I'm a musician, singer/songwriter, blogger, writer, poet, bodybuilder, movie lover, music lover, video gamer, history/political buff, conservative/republican, etc. I like to do a lot of things.

Watched the Roseanne premiere last night and it was really great!!! Making TV great again!!!

I don’t watch a lot of sitcoms with the exception of a few of them. The only sitcoms that I watched over the years of my life were “Roseanne”, “Seinfeld”, “Frasier” and “Home Improvement”. They were the good sitcoms, but other than that I’m not a fan of sitcoms much.

Last night, “Roseanne” returned to television after like 20 years of being off the air. I used to watch the old “Roseanne” show obsessively when I was young ’cause it was one of the sitcoms that was actually good and watchable. The show is back and the whole gang is back too. Yeah, everybody from the original show has pretty much returned.

I watched the full hour of the new “Roseanne” last night and I was pretty impressed with the show actually. It was very enjoyable and watchable all the way through. I wasn’t bored one bit. The writing was really good for a sitcom and the show was well-acted by the whole cast. Most importantly, Roseanne Barr and John Goodman both still got it after all these years so it doesn’t surprise me. Roseanne can still do her trademark laugh really well. John Goodman has been away from the small screen for many years due to his movie career. John was already a big movie star before “Roseanne”, but I’m sure “Roseanne” helped boost his movie career ’cause he starred in many big roles over the years after the original “Roseanne”. Now John is back and it doesn’t surprise me that he still can play Dan Conner pretty well.

It was said in the new Roseanne revival that Roseanne and Dan Conner are gonna be Trump supporters and conservative people. When I watched the show last night, it turned out exactly that… Roseanne and Dan being Trump supporting conservatives while other people in the family are liberals especially Jackie Harris who is Roseanne’s younger sister. Laurie Metcalf reprises her role as Jackie for the new revival. In this revival Jackie is a die-hard liberal and in the premiere, shows Jackie and Roseanne arguing over politics most of the show which was entertaining as hell. Something we can all relate to in real life.

The show wanted to depict what families lives are really like during these political times. Yeah, I’m sure a lot of families out there have mixed political views.  A lot of families out there have political arguments just like in the new “Roseanne” show. It’s like in real life, ya know? That’s what I liked about the show. I think the goal with the new show is that it wanted to try and bring liberals and conservatives together. Ya know, the show was about unity the way I saw it.

Some may think that the new “Roseanne” show was aimed directly to a conservative audience but not really. The show is for liberals too. There were both conservative views and liberal views in the new show. It had everything: pussy hats, Nasty woman, abortion, gun rights, freedom of speech, transgender, homosexuality, etc. I’m sure we’ll get even deeper in politics in the upcoming episodes. This was only the beginning.

With that being said, I was very impressed with the show. Finally a show on TV that I can actually watch ’cause I don’t watch much TV hardly at all. Most of my TV watching is on Netflix and WWE Network. I play video games and watch movies most of the time too so I don’t watch much cable TV.

I thought it was a really good show and I plan to watch every Tuesday night until the Season finale. I’m sure the season premiere of “Roseanne” did very well in the ratings. I predict the ratings did really big so we’ll wait until the rating numbers come in.

Make music how you want to make it, shouldn’t matter if it pleases people or not…

One of the things that I love about songwriting is that it gives you complete freedom to write and express yourself however you want to. It is interesting how people responds to your songs whether it is good or bad feedback. I’ve always had mixed reactions toward my music over the years.

Some say my lyrics to my songs were too dark and too controversial. Some complained that my songs were too long ’cause a lot of times I would write songs that would go up between 6 – 10 minutes long or a little longer. Some even said my songs were a bit too “rock n’ roll” and not folky/country enough. Yeah, admittedly some of my lyrics were dark & controversial. Some of my songs were long and some of my songs were a bit too “rock n’ roll”. To correct some things though, I did write “positive” and “happy” songs. I did write short songs and I wrote plenty of folk/country songs.

I like to mix it up with my original songs. I just write how I’m feeling, ya know? If I’m feeling angry/pissed off, I would write angry songs. If I’m in a good mood, I would write positive/happy songs. If I’m sad, I would write a ballad or something. I just write what I’m feeling and that’s the end of that, ya know? Yes, I do write a lot of acoustic rock ’cause that’s how I’ve always liked to play the guitar. I only write the slower songs whenever I’m in the mood to. Just write whatever comes out of me.

