All of this talk of Impeachment, the definition of “high crimes and misdemeanors”…

In the Constitution it states:

“The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

There’s a lot of confusion around people on what “impeachment” is. They mostly get confused on what “high crimes and misdemeanors” is. It’s not only that if a president commits a horrible crime like bombing a building and other terrorist attacks — “high crimes and misdemeanors” means if you do anything that’s bad. It doesn’t even have to be illegal either. Lets say if a president throws a drinking party at the White House, that would be considered an impeachable offense. If the President walks to the podium to give a speech and he gives the crowd a middle finger, that would be an impeachable offense. If the President cheats on the First Lady (ask Bill Clinton) even though it’s perfectly legal, that would be an impeachable offense.

Even if it’s something as small as signing a law that is unconstitutional, that would be an impeachable offense. Making unconstitutional appointments to the Senate (like Obama did earlier this year), that would be an impeachable offense. Even a law like the NDAA would be an impeachable offense, Obamacare, his wiretapping/spying, etc. It’s not just committing horrible crimes like Benghazi and F#F.

That’s one thing I believe that people don’t understand with politics and that’s what they are missing. Some mistakenly believe that a president must do something really drastic to get an impeachment. Not exactly true. If you don’t stay faithful to the Constitution or do anything that betrays the country… committing illegal crimes, whatever… they are grounds for impeachment.

An impeachment doesn’t exactly mean a complete removal of office. Sometimes they’ll be allowed to serve the rest of their term but an impeachment also means a complete removal from office and possible punishment criminally if they do something drastic.

Read this little piece for a better explanation on the Impeachment process… here.

Obama hasn’t done anything impeachable? Oh yeah, he has. There’s a long list of things. Check out this list, here, for example. There’s plenty more if you do your research and educate yourself.

There hasn’t been any impeachment hearings yet ’cause there has been no charges brought up in the House. I’m sure they tried many times but unsuccessful and I’m sure they’re still looking into it. Obama is not the only one who needs impeachment. That goes for Joe Biden, Eric Holder, and Susan Rice. Hillary Clinton shouldn’t even be working in any type of office ever again. They all need to go.

If they don’t get the impeachment hearings rolling anytime soon before you know it, the entire United States of America will be having impeachment rally’s all over the place. The US should take note from Russia and Turkey.

My President Obama discussions aren’t hateful at all, I just tell it like it is…

When discussing President Obama’s ways of how he’s running the office and the way he’s controlling America, a lot of people would mistakenly accuse me of being hateful. How? In my eyes, there’s nothing hateful about any of my Obama discussions and rants over the years. I’ve followed everything and every little detail of Obama’s presidency from day 1. I’ve followed everything that was reported in the news and followed all the stuff on the internet. You can immediately tell since I’ve been posting so much material about him over the years. The same goes with everyone else who likes to call out Obama’s wrongful ways of running the office. There’s nothing hateful about their thoughts either, they just tell it like it is. When you call out Obama’s constant lies, cover ups of all of his crimes, his disrespect to the Constitution, etc. — sure enough, there’s gonna be Obama sycophants who will come after you. They will try to defend him, call him innocent, and they’re gonna call you the bad guy no matter what you say.

All we anti-Obama people are doing is just trying to get people informed. We put the info out there of the wrong things that Obama has done over the years — it’s all out there — yet some will think it’s “conspiracy theory” and some will tell you not to accuse someone of something when not enough facts has come out of it, or no hard evidence. Then some will bring George W. Bush in as their way of defending Obama. People will go as far as calling us racists and the play the lame ol’ race card.

Honestly, even if all the bad things that Obama has done is out there publicly… people will want to ignore that stuff. Those Obama supporters or left-wingers will get all defensive and say stuff such as, “I don’t argue about politics, I just concentrate on equal opportunity and human rights stuff”. That’s why those lefties or liberals ignore the bad stuff ’cause they are so obsessed with equal opportunity stuff. Quite frankly, when people say stuff like that I truly believe they don’t understand politics like they think they do. They just want to focus on the good stuff.

That’s exactly how President Obama gets away with the bad stuff and all these crimes. It is called control. Manipulation. Messing with people’s heads. Obama will try equal opportunity stuff to make some people happy. Just like he’s doing with “Immigration Reform”. He’s trying to push that, make the world happy while people just want to ignore the bad stuff like Benghazi, Operation: Fast & Furious, drones, war crimes, etc. What he’s doing is trying to push the good things, while he’s trying his best to leave the bad things behind.

