Brock believes that Roger Clemens is still lying to Congress about not using steroids…

Some of you may wonder about my thoughts on this. I still believe Roger Clemens, is a flat out, ‘roid junkie. He walked out of the trial because money and power will do that. With a lot of money, and fame, you can pretty much get away with anything.

Another thing, I’m so fuckin’ tired of bodybuilders, wrestlers and movie stars with muscular physiques getting accused of using steroids. Pretty much most of your favorite sports athletes use ’em too. That goes for baseball stars, football stars, sometimes even hockey, basketball and the Olympics. How come other sports aren’t the badguys for using ’em?

That’s what so messed up about this world!

Cool Video: This is the best response to all the fitness drama online…

Ya know, I kind of actually agree with this guy. I pretty much said the same things in my own video, “so called fitness guru’s, thinking they know everything about bodybuilding”. I love how he ended this video too, funny stuff. LOL.

Cool Video: This is why I’m a fan of the Hodge Twins, they give good advice on how much protein you should take in…

This is why I like the Hodge Twins, the Twin Muscle Channel. What makes these guys so cool is that they make sure their fitness information is factual and they do a great job of it, in my opinion. They’re right on the money that a natural bodybuilder don’t need so much protein. I don’t really need so much, which is one of the reasons why I decided to give up drinking Whey Protein powders. I just get protein from real food like egg whites, fish, chicken breast, various meats, etc. Like the Twins said, you need your healthy carbs too, and you can get that stuff from whole wheat bread (I go for the organic bread), plain oat meal, vegetables, etc. You can also get healthy carbs from healthy beans like kidney beans, black beans, etc.

When I first started bodybuilding, I used to think I needed so much protein but then I had to slow it down some, which is why my nutrition is not all the way that strict like most people think. This is why I like to eat what I want on the weekends only.

The Hodge Twins do the best job giving fitness information in youtube. They also do the best job at keeping their videos funny and comedic. A lot of fitness gurus try to be comedic, but the Twins sure get me laughing the hardest. That’s one of the reasons why their channel is addicting.

“The Twin Muscle” youtube channel by the Hodge Twins, became pretty addicting…

The Hodge Twins have become big youtube sensations with their bodybuilding instructional stuff, so some of you probably heard of them. There are other popular youtube trainers like Scooby, luimarco, Scott Herman, etc., but I think the Hodge Twins do a better job than anybody else. Their fitness information can be pretty factual and true. They don’t just make stuff up like a lot of others do.  It looks like these guys do their homework before posting things.

Not only that they are good at what they do, they keep their videos funny and entertaining. They can be like, “Hey man, you wanna build some muscle man, you can build some fuckin’ muscle”. LOL, you’ll get the idea when you start watching their videos.

You can either love ’em or hate ’em,  they’re an inspiration and what they’re doing is good. I subscribed to their youtube channel, so I can follow it on a daily basis. I agree with a lot of their information. It’s good stuff. Most fitness youtube channels are crap, but the Twin Muscle channel is one of the best ones. Keep up the good work, dudes!

Check out their Channel, here.

Cool Video: Are shocking before and after photos on the internet real? Not all of them…

You see all kinds of shocking before & after photos in the muscle magazines and on the internet, but are all of them real? Not all of them. This guy in this video exposes the truth on how fake some of those photos can be.

I could do the same with my before & after photos easily. If I wanted to, I can make myself look like a sexy muscular hunk that women drool over with a good photographer, good lighting and photo shop work.

Of course, I’m not going to do that though. I never faked my before & after photos. All progress photos I posted online are 100% real.

Enjoy this great video. I hate most fitness videos in youtube but this one of the best ones I’ve seen. Very informative and so true.

Cool Video: Check out this great Lamar Gant interview…

I went looking for Lamar Gant stuff in youtube. and about 1:16 in the video, Lamar says, he has scoliosis, and he says that deadlifting is very good for the back, not dangerous at all.

This video looks like a pretty new interview. Lamar seems like a pretty nice guy.

I think I just became a fan, and can look at him for motivation and inspiration. This guy is helping me get motivated into fitness even more.

Not A Cool Video: Is Scooby right about squats or is he full of crock???

Squats is the most popular bodybuilding workout of them all. You see guys and even women do this workout all the time, at all gyms, all over the world.

I experimented with squats on the “Smith Machine”, but I’ve been lifting light. I’ve been experimenting with different leg workouts and wanted to try out the squat. It really is a strong workout. It really pumps up your quads, hamstrings, and your ass, all around.

Is it really a dangerous workout that he claims? He could be right in some way, but I think he’s somewhat, full of crock too. ALL WORKOUTS in the gym can be pretty risky. Even the leg press or any of those leg machines can mess up your legs, or even your whole damn body. Just do every workout in perfect form at all times and don’t lift too heavy, and the exercises can be very safe for you.

Scoob is just trying to scare the hell out of people and get people to stop doing squats. I’m pretty sure a lot of pro bodybuilders are laughing at this guy.

Thought: Eggs is an important part of a fitness nutrition…

When you get into fitness, a lot of people are going to question your strange eating habits. Eating healthy and eating weird, maybe strange, yes, but it must be done so you can get the fit body of your dreams. Eating a lot is key to getting a ripped body. Without good eating, you’re never going to get anywhere. I eat 4 eggs a day, w/the yolk. Some people claim that it’s too much but for a fitness person/bodybuilder, not really. For a bodybuilder, you must eat 3-4 eggs a day.

Here is proof on how eggs with the egg yolk is healthy and how egg whites does nothing for your body, see this well written article, here. Read from top to bottom.

I don’t care if people think my nutrition is weird. I vow to do whatever it takes to get the ripped body of my dreams. Do I miss eating other foods? Yes, of course. I need to eat mostly high protein and low carb stuff, all the time. Gotta get used to that fact.

I eat 4 eggs a day ’cause I need the protein. It’s part of a fitness nutrition. That’s the name of the game.

Cool Photo: Patrick Schwarzenegger, aspiring bodybuilder like his old man…

Look like the Governator has been training his own 17 year old son, Patrick, and teaching him fitness/bodybuilding! Patrick is at a good start. If he keeps at it, he could be ripped and huge like his father was back in the 80’s. Patrick could have that Mr. Olympia look like his father when he turns 30 years of age. Is Patrick, pursuing a career in bodybuilding and movies like his old man? Look at Patrick’s face, he looks just like Arnie. Patrick could be the next upcoming action star!