When I used to gig in the past, I struggled to get gigs booked at cafes and coffeehouses that mainly played folk/country. Many of them wouldn’t book me ’cause they felt I was too “rock” and they felt I didn’t promote myself as a folk artist. I always promoted myself as a rock artist ’cause that’s what I am. A perfect example of this is one time I tried to book myself an actual gig at Caffe Lena; I tried to book myself to perform on one of their big weekend main shows but the managers there said they wouldn’t book me ’cause I was too “rock n’ roll”. I’ll never forget it so they put me on their Wednesday night “Emerging the Artists” series instead so I played those shows.

I’m a rock n’ roll musician. That’s what I am and that’s what I do. On the acoustic guitar, I like to rock pretty hard on it. I try not to play the acoustic like a folk and country instrument. I play the acoustic as if I’m playing the electric guitar if that makes sense. That could explain why my performances are always so tight and aggressive. I play the acoustic guitar this way ’cause I listen to a lot of rock n’ roll and metal. I don’t listen to folk and country much. I just play all the stuff of what I’ve been influenced and inspired by all of my favorite bands and artists that I listened to over the years. Bands like Led Zeppelin, Ac/Dc, The Who, Black Sabbath, The Doors, Iron Maiden, Megadeth, Aerosmith, David Bowie, Dream Theater, etc.

I did write some folk songs, though and that’s what old songs titled, “Evil Fred” and “Back to Running” were. They were folk songs.

The point of this topic is that if you’re a musician and singer/songwriter… make music how you want to. Make music that makes you happy. If you get mixed reactions and people complain about the way you write your songs then who cares. Don’t listen to the negatives and the critics. The point is just make music for you and make music whatever makes you proud.

People had a hard time understanding me as an artist ’cause they’re not used to hearing rock n’ roll acoustic musicians. They’re still used to hearing the acoustic guitar as a folk/country instrument. I never played acoustic guitar that way. I try to play the acoustic like a folk/country instrument ‘but I can’t do it ’cause I’m so used to rocking hard on it. I’ll always play guitar like that. That’s how I’ll always write my songs.

When I write my next batch of originals which will be soon, I’ll continue to write acoustic rock. I’ll try to write folk/country stuff too, though. I’ll mix it up some. I do want to put out a new acoustic demo album soon and it’ll be an internet only album kind of thing like always. My plans are that for my songs I’ll add guitar solos and put in my own backing vocals too. I’m gonna try to make my next batch of songs more melodic than my past songs. Like I said before, I just want to make music that I’m proud of and hopefully other people will like  it too. If not then that’s fine. I like to make music for myself anyways. I want to get back into songwriting again and I’m planning on it this Spring/Summer.

Varg Vikernes finally explains why his music project Burzum never plays live concerts… a must watch!!!

Varg Vikernes black metal band, Burzum has made a total of 11 albums. Is Burzum a band? Yes but the band only has one member which is none other than Varg. Yep, Varg is the only member of the band with him playing all the instruments himself and sang all the lead vocals.

Varg explains that Burzum never played any live concerts over the years simply because he feels there’s no point in it. He feels that there are better things to do in life and he can’t see himself playing on stage with other metal acts. He believes that performing onstage is pretty lame. He’s goes on saying that playing live is just musicians seeking attention for themselves and he believes musicians performing are pretty egotistical.

This video is actually pretty interesting insight.

I somewhat agree with him that playing live on stage is pretty pointless and kind of silly. I played live shows myself for a little while in the past but seemed to have stopped. I guess I kind of lost interest in live performing admittedly. You can release music publicly and not play live if you don’t want to.

The reality is when you’re a musician, you don’t need to perform live if you don’t want to. Just enjoy music for yourself really and that’s what it should be all about. There’s nothing wrong with playing music for yourself and that’s what Varg is trying to say here.

This is a great video and Varg has a lot of balls for this. Varg saying a lot of things that musicians don’t want to hear.

Black metal music is not a well-known music genre but Burzum is the most well-known and legendary band in the genre if that makes a lot of sense. I love Burzum. I’ve been listening to Varg’s music for a pretty long time. I have his album “Filosofem” from Itunes and was meaning to get the rest of his albums soon. Varg is a very talented and underrated musician. He may have had a dark and controversial past but I find myself listening to his music a lot.

