Also, hear a new song from the new album called, “El Dorado” in the video below, and I think it’s pretty good. I think their old stuff is better, but this isn’t too bad. I love Iron Maiden. I’ve listened to them for years. I have the “Essential Iron Maiden” two disc greatest hits compilation on my Ipod.

I would love to see Iron Maiden live if they ever come to Saratoga Springs or Albany.

Thought: I believe in Lindsay Lohan part II

So I got some people scratching their heads, thinking to themselves, “Wtf is Kev supporting Lindsay for?” I decided to write another blog to clear up all the confusion. Hopefully.  I’m not saying she didn’t drink and drive, and got caught with cocaine back in 2007, of course she did, and I know she admitted to her mistakes. She admitted she was dumb and hopes to improve her life in the future. I’m not saying alcoholics and druggies are cool, and they have the right to do it, when I know it’s against the law.

What I was saying from this post:

https://kbrocking.wordpress.com/2010/05/21/thought-i-believe-in-lindsay-lohan/

….is, there are so many people out there that are no different than her. Look at how many druggies and alcoholics are around here. I am POSITIVE that some of you readers here had brushes with the law in drugs & alcohol as well. These things happen all the fuckin’ time. I’m pretty sure some of you have family members and friends that are major party animals too. So people being interested in Lindsay Lohan for all this is ridiculous. I guess people get entertained by trainwrecks and gossip drama which is why everyone is so hooked to Lindsay Lohan news. This is why she is reported everywhere. Every move she makes, blam, it’s all over every fuckin’ news site. The gossip sites knows people go crazy over Lindsay Lohan news, it makes them some big bucks and gives them large view counts on their websites.

She’s a famous celebrity in a troubled life right now. So what? There are others: Amy Winehouse, Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, etc. The list can go on.

The fact is, no matter what people think of her, like her or hate her, she’s an innocent human being. Not innocent for her crimes, but she’s innocent as a human. I hope you know what I mean by that. She’s human. She’s not perfect, we all aren’t. If you’re in a troubled life, whatever it is, it takes little tiny baby steps to improve it. That’s where Lindsay falls in. She’s got a long road to go to improve her life, so give her a chance and she’ll improve on her own.

I mean, just because a person is an alcoholic and a junkie, doesn’t make them a terrible person. They can still be a good person who is in need of help. I certainly blame TMZ for all the mess in media news with Lindsay. I’m pretty sure Lindsay is not an evil person that the media is making her out to be. She maybe a wild child but who cares? I’m sure everybody experienced hard partying and maybe had brushes with the law.

There are better things to pay attention to in the news anyways like the Gulf Oil Spill, Abby Sunderland gone missing at the Indian Ocean, the wars still going on in Afghan/Iraq, etc. Do people pay attention to that stuff much? Nope, everyone’s too hooked to Lindsay Lohan news.

I wish Lindsay well and I think she will improve her life when she gets older. It’s a slow process and it ain’t easy.

Thought: Jay Leno without Kevin Eubanks is different…

Although I don’t like Jay Leno, I still kind of watch before Jimmy Fallon comes on. I must say, the “Tonight Show” is no longer, the “Tonight Show” without Kevin Eubanks as the sidekick. The new guy is just crap. The “Tonight Show” band has all new members. I feel that the ratings will go down without Kevin. Will NBC get rid of Jay Leno for low ratings? No…because Jay is too valuable to NBC that he can’t get fired, no matter the situation. I just don’t get, the “Tonight Show” feeling with Kevin not there. I’m sure you know what I mean.

What would David Letterman be like without Paul Shaffer? What would Jimmy Fallon be like without the Roots?

I’ll say that Jay Leno is a lot more boring without Kevin. I’m sure many people would actually agree with me on this topic.

BREAKING NEWS: Abby Sunderland, 16 year old sailor gone missing…

16 year old sailor, Abby Sunderland, has been reported missing at Sea. She was sailing in the Indian Ocean and she haven’t been heard from since she turned on the emergency beacon on the sailboat.

More on it here:

http://www.cnn.com/2010/US/06/10/missing.teen.sailor/

Before assuming she sank or she died at a dangerous area in the ocean, stop and think how she can still be alive and sailing? Maybe she’s too busy trying to battle strong ocean currents, that she doesn’t have the time to contact emergency right now. Or maybe the sailing is not that dangerous at all where she is, and she’s sailing fine with no issues.

I just think she has worried parents after she turned on the beacons.

So yeah, I believe she’s still alive.

Report: Les Grossman will get his own movie to the big screen…

As long as you’re Tom Cruise, you can get whatever you want. Les Grossman is a character from Ben Stiller’s, “Tropic Thunder”. The character was played by Tom Cruise. Even if the character was in the movie for just a small role, the character became a hit. Later on, Tom expressed interest in wanting to play the character more with the permission of Ben Stiller, since Ben is the one that created the character. Well, look like Ben Stiller is cool with Tom playing Les Grossman more, ’cause Paramount made it official that a Les Grossman movie is coming to the big screen.

Very cool. I loved Tropic Thunder and I thought Les Grossman was a cool character. This could be a funny movie if made right.

Although I have a feeling that the Les Grossman movie might possibly be about him dancing on stage or in a nightclub. Tom sure knows how to dance.

Report: Michael Keaton still game to reprise his Beetlejuice role!!!

Just not too long ago, Geena Davis expressed interest that she wants to do another “Beetlejuice” film. Well, Michael Keaton himself heard the news. The great news is, that Michael Keaton is still interested in reprising his iconic character, Beetlejuice. He said he would do it in a heartbeat if Tim Burton does another one.

More on it here:

What are you waiting for Mr. Burton? Get right to work on it! Yeah, a “Beetlejuice” sequel would rule!

Report: Indiana Jones “Bermuda Triangle” storyline is not true, says Frank Marshall…

Earlier this week, rumours hit hard on the next “Indiana Jones” plot that it was going to be about the Bermuda Triangle. Turns out it’s just a bullshit rumour. Frank Marshall the producer, took to his twitter page to squash the rumours.

More on it here:

http://www.collider.com/2010/06/08/indiana-jones-5-bermuda-triangle-2011-harrison-ford-shia-labeouf-steven-spielberg-george-lucas/

Thank god it’s not true. I didn’t like the Bermuda Triangle plot anyways.

I would prefer the next Indy movie to focus on something serious. I’d still stand by it that if George and Steve wants the next Indy movie to be successful, they need to make the next one more like “Raiders”. If they make it a popcorn flick again, they will get another backlash by haters. Make the next Indy movie like “Raiders” where fans can be happy.
