Blabbermouth has the full letter written by Axl’s lawyer to Dr. Pepper. Read the whole thing. The whole letter sounds harsh and nasty. Dr. Pepper deserves it though. Dr. Pepper, greedy bastards. I hope Axl sues them to the ground, what a ripoff.

Thought: “Rosie Live” premiere…a disaster…
I tried to watch her variety show premiered now as I type this and I can’t even get through the first half hour. I wonder how the ratings would do on this first episode. I would be surprised if the ratings are even so high. Rosie is a horrible host, a bad actress, and her speaking voice is just awful. I switched the channel in the first half hour, that’s enough for me.
Even the Nancy Grace segment interupting her show calling Rosie a bully and threatening lawyers at her on public TV wasn’t even funny. Everyone knows that was a stupid act and scripted.
John Mayer’s upcoming variety show would be better than this piece of garbage. I would suggest everyone else change the channel to help the ratings get lower. That way it’ll be faster for the show to get cancelled. Rosie is a fat pig who doesn’t deserve her own TV show.

Whose Side Are You On: Axl Rose vs. Dr. Pepper…
Axl Rose and Guns N’ Roses are threatening legal action and demanding an apology from Dr. Pepper. They are calling it a “complete fiasco” of a publicity stunt. Meaning that the company used the band as a ploy to help promote Dr. Pepper soda. Not too long ago, Dr. Pepper made a promise that everyone in the United States would get a free can of Dr. Pepper on Nov. 23rd the day of the release date for their new album “Chinese Democracy” if the album gets released this year. Well, the album is finally here and from what I’ve seen on the website, there was no free offer of a Free Dr. Pepper can that they promised. On Nov. 23rd, release day, the Dr. Pepper website crashed, the band says, and I agree, I couldn’t get on the website myself that day, and I thought I was the only one. Did Dr. Pepper take the website down that day or something?
The company promised “everyone” in America gets a free can, that means everyone. Yet the website made it difficult for “everyone” to get a free can by filling out this stupid little form that no one probably did just to print out this little coupon. America getting a free can of Dr. Pepper when the “Chinese Democracy” album comes out this year was a complete failure by the company’s part.

Dr. Pepper never cared for Guns N’ Roses or Axl Rose himself. All they cared about was using the band to help promote Dr. Pepper.
Lessons be learned to all bands out there, never trust companies that want to help promote your music. Axl shouldn’t have fallen for it. He probably feels like an idiot for going for this deal.
Boycott Dr. Pepper, I will never drink or buy their soda ever again. Backstabbers!

Report: FBI warns of a possible Al-Qaida terrorist attack in NYC Subways during Holiday season…
The FBI say they received a threat by Al-Qaida saying that terrorists may attack the NYC Subways around the Holiday Season. The report was “plausible but unsubstantiated”. The threat could possibly be aimed directed at the passenger rail lines such as Am Trak and the Long Island Railroad. The Subways during the Holiday season especially Thanksgiving and Christmas is when the city’s most busiest at. It could be the use of either suicide bombers or place bombs near the passenger rail systems.

Yep, Al-Qaida and Osama Bin Laden are still out there sending us threats and yet, President Elect Obama is still wasting his time on the economy. I think Obama would do nothing about this threat. Neither would President Bush who is almost done.
If McCain was elected, however, he would tighten up the NYC Subways security very quickly and would do anything it takes to keep NYC people safe.
How would they tighten up the security in Subways to keep people safe? Easy. It could turn into something like the airports. Forcing people to walk through metal detectors, searching bags, etc. They should do the same thing at Subway trains. I think they should start doing that.

Report: Robert Plant and Allison Krauss confirmed to be going back in the studio in Jan. for second album, plus Plant talks a little about the Plant-less Zeppelin tour…
Robert Plant speaks out to the Birmingham Evening Mail, a newspaper in the UK, confirming that he and Allison Krauss will be heading back to the studio to record their second album, their follow up to “Raising Sand” released in 2007. He also speaks very briefly about the Plant-less Zeppelin tour that Pagey, Jonesy and Jason are planning without him. Plant approves their tour without him and he also confirms that they won’t be calling it Led Zeppelin. Pagey’s new band will under a different band name.

Robert is probably getting sick of Led Zeppelin and I can’t blame him a bit. He wants to move on to other music projects and seems to be happy with Allison. The Robert and Allison project seems to be full time, not just a side project.
I wish people would get over themselves about Led Zeppelin and appreciate what Robert is doing with Allison. I like the Robert and Allison country project. It’s amazing stuff and I’m looking forward to their next album.
Robert is just doing what he wants to do and doing whatever makes him happy. He doesn’t give a shit what anyone else thinks. Musicians do what they want to do in their lives. If other people don’t like what they do, that’s tough shit. What Robert and Allison do together is really good stuff. I listen to “Raising Sand” all the time still.

Oh my, did I hear this correctly? Did Sly just say he’s looking to sign Dolph Lundgren for “Expendables”? Remember, Sly starred with Dolph in Rocky IV when Dolph played Ivan Drago. It be kick ass to see Sly and Dolph in a movie again!!! Hope Sly gets him.

Report: “Friday Night Lights” Season 3 set to return Jan. 16th at 9:00 p.m.!!!
While NBC had just announced their January lineup for TV, they confirmed a return date for “Friday Night Lights” which critics called it the best show on television is making a comeback for Season 3 on January 16th at 9:00 p.m. which is a Friday night. January 16th is the perfect time for the show to comeback since the Superbowl is on Feb. 1st, hopes the show will get more ratings this year for a hopeful Season 4 of FNL.
NBC just axed Christian Slater’s “My Own Worst Enemy”, “Lipstick Jungle”, and “Crusoe”. Poor Christian Slater, this just proves that Slater belongs on the big screen, not on the small screen.

Report: Major returns for tonight’s Smackdown taping in Albany, N.Y.???
The WWE is in Albany, N.Y. at the Times Union Center as you read this now. They are already there early to prepare for tonight’s show at 7:00 p.m. The show will be videotaped and will be aired on MyNetworkTV this weekend.
Wrestlers like Jeff Hardy, Edge, Mr. Kennedy, Umaga, Gregory Helms, and former WWE Diva who is just making a comeback, Gail Kim (pictured above), are all backstage in Albany at the Times Union Center. Looks like all them superstars are set to return to Smackdown tonight.