The reason Obama stays quiet and not care to be transparent on the bad stuff ’cause he knows it’s gonna hurt his presidency & political career. He’s afraid of impeachment. Like I said, nobody’s accusing him of anything. Throughout political forums and facebook… people just want him to be more honest and truthful, he’s not. Want him to be more transparent about stuff, ya know?

I know my Obama discussions are going to get me in trouble and will make me unpopular but oh well. Life is not about pleasing everyone and I have every right to dislike Obama as I damn well please. Other anti-Obama people are going through the same thing. Getting accused of hate and all kinds of things. We just want people to wake up more, that’s all we’re trying to do, really. We know this is gonna get us in trouble for calling out Obama but whatever and anything it takes to spread the word that he is NOT FIT TO BE OUR PRESIDENT!!

I don’t feel ashamed or guilt calling out Obama as I feel pretty damn good about it. I’m proud of the work I do and I’m not stopping, believe me. It doesn’t matter who the President is. If they do a bad job running the office, they’re gonna get called out — republican or democrat, doesn’t matter. Deal with it — Obama is violent, hateful and dangerous. The time will come when everyone in America will realize it. There’s a lot of people that already know that he is but there are some who still mistakenly think that Obama is harmless and an innocent man. He really needs to get questioned and be investigated. Benghazi and “Operation: F&F” can’t be left unanswered. We’ll never forget.

I would see the “50 Shades of Grey” movie if…

… the leading character, Anastasia Steele, is naked throughout most of it and hope they hire a hot actress to play her.

A female director has been hired to direct the film and her name is Sam Taylor-Johnson. I would think the reason they wanted a female director ’cause they are better at romance & sex kind of stuff better than everyone else. It’ll be nice if the leading female character will be naked a lot but I have a feeling the male character, Christian Grey, will probably get most of the nude scenes. Why? Because this book franchise is very popular with the ladies and looking at social networking, they’re going crazy over, Christian Grey.

I’ll have to admit that I have read the first book and will admit that I find a bit fascinating. Some of the book was pretty silly from a male reader like myself but the book was alright. I can understand why the ladies would love it so much. I just read it out of curiosity, nothing more. I probably won’t end up seeing it in theater but I will check it out on DVD rental for sure. If I had to go see it in a theater, I would have to go with a woman ’cause I wouldn’t feel comfortable seeing it by myself, lol.

My only concern with this “50 Shades of Grey” movie is the rating. It’s going to be very hard to make it an R movie. It’s probably gonna end up being NC-17. BDSM is pretty graphic stuff for R rated. If they do end up making this movie R rated, then it won’t work ’cause it won’t be as dark and graphic like the book. It’s going to be interesting to see what they are going to rate it. It will be interesting to see who they’ll cast for Christian and Anastasia. I’ll be on the look out.

While this book has mostly female fans there are a lot of male fans who are afraid to admit that they like it too. There are tons of people out there who are into BDSM and other weird fetishes. You may be surprised of what people do behind closed doors. Things are not always as it seems.

Black Sabbath’s new album, “13”, number one?

Just like with Queens of the Stone Age making a no. 1 record, it’s hard to believe with Black Sabbath as well! Black Sabbath are now no. 1 on the Billboard top 200 for their new album, “13”. After all these years, Sabbath w/ Ozzy fronting, still has the love!

If rock musicians keep going and keep up the good work, we can have a rock revival in the industry for sure!

Congrats to these guys, well deserved. I listened to “13” with free Itunes streaming. The album is pretty good but I still prefer their classics more. I’ll admit they aren’t the same without Bill Ward on drums.

Now their comeback is a success be on the lookout for even more Sabbath w/ Ozzy albums in the future as long as Tony is still alive.

RIP: James Gandolfini 1961 – 2013

James Gandolfini. photo: Barry Wetcher

Like everyone else, I am shocked to hear the death of “The Sopranos” star James Gandolfi who is most famous for his role as, Tony Soprano. I haven’t watched the whole series of, “The Sopranos”, I only saw the first season ’cause I have it on DVD. I was meaning to catch up with the rest of the show soon. I was planning on getting HBO GO for the Ipad and I’ll be able to watch, “The Sopranos”, on there. The Sopranos was a great show, though, even if I haven’t watched the whole thing yet.

