BREAKING NEWS: Obama’s recess appointments ruled unconstitutional!!!! FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!

For once, Obama finally doesn’t get away with something!!! The Supreme Court finally declared that Obama’s recess appointments is unconstitutional.

http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/2014/06/26/supreme-court-obama-senate-appointments/8528059/?utm_source=feedblitz&utm_medium=FeedBlitzRss&utm_campaign=usatoday-newstopstories

I could have sworn that when I first reported this story on here, you guys predictably defended Obama and acted like this wasn’t a big deal and he shouldn’t be punished for something like this. Did you guys even read the Constitution? It even says it right in there that Presidents aren’t allowed to do this.

Hopefully, Obama gets punished for this one. This could be an impeachable offense so we’ll have to wait and see. A president can break the rules even if it’s something like this. You guys once said this wasn’t a big deal? Anything that breaks the constitution is a big deal. Always is.

So finally, I can give y’all a big “I told ya so” on this one!!! 🙂

This piece of garbage don’t care about the Constitution. If this isn’t good enough for you to see that then you need mental help. When he was elected twice, he swore the oath to follow the Constitution and it’s finally been proven he didn’t this time. He could be on his way out.

Haters still follow me ’cause they’re obsessed…

1725546_10152282842558352_524186965_n

I never understood why this is but that’s the way people are I guess. I know I have a lot of people who dislike me but they still follow everything I do. Reading all of my blog posts daily. Following my social networking like facebook, twitter, etc. I still get that today.

That’s the one thing I never did. No lie either. If I don’t like someone, I just simply pretend they’re dead to me. I don’t constantly check their facebooks or webpages or whatever. If I don’t like people, I get them out of my life.

It’s pretty interesting how people do this isn’t it? They still pay attention to ya even if you want nothing to do with them. It’s called “obsession”. Jealousy can be thrown in there too.

I do know that when you put yourself out there for the whole world to see not everyone is going to like you. You’ll get all kinds of mixed responses. You’ll get a mix of supporters and haters.

I think the reason haters continue to follow ya ’cause deep down inside, they actually DO find you interesting and they DO like you… they’re just afraid to admit it. Just my opinion, though.

I’m happy that Speaker Boehner is finally doing something about Obama but why is he so afraid of impeaching him???

It’s great news to hear that Speaker Boehner is finally doing something about Obama but a lawsuit is not good enough. A lawsuit is pretty cowardly and weak, in my opinion. I still don’t trust Boehner ’cause I think he knows more about Obama’s crimes and scandals better than anybody. I’m starting to think that Boehner is on the move as a way to help get him re-elected as House Speaker. A lawsuit won’t solve anything ’cause Obama’s gonna do whatever it takes to win the dismissal anyway. Obama is gonna get himself a good lawyer. I’ll ask again, why is Boehner so afraid of impeaching him? Somehow this is his little trick of protecting him even more.

Do celebrities think they’re all that big and special??? You’ll be surprised that a lot of them don’t think so…

Not all celebrities are in it for the fame and glory. Gary Oldman makes that pretty clear in his Playboy interview. He clearly doesn’t care about the fame. He doesn’t even realize that he’s a big star. He doesn’t like watching himself in his own movies. He’s just in it for the work ’cause that’s how he makes a living. He claims he’s not all that rich either.

Here’s the full Gary Oldman Playboy interview… it’s worth a read. Entertaining as hell!!! I think next time I go to Barnes and Noble, I’ll pick up the magazine with this interview in it.

Most people like us believe that celebrities and movie stars are bigger than us but they’re really not. You’ll be surprised that many celebrities are normal. A lot of them live normal lives like us. They are definitely different people in real life than what you see of them on the big screen. A lot of these guys don’t even see themselves as “celebrities”. They’re just human beings who are in it for the work.

A lot of people get into Hollywood ’cause that’s the only way some of them can make a living. It’s hard for them to get other work so they choose acting.

Don’t make the mistake by thinking that actors and actresses enjoy watching themselves in the movies ’cause a lot of them don’t. A lot of them don’t have time to watch movies ’cause they’re always working all of the time… plus a lot of them don’t like watching themselves. They like watching other movies but not movies that they are in.

Movie stars are just like us. That’s all there is to it.

I love the new Supreme Court ruling… awesome!!!

This is indeed a huge win for cell phone privacy. It’s pretty rare that the Supreme Court would agree with us on anything and they finally did. It’s good news to hear that police will no longer be allowed to take your cell phones without warrant. You know what that means right?

That means you can videotape cops all you want to. If you witness a cop committing a crime, witnessing them arresting someone that you think is unfair or if you witness police brutality… you can videotape them and they won’t be allowed to take your cell phones so they can cover themselves up.

While I do have a lot of respect for the police not all of them are good people. Some of them can be assholes ’cause they think they have the power to control people how they want to. There are good cops and bad cops.

Hopefully something gets done about the NSA spying too.

Shane Black directing new “Predator”reboot…

The Predator franchise is trying to be successful so it’s understandable why they have to keep trying. So far the Predator creature have been on the big screen four times. The original “Predator” with Arnold, “Predator 2” with Danny Glover, “Alien Vs. Predator” and the Nimrod Antal directed, “Predators” which also stars Adrien Brody in the leading role.

Yeah, true, Hollywood can’t come up with any ideas lately but I completely understand why Hollywood is obsessed with all of these reboots. Why? Simply because nobody has seen or heard of the original films. Doing reboots helps attracts people to the original films… that’s why I believe they do all of these reboots for past movie characters.