Is Hulk Hogan in talks with WWE to return? Rumors are now swirling…

Rumors are swirling around the internets that wrestling legend, Hulk Hogan is in talks with WWE so he can return to the company. In the past, WWE fired Hogan due to all the sex tape controversy and his battle with Gawker, but now that stuff is all over and done with it looks like Hulk and WWE are back on good terms again.

https://www.wrestlingnewssource.com/news/51311/WWE-Confirm-They-Are-In-Talks-With-Hulk-Hogan/

Hulk Hogan himself hasn’t confirmed the news on his twitter yet, so it’s a clue that he’s keeping his possible upcoming return to WWE a secret. If true, it looks like the WWE wants him in time before WM-34 in a few weeks.

I think there’s a good chance of it being true and Hulk will probably return to the company this year. Will he be at WM-34? Probably. I think he’ll be a WM guest host just like he was guest host for Wrestlemania 30.

Hogan says he wants to have one more match in WWE and I agree, he should have one more. If he did have one more match in WWE sometime soon, who would it be? Well I saw a Q & A video with Hulk Hogan himself and he says he wants his last match to be against Braun Strowman and I agree. That would be a great final match for Hulk.

Also, John Cena vs. Hulk Hogan needs to happen ’cause that’s a dream match that never happened in the past. Maybe Hogan can have a rematch with Vince McMahon ’cause I can see that happening for sure. Is Hogan coming back for one more match? Probably but I hope he wrestles more.

All the haters aren’t liking this idea of Hogan returning but hey, admit it. We all watch pro wrestling ’cause of Hulk Hogan and it’s strange how no one will admit that. Love him or hate him all you want to, Hogan is a wrestling icon and pioneer. He popularized the wrestling business. Without him, there would have been no WCW, ECW, TNA, ROH and all those independent wrestling companies. Like I said before, I used to hate Hogan in the past but I don’t anymore. He won my utmost respect back again.

I’ve been watching a lot of old WCW Monday Nitro on the WWE Network. I’m 51 episodes in and loving every bit of it. We wouldn’t get pro wrestling on TV if it wasn’t for Hogan, remember that. I’m a huge fan of Hogan now. He really is a pro wrestling genius and I think he deserves more respect.

RIP craigslist personals… they just shut it down over a sex trafficking bill Congress just passed…

Earlier today, I went over to the craigslist personals section and seen that craigslist has shut it all down. Yep, they shut down everything in craigslist personals. Why? It was due to an “Online sex trafficking” bill that just got passed through Congress.

While many are outraged at this, I think it’s a good idea really so good riddance. Was the craigslist personals a good thing for people? NO! Not really. Craigslist personals are a hit or miss. Sometimes dating or one night stands or FWB type relationships can be good or bad.

I’ve never used craigslist personals to date a woman or have a one night stand or an FWB (No lie) but I have talked with a few women through craigslist personals in the past before. Nothing really good came out of them.

In my opinion, craigslist personals isn’t safe. It really isn’t. The site is full of prostitutes, drug addicts and people with STD’s. You can’t trust people in that site. Some of them may say they’re DDF (Drug and disease free) but you can’t always believe them.

On top of all this, people can be really shallow in that site. If you don’t have what they want, be ready to face a lot of rejection. That site can be ridiculous for a lot of reasons.

It’s good that it’s gone. Good riddance. Will it ever comeback? Craigslist says it’s done for good but ya never know.

I’m sure all the sex addicts will find other internet sites so they can keep doing what they do, though. They’r already talking about it in the “Rant and Raves”. It’s crazy. I just liked to browse the craigslist personals just for laughs, but glad it’s done, though. It’s a danger to our society.

Why a lot of local musicians are so egotistical and such arrogant jerks, my take on it…

Whenever I talk about this stuff, the topic of musicians around the Capital Region being so egotistical and arrogant jerks, no one will believe me. Instead many would think that I’m just trolling or bullying… ya know, being the bad guy but I’m not at all. I’ve been a part of the local music scene for many years; I’ve been a part of local musicians community for like a decade or over so I pretty much know how musicians are. I have eyes and ears so I see and hear things. Why would I make this stuff up?

What are the reasons that musicians can be so egotistical and arrogant? There are many reasons really. One of them is that there are a lot of musicians that believe that they are so good at what they do musically and they know it. They are not afraid to tell people that they are so talented. Whether it will be singing or playing an instrument or both, if they’re good and they won’t be afraid to brag about it publicly. There are even musicians out there who are not that good musically, but they still happen to have a huge ego problem. I’ve seen all of this over the years.

A lot of musicians can have huge egos, but the egos can be worse with the more popular and established musicians. Trust me, it can be pretty crazy in the local music scene. I used to gig myself and I used to hang out with other musicians at other band shows so I know what it’s like out there. It can be pretty crazy online too.