I also remembered Gandolfini in several movie roles especially the Coen Bros. movie, “The Man Who Wasn’t There”. I also remembered him in “8MM” w/ Nicolas Cage. He was also in “Get Shorty” and “Crimson Tide”.

Gandolfini also did a lot of work for the US troops. He did stuff for the Wounded Warrior Project charity, and produced two documentaries on US Troops/War Veterans. He showed a lot of support and respect for US Soldiers over the years.

Today is a sad day for the entertainment industry. I was a fan of him too.

James Gandolfini died of cardiac arrest in Rome, Italy, he was 51 years old.

Obama’s nationality…

Another thing that frustrates me with people when it comes to discussion & debates about Obama is the large number of people who actually think Obama really was born in Hawaii. The reason so many people believe that still is because when Obama released his birth certificate for the whole world to see at the Correspondents Dinner in 2011 that’s when most people actually believed it. Even if a lot of people today don’t like Obama, they still believe he was born in the US ’cause they mistakenly believed that the birth certificate he released was official proof.

Just so you know, I still believe that Obama was born in Kenya and not in Hawaii. A lot of people mistakenly believe that Obama would be considered US Citizen even if he was born in Kenya ’cause his mother was US born. Wrong. Here is a little reminder how he wouldn’t be… check out my older post, here.

So yeah, I still stand by it that he wasn’t born in the United States. Even though the media has moved on from Obama’s nationality background, I’ll never move on from it. It can’t be that hard to tell that he wasn’t from here. Just look at the clues and signs like his father being Kenyan born, his speaking voice/accent sounding African like, he still shows a lot of support for Kenya and Muslim people. Things like that.

When people go after his nationality… it’s not really about hating on him or being racist or whatever. It’s about what’s right for the Constitution. That’s why people are skeptical about his nationality. This is nothing new. People have been skeptical of his nationality ever since he was a young child. Only natural born US citizens are allowed to be President. People shouldn’t give up on trying to expose his nationality. We can’t have an immigrant as President.

Even if Donald Trump stopped going after him, I think he will try something else in the near future, just watch him. I’ll never change my thoughts on this no matter how many people believe Obama was US born. We shouldn’t ignore this. Respect the Constitution.

On a side note, there is a perfectly good reason why the Constitution only allows national born US citizens to become President… because if a foreign person was allowed to become President, foreign people could have a different vision with America. Foreign people can’t be trusted. They could also be associating and collaborating with terrorist groups like Al Qeada for example. Teaming up with other countries who could be evil. A foreign president would have risks of destroying this country. They don’t know much about America. An actual US Citizen would know more about America better than anybody.

Another perfect way of how you can tell that Obama is definitely not from here is the way he is controlling America now. All the controversies, scandals, and war crimes. An American president wouldn’t have done all that. The more Obama continues to do these things, the more it’s starting to clearly see that he’s trying to turn the United States into Islamic America. He supports Muslim Brotherhood. I don’t think a US citizen would support that stuff, right?

Kev

Man, I wish Mitt Romney was president now, and I bet you do too, just admit it …

Ya know, Mitt Romney had a very good chance of winning the last president election. That guy was doing so good in it. He was THAT close to getting it too, I remember; however though, Romney messed up a little bit, I’ll admit. Honestly, I know a lot of people out there don’t like Obama. The only reason everyone voted Obama in the re-election ’cause most people didn’t like Romney’s issues with women, abortion, birth control, etc. That’s what Romney messed up on. I don’t agree with his thoughts on birth control but if Romney changed his birth control stance to something better… he would have definitely won the election no matter what happened. That’s the only reason Obama won.

Of course, Obama is still gonna have those sycophants… people who will continue to support him, stay loyal to him, and defend him just to make themselves feel good. Obama sycophants are annoying… they are still out there but I’m not gonna give up on my Obama rants online.

When ever you see a bunch of people talking about Obama’s actions and how he is running things in the office… chances are, you will get a few sycophants who will come around to defend him. Just like what happens here on this blog. In my facebook page, people defend him all the time. Even in other political facebook pages when people bash Obama, there will always be those sycophants who will accuse you of being a “hater” and they will say a lot of stuff like Obama doesn’t deserve to get impeached or it will never happen.

