Pee Wee Herman posted a sweet video on his Twitter page:

I wanna see his show so badily but they are at Club Nokia, which is a club in Los Angeles.

Congrats to Paul Reubens. I’m sure the return of Pee Wee will be very successful. Everyone will start loving Pee Wee again just like in the early 90’s.

I hope Pee Wee will return to the big screen with a new movie too.

Pee Wee’s shows at Club Nokia will be held on Jan. 12th through Feb 7th.

Report: Adam Lambert man on man kiss censored on “Early Show”, understand the ick factor…

I just want to respond to this:

http://www.tmz.com/2009/11/25/early-show-censors-gay-kiss-when-its-men/

There is a reason that girl on girl action doesn’t get censored on TV and man on man action does. That word again, the “ick factor”. Look it up if you don’t know what it means.

I’ve said in a blog post that people are used to seeing girl on girl make out action, while most people don’t want to see man on man action. It’s really quite simple to understand.

Do you ever wonder why in “soft core porn”, they are willing to show the woman fully naked but they never show the man’s privates? It’s that “ick factor” that straight men don’t wanna see. If you want to see everything, watch the hardcore porn.

Man on man action and male nudity is not allowed on regular TV for many reasons. Basically, the only reason is that the soft core porn industry and regular TV don’t want to turn off the straight male viewers.

I don’t see a double standard in any of this at all. It’s just the people’s way of defending “equality” and gay rights.

The censoring on the “Early Show” and cancelling the Good Morning America performance, has nothing to do with Adam Lambert. It’s all about the material that is being brought in the performance.

I agree with the censoring. I don’t think any guy would want to wake up in the morning and while switching channels you see that going on while he’s drinking coffee or something before work.

Girl on girl kissing is less graphic than man on man action.

On top of that, this isn’t the first time that famous bands brought in homosexual material into their performances. The Red Hot Chilli Peppers has done it many times, also David Bowie and Nirvana has done it. Kurt Cobain and Dave Grohl made out on stage plenty of times.

Adam Lambert needs to leave this stuff at the gay bars. This is where he needs to go back to performing, not on TV. I’m not being anti-gay. Adam Lambert is an attention whore with a capital W and he’s just doing whatever it takes to help promote his upcoming album.

Thought: Unsigned bands/musicians obsessing with fame and popularity…

It still amazes me that so many unsigned bands out there obsess with wanting “fame” and try to become very popular in their local area. Why obsess with it too much? Are you that desperate for recognition? Keep dreaming.

Yes, I am a musician, songwriter and guitar player, but I don’t obsess with any of it. I’m just a simple guy that wants to play music.

I’m not naming names but there are plenty of bands and solo songwriters out there, that try to chase “popularity” and “superstardom” in their areas.

There are bands and musicians out there that call themselves, “music artists”, “profesional musicians” and “established bands”. There are even plenty of bands that call themselves, a “top act with high energy”. LOL! Quit living in your own delusional worlds.

I don’t call myself any of those things. Just a normal guy that just want to play guitar and write songs.

I’m not that desperate for recognition or popularity. I just play for the love and passion for it. People around here are crazy when it comes to music. A lot of them like to make themselves look popular online when the reality is, their music goes no where.

Many of these bands claim they are not doing it for fame, but I know that is a flat out lie when they seem to be obsessed with popularity. Getting signed is what a lot of bands want around here.

I think a lot of bands are better off staying unsigned ’cause the way the music industry has total control of your music and your image, you’ll realize that fame is a huge mistake.

Report: Neve Campbell gives the latest update on “Scream 4″…

Neve Campbell speaks on the latest for “Scream 4”. She says now the original cast is officially signed on, they still need to wait for a script to come in. So this means the plot and synopsis for “Scream 4” hasn’t been released to the public just yet.

I’m sure everyone is curious to see what the 4th one will be about. I’m also curious.

More on it here:

Cool Video: David Bowie back in the 70’s…”I Got You Babe” with Marriane Faithful…

Here is a perfect example of David Bowie shock factor back in the 70’s. Here is a video of David Bowie performing with Marriane Faithful on a cover of the Cher and Sonny Bono song, “I Got You Babe”.

Look what David’s wearing. He’s wearing a woman’s dress and plenty of makeup. There are also male dancers with their shirts wide open. Very close to a homosexual themed performance.

If Adam Lambert is trying bring these gay themed performances back on the stage like David, Queen, Kiss, Prince and Alice Cooper did…Adam is not doing a very good job at it and trying too hard.

Report: “Back to the Future” soundtrack now available…

This is super cool, a limited edition only of the “Back to the Future” movie soundtrack is now available to order online. This is for the instrumental score only. It won’t have the songs by Huey Lewis and Chuck Berry.

Check it out here:

“Back to the Future” the first one anyways, is one of my favorite films ever. It’s such a classic and a great family film with perfection. Especially the film’s beautiful music score. It has the best scoring of film history.

Oh yeah, and one more thing about the Adam Lambert controversy…

I’m sure David Bowie is laughing his ass off at that performance as well. I’m sure it reminded David of his past when he was younger when he wore all that makeup and women’s lingerie on stage back in the 70’s. David did some silly things in his performances in the 70’s, but at least he can sing incredibly and performed well in his earlier years.

Thought: How Tim Burton would be a perfect director for “Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn”…

Why would Tim Burton be a perfect choice of director for “Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn”? It’s very simple. His dark vision of his other films matches the same style as the Twilight series. Just watch films like “Edward Scissorhands”, “Sweeney Todd”, “Sleepy Hollow”, etc. They all have a similar vision to “Twilight”.

Not only that, Tim Burton also has a very huge dedicated following of young fans from tweens to young adults who follow Tim Burton’s movies. Tim Burton also has many full-grown adult fans as well.

If Tim Burton directs, “Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn”, he could bring all fans together which will be a film for all ages to enjoy. Imagine Tim Burton giving a cameo for Helena Bonham Carter his wife for “Breaking Dawn”, maybe even give Johnny Depp a small role as well.

I hope Summit Entertainment studios does the right thing and sign Tim Burton to direct the final installment. I’m positive Tim would make a very good Twilight movie and he would probably do the best job at it. It would be a mistake if Summit doesn’t get him.