Once again, I know not all musicians are a bunch of egos and arrogant jerks… some musicians can be great people. All musicians are different. We have different attitudes, different feelings and different personalities. That’s all I can say. A lot of musicians just like to be themselves.

The thing is there are so many musicians who are so protective of themselves and very protective of their music. That’s why some of them can’t take any disagreements or criticism of any kind ’cause they can be way overly protective of what they do. Their egos gets much worse once they go somewhere with their music. Their ego grows larger the more popularity they get and the more success they get with their music. That’s how it is around here, really.

Interacting with musicians in the scene may sound fun but it isn’t always fun. If you don’t want to deal with the egos and arrogant jerks around here, you gotta weed ’em out. Only interact with the musicians who are good to you. If you find musicians who treat you good, supports your music and your playing then that’s who you want to support back. Why would you want to support musicians who are nothing but stuck-up assholes,  ya know? There are musicians out there who are wonderful people, down to earth and humble… you just gotta find ’em. My advice is that don’t support musicians who always look down upon you and always treating you with pure disdain ’cause you will meet musicians who’ll always put you down and act more superior. There will be musicians out there who will act more superior and think they’re better than you. Those are the ones you gotta ignore.

When you want to play your music and get yourself out there, you can’t be intimidated by the egos ’cause you will definitely meet some out there. Never let them think they’re better than you ’cause they’re not. We’re all musicians. Nobody is superior than anybody else. So because a musician or band has had some success with their music does not necessarily mean they’re more superior. There will always be those who think they’re know it alls just because their music went somewhere. Don’t let them bring you down. Just play your music and do your own thing.

I’ve had plenty of musicians over the years of my life who thought they were bigger than me and acted like my music was nothing. Don’t let any of that bother ya and just continue to play. Never let others think they’re better than you. I never did.

For years, musicians and promoters complained about the person that I am and they still do. That’s okay. I am who I am. If other musicians think they can be themselves then why can’t I, right? Never do things to please other musicians and just be you. I just want to play my music like everyone else and it’s that simple really. I don’t do this to become a rock star like many nowadays, all I want to do is make music and that’s it.

That’s all I got to say about that for now.

Thoughts on this Stormy Daniels vs. Donald Trump thing…

Some of you may want to know what my thoughts are on this whole Trump’s alleged affair with Stormy Daniels thing. It has been going on in the news for a while. There’s a whole media frenzy over this ’cause why? The Russian collusion thing is dead and the media knows it. So now the media have to figure out a different way to destroy Trump and now they’re giving this Stormy Daniels thing a try.

Stormy Daniels an adult porn star is accusing Trump of having an affair with her back in 2006 while he was still married to Melania Trump. She is also accusing Trump’s personal lawyer of paying her $130,000 of hush money to keep her silent about it. She’s also accusing him of other crazy stuff like she was threatened physically if she didn’t remain silent about the alleged affair and all that stuff.

http://www.businessinsider.com/who-is-stormy-daniels-porn-star-affair-donald-trump-2018-1

To be honest, I haven’t been following this story much ’cause like most I’m sick and tired of all the the negativity and fake news bullshit against President Trump. I mean, Trump is doing good things for America. He’s doing a lot of good things for America but the media refuses to report positively about him still. All the Fake News media wants to do is hate, hate, hate. That’s all they got really.

The question you’re probably wondering is this, is the alleged affair with Stormy and Donald true? I don’t know. Nobody knows ’cause there’s no proof of it. Even if it is true that Stormy and Donald may have had a sexual relationship, that should be none other than Trump’s personal business. Even if it’s true, I’m not surprised ’cause he’s fucking Donald Trump, ya know? He’s the worlds biggest billionaire and the most famous person in the world, so I won’t be surprised if Trump slept with other women other than his wife.

Keep in mind that men who are rich and famous can be like that. Rich people live crazy lifestyles. That’s what a lot of Trump haters can’t understand. Many rich and famous men cheat on their wives all the time. It’s pretty common in Hollywood. I’m not surprised if Trump slept with a lot of women in the past ’cause the dude is an alpha male and he’s rich. I can see why a lot of women would want him.

Even though Stormy is accusing him of a lot of things at least she’s not accusing him of “rape” and she’s saying it was a “consensual” thing. As long as it was consensual sex then Trump did nothing wrong and did nothing illegal so it does not have grounds for impeachment when the affair happened over a decade ago.