If Mitt Romney was president right now, I’m sure there will be no spying and no IRS targeting. He would have gotten to the bottom of Benghazi, and he wouldn’t use illegal drones. He would have also tried to think of better ways to stop gun violence by not taking away our 2nd Amendment rights. We would have had a better and peaceful nation if he were president today. Look, I’m no fan of Romney but seeing that he is Mormon and very religious… he would have handled things a lot better. I voted him just to help get rid of Obama but of course, unsuccessful. I have a feeling that Romney will probably run again in 2016. Not saying if I will vote for him again, not sure. If Rand Paul runs in 2016, I’m probably gonna vote for him instead.

Just admit that Romney would have done a little better if he was in office.

I can’t stand it when people defend Obama. It just keeps me motivated to keep going with my Obama hate even more. Obama is just gonna keep getting worse in his second term. Lets list of all the things he’s been doing since his second term: IRS targeting of conservatives, spying FOX/Associated Press reporters, NSA/Prism spying on Verizon calls, Google, facebook… and now the latest controversy Obama arming Islamic terrorists in Syria.

Remember people, you voted Obama… you shouldn’t blame him… you should look at yourself in the mirror and say to yourself, “Maybe I shouldn’t have voted for that guy?”. That’s right, it’s your own fault that he’s still President.

I know you don’t like Mitt Romney’s stance on women and birth control but voting for him is better than innocent people getting killed by drones and igniting illegal war crimes. That’s why I voted for Romney even if I wasn’t much of a fan either. Like I said before, people who continue to defend Obama or stay on his side are just scared people to learn the truth that he could be evil and tyrannical. Deep down inside, they just don’t want to admit that the man is a horrible leader. They’ll never admit it.

Just to keep in mind that Benghazi and “Fast and Furious” will never be left unanswered. It doesn’t matter how long Obama stays quiet on these crimes, we’ll get to the bottom of it. Doesn’t matter if Obama finishes his 2nd term or not. We’ll get him.

Maybe Osama Bin Laden really was already dead years before???

Before President Obama went on TV to announce to the world that Bin Laden was shot and killed at a compound in Pakistan by Navy Seals, there was a lot of people who believed that Bin Laden was already dead years before. It was all “conspiracy theory” and speculation but here is a former CIA Agent explaining the real story behind Bin Laden’s death. This is according to the former CIA agent but I wouldn’t be surprised if it turned out to be true.

He claims that Bin Laden already died in 2006 of natural causes. Bin Laden was actually hiding out in Chechnya. When Bin Laden died of natural causes, three of his men buried him in the borders of Afghan/Pakistan in the mountains. One of Bin Laden’s bodyguards was the one who showed the US where they hid his body so they can take it and throw it in the ocean.

I know this doesn’t really confirm or prove anything but for now this is just talk. Like I said don’t be surprised that if this turns out to be the truth. Now you know why Obama killed all those Seals in the Chinook helicopter ’cause they could possibly already know that Bin Laden was already dead and Obama didn’t want them telling the whole world about it. There was no assault and there was no raid on the Bin Laden compound. It was all staged by the Obama administration.

If you really think Obama and Navy Seals killed Bin Laden, I never really believed it. There was no proof. Obama refuses to release photos of Bin Laden’s body, and there was no proof of Navy Seals being a part of the so-called Bin Laden raid. It was all a lie and a cover up. You ask, why would Obama do something like this? Well, Obama announced Bin Laden’s death on TV shortly before the 2012 President Elections. So if you think about it and read between the lines… Obama wanted to be looked at as a hero and it was his way of winning the re-election.

If this turns out to be the truth and the government was able to find out about it somehow then Obama will be in deep shit. That’s an automatic impeachment right here and possible arrest. It’s treason, all the way.

You would also ask yourself, why would the government throw Bin Laden’s body in the ocean? In my opinion, it isn’t because they think he doesn’t deserve to be buried. They know that if Bin Laden’s body was looked at by coroners in an autopsy they would discover no gun shot wounds and they would have found out that he died of something else. It’s hard to prove Bin Laden’s death now since his body is in the bottom of the ocean somewhere and is probably a skeleton right now. Bin Laden’s body was never examined by coroner’s… that’s why it’s hard to find out about his death.