Shane Black is a great director as “Iron Man 3” was a good film so I’m sure he’ll do “Predator” justice. I doubt this will happen but it will be cool if Shane can get Arnold to play Dutch again… not for a leading role but a Dutch cameo appearance would be pretty cool. I read that Shane is after Chris Hemsworth for the leading role. I think that’s a great choice ’cause Chris is a great actor, loved him as “Thor”.

It’ll be cool if Chris and Arnold would team up together for the new “Predator”. Arnold will probably be in it in someway, hopefully.

Rest in Peace, Michael Jackson…

Michael Jackson may have been a strange man over the years yes but his musical talent can’t be denied. No matter what you think of him, the man was a musical genius. Even though he is gone, his music will always be around. I’m pretty sure you still hear his music everywhere you go: on the radio, in clubs/bars, cover bands, wedding receptions, etc.

MJ was a huge inspiration for me as a kid. “Thriller” is one of my favorite albums of all time and still love the record. When I was a kid, I would watch MTV and when a Michael Jackson video came on… I would sing along to his songs and try to learn his dance moves.

He still is an inspiration to me. He may have been a bit of a whack job but I never cared about his personal life… it was about the music for me.

Michael Jackson was real. He wasn’t manufactured by the major labels. He really did the work and got him this success himself. He knew what he was doing. If you want proof that he was the real deal, watch the film, “This Is It”.

His legacy will never be forgotten.

Does my blogging and criticism on different topics hurt my music? No not at all…

I get this a lot from people. My blogging hurts my music. People mistakenly believes that my music doesn’t go anywhere because of it. When people make up these claims and myths about me… I just ignore ’em and laugh at ’em. I don’t think my online web presence and my blogging will hurt my music at all. Maybe a little bit but not too bad. If it does happen to hurt my music… who cares. It’s not the end of the world.

My blogging is part of what made me a musician. In the past, I got noticed from the Metroland Polls and Metroland Readers Pick two times back in 2006. My blogging helps me get known.

Sometimes being controversial and being honest does good things for ya.

On top of that, there aren’t really a lot of musicians who are upset at my blogging about local music. Maybe some of them are but a lot of ’em are with me about what I say about the music scene. A certain few may whine and cry about my music scene topics but not too many. Yes, I may not “get along with a lot of musicians out there” but who cares. If I’m hated, that’s actually great.

It’s actually kind of good to get a mixed response if you think about it.

It’s a good thing for a musician to blog. It helps expresses yourself. It helps let people know who you are. There are even famous musicians in the music industry who are controversial and honest but it doesn’t hurt their careers at all like look at Ted Nugent for example. The more people are hating on him and the more he gets all of this mixed responses, the bigger you’re making his music career.

My blogging doesn’t damage my music at all. It actually helps. I’ve had more people get interested in me over the years. Plus, there are a lot of adult acting people who don’t take everything I do seriously. Some enjoy everything I write and actually debates with me on various topics like an adult without the bullying and harassment.

Whether you love me or hate me, either way I’m good!!! 🙂 I don’t care about negative and dramatic people. I avoid them like the plague. I ignore all bullshit and continue to do the things that I love to do. Blogging and making music. Nothing’s stopping me from being who I am!

Being honest and realistic is a good thing for a musician to do. Nothing wrong with it.

Anyway, I think more people in this scene is gonna like my new batch of songs that I’m doing. My music is not just for Capital District people. I will welcome new fans/supporters from everywhere. I got supporters from different states in the US and I got some from Nottingham, U.K. who have always been supportive of my music too.

My blogging doesn’t hurt me at all. I’m being realistic and honest ’cause I love being this way. I also do it to entertain people doesn’t matter how controversial my blogging gets. I just like to get people all fired up ’cause it entertains me. I do it to entertain others too. If you don’t take what I do personally, then you would find what I do is entertaining.

I feel no regrets at all for what I do and don’t feel apologetic for my “controversial” web presence. It’s just who I am.

Like I said before when Trey Gowdy speaks, you listen!!!

The IRS Commish John Koskinen isn’t making any friends in Congress ain’t he??? This is just another reason to show you why Trey Gowdy was picked to lead the Benghazi investigation. Trey Gowdy doesn’t fuck around!!!

You can see that Mr. Koskinen was smiling in the beginning of the video but Trey wipes his smile off his face toward the middle of it.

Koskinen claims that no crime have been committed here and Trey is trying to bring up a point that how does he know whether or not he is breaking the law? If no crime have been committed then why did they have to go destroy Lois Lerner’s hard drive??? If they wanted to prove their innocence they could have brought their hard drive or computer to show Congress. Something must be up if they destroyed the hard drive and I believe — this is just my observation now — that Obama ordered Lois to destroy the hard drive ’cause there’s too much information on it that would expose Obama ordering the IRS targeting conservatives.

Gotta love how Mr. Koskinen blames the White House and Congress for the conspiracy of the e-mails. As you can see that pissed Trey off. You don’t mess with Trey. He’s a pretty tough dude and don’t take any shit from anyone!

Trey is one of the few good ones in Congress. He’s my favorite!

Spent all morning re-recording these songs…

I just re-recorded “Leave This Place”and “Speak A Little Loudly” this morning. Spent all day working on those two songs. I stayed out of the red through the songs pretty much so it shouldn’t clip at all. When I master them hopefully I can make the songs louder without clipping them in “Final Touch” mastering and I know there’s a way to do it.

While I recorded one song, I recorded a little video footage as one reader suggested me. It’s a good idea to do a short “Behind the Scenes” video to give people an idea of how I recorded the album.

Maybe I’ll inspire more bands and musicians — hopefully they’ll start to do the same thing. Make their music on an Ipad instead of an expensive studio. They might find what I do inspiring. It’ll help save lots of money from expensive studios.