The thing is, this cunt of a porn star is just another ego-driven idiot trying to get her 10 minutes of fame and get rich off of Trump. Just another lunatic trying to leech off of Trump’s fame kind of like how Joy Villa the Scientologist fraud. Stormy is just another dummy trying to boost her career. I’ve never heard of this Stormy Daniels until this story came up.

One thing I’d like to say though is that it’s very wrong for people to get into Trump’s private life to begin with. Like I said, this is Trump’s personal business. If he does happen to sleep with a lot of women… who fuckin’ cares! He’s a man and some men can be like that. There are many men out there who are players and womanizers. Sure, Trump may have chased women in the past but I’m sure he doesn’t anymore, though.

Whether or not the affair is true, I don’t care either way. There are more important things to worry about like “Making America Great Again”. That’s all I’m worried about. This country is already great again and it’s going to be even greater. We still need to drain the swamp in Congress, the FBI and the Media. We’re on our way to doing all that.

I ignore this Stormy Daniels story ’cause all it is it’s just another way for the Trump haters to try and take down the Trump presidency since the Russian collusion thing didn’t work. The Stormy Daniels thing is gonna fail too. Just watch for it.

Will the WWE ever induct Chyna in the Hall of Fame??? I love Chyna but it’s pretty unlikely she’ll get in, unfortunately…

chyna.jpg

There’s a lot of talk throughout the wrestling internet community that we all want Chyna aka “The 9th Wonder of the World” to be included in the Hall of Fame. I agree. Chyna is definitely worthy and she’s long overdue to be in the Hall of Fame. Why? Well for one, Chyna was one of the original founders of the D-Generation X wrestling faction. Ya know, D-X which had members such as Triple H, Shawn Michaels, X-Pac, Road Dogg and Billy Gunn. Chyna was one of the first members of that group. She also won the the WWF Intercontinental Championship 2 times and a one time WWF Women’s champion. She was also the first woman to be an entrant in a Royal Rumble match-up. There are many reasons why she’s worthy like her relationship storyline with Eddie  Guerrero and her feud with Chris Jericho. She had many memorable moments in the WWF when it used to be called WWF at the time she was in the business.

Wrestling fans have been wanting Chyna in the Hall of Fame long before she passed away. Now that she has passed on, even more wrestling fans want her in the Hall of Fame. I agree, though. I fuckin’ LOVE Chyna. Always did and always will. While I would love for her to be included in the Hall of Fame, I don’t think it’ll happen ever. It’s pretty unlikely she’ll get in and here are a few reasons why…

  1. She publicly disrespected Vince McMahon, Stephanie and Triple H in the past. She trashed them in interviews and she made a lot of youtube videos trashing them. She mostly trashed Stephanie though ’cause Chyna accused Triple H of cheating on her with Stephanie McMahon and that’s probably one of the big reasons Vince will never let her in. They probably feel it isn’t a good idea to have someone in the Hall of Fame when this person disrespected them in the past.
  2. Chyna’s history with working in the porn industry is another big reason. Since the WWE is now a family-friendly company, they feel this won’t be good for the company given her history with doing porn. The ironic thing with that though is that the WWE inducted Sunny (real name: Tamara Sytch) who also had a history of starring in adult porn. So if Sunny can get in, why can’t Chyna right?

I would love for Chyna to get in but it doesn’t look like it’s going to happen ever. Yeah, before her death, the WWE ignored her for many years due to her negative grudges at the McMahons and Triple H. They ignored her up until she passed and they responded out of her respect and for her family.

You see the WWE can ignore Chyna all they want to but she’s a fucking legend, ya know? Yeah, Chyna had her problems but her legacy in the wrestling business and what she did can’t be denied. Chyna was a great talent. I used to love watching her on TV. I remember her storylines with Eddie Guerrero and her solo matches.

I wish WWE would treat her with more respect ’cause they’ve always treated her like garbage. I’m not gonna blame WWE for her passing, though. Before she passed on, I’ve followed her youtube channel for a long time. I actually miss watching her videos.

Chyna’s a legend… can’t take that away from her.

10 ways to piss off musicians, in my view…

Nowadays, it seems to be getting easier and easier to piss off musicians in your local musicians community. No doubt some musicians have really short tempers and they go off on a lot of things even the small stuff. I’ve been a part of the musicians community for many years so I have seen their behaviors over the years of my life.