Obama never cared to be transparent about any of this so how can you believe Obama killed Bin Laden? You can’t believe everything the Obama administrations says.

Saw “Man of Steel” again for the second time last night, and the film still impresses me…

I think “Man of Steel” maybe the best film of the year. I love it so much. Maybe the film can work without the Richard Donner styled stuff and the John Williams theme after all? It don’t hurt to reinvent Superman and give it another try. “Man of Steel” gets better with every viewing and you learn something new about it every time you watch. This is one of these films that you can watch repeatedly and never get bored of it so I already can’t wait for the BluRay release for “Man of Steel”. Could “Man Of Steel” actually score a lot of nominations for the next Oscars? It probably won’t get nominated for “Best Picture” ’cause the Oscars usually don’t give these kind of movies the nod for “Best Picture”. I remember they tried to get “The Dark Knight” a Best Picture nod but of course, it didn’t make it in.

However, there are some things in “Man of Steel” that deserves an Oscar nomination like for sound, cinematography, editing, etc. I also think Kevin Costner deserves BEST SUPPORTING ACTOR nomination for his role as Jonathan Kent. Hans Zimmer also deserves a nod for his score for this film. I think Hans Zimmer just topped John Williams, all the way.

“Man of Steel” really is a beautiful and amazing movie. It’s just perfect all the way through. No complaints at all. Zack did a great job. Hope you get your chance to see it soon.

I have also seen, “Fast and Furious 6”, last night. I’ve seen these movies at a Drive-In theaters so it was a double-feature films.

“Fast and Furious 6” was actually pretty good. It was a fun and entertaining action movie. The Rock was pretty badass in it, although, I love “Man of Steel” way more, of course! I’ll write the “Fast and Furious 6” review later today.

You see, Zack Snyder is a great film director, he is just a bad screenwriter…

I know Zack Snyder is not everyone’s favorite film director — his work have always been critical over the years. He’s really talented with the visuals, cinematography and camera work but his problem is the writing. He only wrote a few of his own movies that he directed but the rest of his movies in his filmography someone else wrote the screenplay. He only wrote the scripts for “300” and “Sucker-Punch”. “Dawn of the Dead”, “Watchmen”, and “Legends of the Guardians”, someone else wrote them. People were alright with his previous films but everyone hated, “Sucker-Punch”. I agree, “Sucker-Punch” was a shit movie.

Zack tries really hard to make a great movie. If he makes a bad movie, it’s not really his fault, you know? When you make a movie, sometimes you never can tell how good it’s going to be or what kind of reception the film is going to get. I’ve always thought Zack was perfect for “Man of Steel” ’cause I can’t think of no other director that would make a good Superman movie. It’s Zack talented visuals. That’s the key for WB’s wanting Zack to direct “Man of Steel”.

What Zack needs to start making better films is to quit writing his own movies. He needs to choose better scripts from other writers. I know Zack didn’t hire David Goyer for “Man of Steel”, David was already hired by Warner Bros./DC even before Zack jumped aboard. The point I’m trying to make here is that Zack just proved that he can make a good movie all-around with “Man of Steel”. He proved everyone wrong that he can be a good film maker. Not just his visuals, everything. Christopher Nolan didn’t help him much either. Nolan was on set for “Man of Steel” for a little bit but I remember in interviews Nolan was saying this was Zack’s movie in every way. Chris wanted to step back and let Zack be in charge of the direction. I’m sure Nolan helped Zack a little bit but he wanted Zack to have his time and let him do whatever he wanted with “Man of Steel”. So don’t go mistakenly thinking that Zack made a good Superman movie ’cause of Nolan’s help. Zack did it all himself, all the way. If you look around, you can see all kinds of “Man of Steel” behind the scene photos and you never see Nolan on set that much. It was always Zack, all the time.

Zack really worked hard to make the best Superman movie possible and he did exactly that. It really was an amazing movie, and I’m planning on seeing “Man of Steel” again tonight at the Drive-In movie theaters. Seeing it again with some other friends who haven’t seen it.

Congratulations to Mr. Snyder. He finally won over movie fans and got the respect back that he absolutely deserves! Hope you readers out there have seen the film this weekend. If not, see it this week! You will not be disappointed at all, trust me.
