly around $25 – $35 or over and I can’t afford to buy them on a monthly basis when I run out. What’s even crazier is that you’ll see a lot of lifters using more than one supplement product which is dangerous for your body, in my opinion.

I can’t take supplements anyways ’cause my doctor gave me orders to stop using them for my own health reasons which I will not get into details about. That’s okay, though ’cause supplements are a waste of time and money.

The only supplement I need for my workouts is a nice hot cup of green tea and drink cold water throughout the day which I do both of those.

I agree with Scoob, “Eat Real Food”. Finally, Scoob posted a great video which I agree with totally on. You can still build some serious muscle by eating real food. I’ve been doing it and it works wonders for me. You should try it too.

Jeffrey Epstein death was ruled a suicide but there was multiple broken bones on his neck… sorry, still doesn’t add up…

As you all can see through the news today, Jeffrey Epstein’s death was ruled a suicide by hanging. Um, really? If you do a little digging, it was discovered that Jeffrey had multiple broken bones on his neck. That was confirmed by the medical examiner.

I look at all this and ask myself, “How the hell does one break bones during a strangulation?” When in strangulation, a rope or bed sheets wouldn’t be that strong to break someone’s neck. Think about it, right? On top of all this, we still don’t know exactly how Jeffrey hung himself. Was it a rope? Bed sheets? Wires? His bare hands? We don’t know anything!

Jeffrey was left alone when this happened. So my belief that when he was left alone, whoever was hired to kill Jeffrey went to his cell and strangled him with something. What caused the broken bones on his neck, I imagine that who ever strangled him in there was a very huge man. He probably was huge with big arms and huge hands. Somebody used bare hands to squeeze his neck real hard that would cause his neck to break.

Sorry but nobody is STILL buying the “suicide by hanging” theory. Still no proof of suicide.

Look, I don’t care what happens to Epstein but the reason he’s a big deal is ’cause he knows too much about the Clintons and other top Democrats. No doubt they all had involvement in Epstein’s child sex trafficking ring that includes Barack Obama.

Why would someone commit suicide shortly before trial? Epstein never seemed like the suicidal type. I’m not defending him and am glad he’s dead but it’s still against the law to kill someone even if the person is bad.

It’s obvious someone did this to Epstein. Even a lot of liberals out there are starting to admit it.

The media and politicians calling it a “conspiracy theory”, well they are dumb and they are just saying it to protect themselves.

Epstein was murdered by a hired hitman, no doubt. I’m sticking with it.

Kev

Seems like you can get away with murder more and more nowadays… very sad and very scary!!!

Some of you probably are wondering what my thoughts on this whole Jeffrey Epstein thing and I’m gonna have to agree with everyone that he didn’t commit suicide at all. Somebody definitely murdered him for sure and made it look like a suicide. The first time they tried that, they failed and somehow Epstein survived the so-called “suicide attempt” then they tried it again later and they were successful this time. Found him dead in jail. He was on suicide watch when it happened.

I mean, fuckin’ christ, how in the fuck can someone commit suicide while on suicide watch? When you’re on suicide watch, you’re being watched 24/7 and if you tried something, the person watching you would try to stop you. That’s the point of a suicide watch. It’s very rare when someone tries to kill himself/herself while on suicide watch… that doesn’t happen and there’s no way. I read all these reports on the Epstein death whether it’s from fake news or real news but either way, it still doesn’t add up.

I’m agreeing with everyone that the Clintons had something to do with it. They are no stranger to committing murders and getting away with it. Not only the Clintons has a very high body count victims list, Barack Obama does the same thing. He has a body count list too. It’s just that Hillary Clinton body count is more well-known than Obama’s right now but Obama does have a body count. Many people mysteriously died under Obama too whether it was an accident, a suicide, a gun shooting and all that stuff.

People want to say the Clintons were involved in killing Epstein but Barack Obama could have been involved in it, too… absolutely. Once Epstein got arrested, all these names of top Democrats started coming out and the next thing you know, someone out there is trying to kill him and they succeeded. Epstein just knew too much about the Clintons, The Obamas and other top Democrats so go figure?

The left want to place the blame on Trump for the Epstein killing but it doesn’t make any sense. So far, I haven’t seen any evidence of Trump associating with Epstein except for several pictures I’ve seen of Trump and Epstein hanging together but that was before Trump started banning Epstein from going to the Mara La Go house ’cause of his predatory behavior so Trump is definitely no fan of him.

It is possible to get away with murder nowadays which is very sad and very scary if you think about it. Look at OJ Simpson as a perfect example.

Other examples would be that look at all these missing persons cases that are all over the United States. People go missing for a reason ’cause most of them end up being murdered. Their bodies never been found while the real killer is out there living his/her life. The Jaliek Rainwalker case is a perfect example of that… the adoptive parents killed that child and they tried to make it look like a runaway. Nobody is buying their run away claim and everybody believes they murdered him and they covered their tracks. They are still out there living their lives, all happy happy joy joy and they haven’t been sent to jail yet. Pathetic!

It’s definitely possible to get away with murder nowadays and it happens all the time in the United States. It’s crazy, ya know? It’s crazy that people think they can do bad things and they don’t get held accountable for it.