If you don’t want to piss off a musician then don’t do or say these things:

  • Criticize their playing or singing: A lot of musicians around here can’t seem to take criticism that well even if the criticism is constructive. They may not respond to it so kindly. I’ve seen musicians defend themselves each time they’re criticized by somebody. I’ll never forget the old local music message board days. It’s still a problem today.
  • Say you’re not into playing music for the money: This seems to upset some musicians for whatever reason. Each time I say that I don’t play music for the money at all and I just play music for the love of it… that seems to offend some. It only seems to upset musicians that likes to make money for playing music. There’s nothing wrong with having an opinion of playing music for free and playing music for the love of it. Not sure why they get upset at this one. It’s either out of jealousy or they can’t take the truth.
  • Say you’re not into this to become a rock star or an established act: Many musicians are into it to become rock stars. They all want it, they just won’t publicly admit it. You want to say that you’re not into this to become big stars and just want to play for fun, you might upset some in the community. I’ve seen it happen before and even I’ve experienced this. I don’t play music for fame and popularity. All that is cool but that’s not what I do this for.
  • Tell them that they have a huge ego problem: This one will pretty much do it. Tell them that they’re ego-driven, arrogant or full of themselves or whatever, they’ll become immediately defensive. If they refer to themselves as a “humble” person then they probably aren’t. If they’re getting mad then just proved that they have an ego-problem.
  • Tell them that they have an unprofessional attitude: This one will do it too. If you tell them they have an unprofessional attitude, they’ll go off. Many musicians around here can have negative attitudes. There are a lot of jerks and mean people out there, trust me. Not all musicians are the same and not naming names, though.
  • Tell them they aren’t a real musician: I’ve seen this a lot over the years. A lot of musicians want to say that they play their instrument on a professional and advanced level, but when someone comes around and say they don’t… watch out. They get all mad for some reason.
  • Disagree with something they’re doing or something they said: They don’t seem to take disagreements with you so well either. You want to say that you don’t agree with them of how they’re promoting themselves or how they’re booking their gigs when all you’re doing is looking out for them but they get all pissed off anyways.
  • Have differences of political views: Politics in the musicians community seems to be a real problem. There’s a “right vs. left” problem in the musicians community too. Some musicians will kindly accept others political views if they’re different but most of them don’t most of the time. A musician has conservative views other liberal musicians around the scene won’t take it so well and vice versa.
  • Tell them that they don’t need to do band competitions just to get somewhere like “Battle of the Bands”, voting contests you see online and on radio stations… things like that: I was never a big fan of competitions for bands that you see out there. Most of them are a “scam” anyway and most of them are looking to make a quick buck. I never did band competitions of any kind and I avoid them like the plague. If other bands and solo artists want to do ’em, that’s fine by me. They’re just not for me. That’s not what I do this for.
  • Tell them that you don’t need to do crowdfunding to make an album, go on tour or release an album: I never agreed with all that pledgemusic, kickstarter and gofundme bullshit. I avoid that crap like the plague too. I hate it when bands and artists do this shit too. It’s their prerogative if they want to do it but not for me. I would never start a crowdfunding campaign when I do an album and I usually never donate to other bands either. I never once donated to a crowdfunding campaign. It’s all ridiculous, in my opinion. I don’t need to take money from fans.

Well there you have it, hope you enjoy the read.

Think I’m gonna revive my ReverbNation page this year…

Think I’m gonna revive my ReverbNation page this year. Get it back into action again. I’m planning to record a new batch of songs this year ’cause I have a bunch of ideas spinning in my head. I want to get back into songwriting again. I know I said I was gonna do a full band rock n’ roll demo but that’ll still come sometime in the future. I think I want to do another acoustic demo, but this time it will be homemade on my new home recording system.

There’s my ReverbNation page above and it has 14 songs on it so far. I gave some of them a re-listen and I’m still proud of all the music that I wrote in the past.

I’m planning to do a new acoustic demo and gonna try to come up with around 10 – 15 songs or more. I’ll come up with as many as possible. I’m gonna make my upcoming songs even better than the last batch, though. Better guitar playing, better singing… all of it.

I think my singing has improved a lot so when you listen to the above songs and my upcoming songs, you may noticed a difference, I hope.

I want to get back into this music thing. What kind of songs do I plan on coming up with? Anything I can really. Acoustic rock, ballads, etc. Whatever. I won’t write love songs even though I tried writing one before. I’ll just write whatever comes up in my head.

I’m always looking to improve my songwriting and try to be the best that I can be. Just want to make music that I’m proud of and hopefully other people will like it too.

Kev