“Once Upon a Time In Hollywood”, a brief review…

So I saw Quentin Tarantino’s 9th film “Once Upon a Time In Hollywood” in a movie theater at the Cape Cod Mall last week in Cape Cod, Mass. When I go on vacation like once a year, I like to try and go to the movies just to kill some time and stuff. I’m a huge Quentin Tarantino fan and I’ve seen all of his movies. Yes, I love them all including his newest one, “Once Upon a Time In Hollywood”.

It’s another winner for Tarantino, he did it again which didn’t surprise me. All of his movies are good and they never disappoint. “Once Upon a Time” is filmed in the similar format like all of his movies: different story lines in one film, almost 3 hours, the usual cool selection of music (which Tarantino is known for) and the film having a lot of dialogue.

This was an interesting movie ’cause it showed what life in Hollywood would have been like in 1969. It was nearing the end of the golden era in Hollywood. I remember in the beginning when this film was in development, Tarantino was going to make this film about the Manson family murders and this film turned out to be about that for a little bit. I was hoping the whole movie would be about the Charles Manson murders but it ended up being something totally different. Instead, the film mostly focused on how the Hollywood movie era was changing in 1969.

I was most interested in how the film depicted the life of Sharon Tate. While the cast of the film did a good acting job, I was most impressed with Margot Robbie who played Sharon Tate in the film. She did the best acting job, in my opinion and the appearance by Bruce Dern was cool too. Of course, Al Pacino is always a show stealer. Even though I think Brad Pitt and Leo Dicaprio are both overrated actors, I thought they were entertaining as hell in this movie.

This film was also funny as hell as it was also named a “comedy”… there were a few scenes in the film where I can’t help but crack out laughing especially the ending of this film. Tarantino always had a crazy and wacky sense of humor and he really showed that in this film for sure. There’s a mixture of genres in this film: drama, western, action, comedy and even a little bit of horror was thrown in the mix.

I don’t agree with Tarantino’s left-wing political views but he’s still a talented film maker and I wish he would keep making movies until he dies but he vows to retire at his 10th film which is disappointing. I’ve always been a huge Tarantino fan. I try to collect all his movies for my BluRay/DVD collection when I can and I’ll be definitely buying “Once Upon a Time In Hollywood” on BluRay for sure.

“Once Upon a Time In Hollywood” turned out be a really great film. Loved it a lot. You should see it too.

Why do people with bodybuilder like physiques get so much flak for being shirtless??? I don’t get it…

You see it online and you see it in the real world in person. People with bodybuilder like physiques getting so much flak for wanting to be shirtless all the time. It’s a real problem with male bodybuilders in today’s society anyway. When a man with a great physique that wants to be shirtless then chances are he’s gonna get told by someone to put a shirt on.

We’re now in an age where people find it offensive that men with great bodies wanting to show it all off. Yet when overweight fat asses and chubby men take their shirts off, nobody says anything and that is accepted. That’s how fucked up this is.

When us men with the great physiques wanna show off… people say it’s offensive and they call us egotistical attention whores for wanting to do it too. Us men get into a lot of trouble for wanting to show off our big pecs and six pack abs.

It’s unfair, ya know? That’s how society is nowadays. You just have to learn to accept it. Yes, I too get some flak and some backlash for wanting to show off my physique but all successful bodybuilders go through it too. I don’t know why we get so much flak and negativity for wanting to show off after busting our asses for years of hard work.

I think a big part of the reason people don’t want to see muscular bodies is ’cause jealousy is a major part of that, absolutely. There’s that word again ’cause it’s gotta be jealousy. I think it’s because some people want the physique we have and they don’t have that yet. So instead of treating us like heroes, they treat the fat asses trying to lose weight heroes than us.

That’s what I don’t like about the bodybuilding world. It’s all the negativity and drama that surrounds it. In my opinion, I think it’s amazing that so many successful bodybuilders wanna show off their hard work ’cause I think it’s wrong to hide it, ya know? That’s just my opinion and I’m sticking with it.

When bodybuilders get a successful ripped and buff physique, gotta be ready for some criticism and some haters ’cause you’re going to get those whether you like it or not. You’re going to get people accusing you of using steroids and blah blah blah blah.

It’s all unfair and wrong. I think we have every right to show off our body ’cause it’s OUR fucking body and not yours so you have no right to tell us what we can and cannot do. This is what bodybuilding is here for… looking great and showing off your hard work.

Anyway, here’s me doing a little bodybuilding posing for fun at a beach in Cape Cod.

Enjoy:

Sylvester Stallone shows video footage of him working on editing for “Rambo: Last Blood”… see a short scene from the film itself…

I love Sly’s instagram ’cause he shows a lot of really cool stuff about his past films and future films. I hate most celebrities on social media but Sly is the real deal. He’s okay with me.

Anyway, here is Sly the man himself in the editing room doing some pretty serious editing work for “Rambo: Last Blood”. I’m impressed with Sly’s work ethic when it comes to making films. Not only that he’s an actor, he’s way more than that. He’s a writer for most of his films and sometimes he directs films himself. Sometimes he serves as producer/executive producer as well and I believe he does his own editing too as you can see here.

Sly shows us a quick scene from “Rambo: Last Blood” where you see Rambo rescuing young girls from the sex traffickers hideout in Mexico. The more I see of this film, the more I’m dying to see it. I’m already feeling that this could end up being the film of the year. I’m happy that this film is sparking a lot of buzz, though. I’m still predicting it’s gonna be a huge box office hit. Can’t wait for Sept!
