Report: 50 Cent pulls out of “The Expendables”, Terry Crews is in!

Rapper 50 sent says “no” to starring in, “The Expendables” with Stallone. Former NFL star, Terry Crews, says “yes” he is in.

Terry Crews is not a well known actor, but he has starred in many films in the past, doing mostly supporting roles. Not really big roles but small roles. He was in movies such as “Training Day”, “Starsky and Hutch” (remake), “The Longest Yard”, “Get Smart”, “The 6th Day”, and he will have a role in the upcoming, “Terminator: Salvation”. I think Terry Crews is a much better choice!

Report: Jason Newsted might play with Metallica on stage at Hall of Fame…

Kirk Hammett says, not only that Jason Newsted will be able to be part of the induction, he may also be able to reunite with the band on stage for one night only. Jason might play bass for a song at the Hall of Fame with Metallica.

I wonder why Metallica picked Flea to induct? That’s kind of a weird choice. What no Dave Grohl, no Lemmy Kilmister or Kerry King of Slayer to induct the band? Why Flea? I’m sure the band Metallica will explain their decision on Flea soon.

Like it said an earlier report, Metallica tried asking Dave Mustaine to join them on stage at the Hall of Fame, but Dave declined the offer due to a major Megadeth tour and recording in the studio for new album, although Dave was flattered he was asked.

Report: Top 10 Controversial games of all times…

Grand Theft Auto IV maybe the most controversial video game of the year 2008, but you haven’t seen nothing yet. To those who are new to video games, there have been way worse controversial games, than “Grand Theft Auto IV”. Yahoo compiled a top ten list of controversial video games that created a strong negative public reaction but later became very popular.

I think this is a great list and they hit the nail on the head.

Report: Jimmy Chamberlin leaves the Smashing Pumpkins, Billy Corgan records new album by himself…

The longtime Smashing Pumpkins drummer, Jimmy Chamberlin, has left the band…again. Billy Corgan will continue to write music under the Smashing Pumpkins name, but he will record the new album by himself with no other musicians involved.

To those who aren’t musicians and don’t know much about music, you ask, “How does a musician record a whole album by himself?” Well it’s easy. Billy plays all instruments, not just guitar, you gotta love the magic of studio. You can record as many tracks as you want and mix ’em together to make ’em sound like a full band. He’s recording the next Smashing Pumpkins album as a one man band kind of thing. Using MIDI instruments and ProTools is also a good tool for doing music by yourself.

When recording in the studio, songwriters don’t really need a live band, they have a choice to be a one man band or play with other musicians to make it sound live.

Thought: “Late Night” with Jimmy Fallon so far…

I’ve been watching “Late Night” with Jimmy Fallon quite a lot, and I’m surprised, Jimmy is actually doing a great job. He’s entertaining. He has some great guests on the show that no other late night talk show would have. Jimmy also has musical guests on there that are not too well known as well. Plus, Jimmy having the Roots as his host band is really cool.

I still miss Conan O’ Brien, but Conan will be making his debut on “The Tonight Show” June 1st, so we will have to wait all the way to June 1st for the return of Conan on TV.

Jimmy is doing okay. He’s actually pretty funny and entertaining. I think Jimmy was hired for the job ’cause Lorne Michaels liked his work with SNL’s “Weekend Update”.

“Late Night” with Jimmy Fallon is not bad at all. I like the show.

Not a Cool Video: Barack Obama makes fun of the mental retardation on Jay Leno last night…

Oh my. Did President Obama screw his first TV appearance on a talk show or what? He just went on “The Tonight Show” and made fun of the Special Olympics. It was a joke, I know, he did this to make fun of himself of his bowling skills but I actually agree with TMZ for once, that if Bush said it, everyone would hate him for it, and the public will stay behind Obama’s side 100%. There’s a double standard there.

Presidents are supposed to care about the mentally retardation, not make fun of them and not bash ’em. I vote IMPEACH BARACK OBAMA!

I never make fun of mentally retarded people ’cause it’s wrong. It’s wrong, offensive, and immature. The special people can’t help what they are, because they were born that way.

Of course, there will be mixed opinions on this incident. Some people will find Barack’s joke hilarious, and some will find it offfensive. Well, I find it offensive.

I was never the type of guy to make fun of people, it’s just something I don’t do. When you’re an adult in the real world, it’s a childish thing to do to be a high school bully right now.

Report: Liam Neeson to take a long hiatus from film?

Due to the death of his wife, Natasha Richardson, Liam Neeson announced he is putting his film career on hold. His latest movie that he starred the leading role in the action/thriller, “Taken”, he will do no more films after that. He is set to do future projects, but he will have to drop out of them. This hiatus will only be temporary but not permanent. No word on how long Liam will take a hiatus, but he can take all the time off he needs. He can even retire from Hollywood if that’s what is best for himself and his family.

Why do bad things happen to good people? Stay strong, Liam buddy. That man will be heartbroken and depressed for the rest of his life now. He’ll never get over this, just like John Travolta will never get over the death of his son.

These celebrities and movie stars don’t need to keep working over the death of a family. The same goes for Jennifer Hudson. I don’t know why she continues to do music with losing her family members, but she does anyways. Her hiatus from her career was very short.

John Travolta and Liam Neeson’s hiatus will probably be a long one. I feel bad for Liam. Liam and Natasha seems like a very happy couple, Natasha was a very beautiful woman for her age too. RIP, Natasha.

Thought: Nicolas Cage…people need to stop saying negative things about him…

I don’t see anything wrong with Nicolas Cage. In fact, he is one of my favorite actors. I think the guy is great. I know people do not like him too much, I don’t know why, maybe it’s because he’s no Brad Pitt and Matt Damon? I think he’s a really great actor. He has a good speaking voice, his acting seems normal and real than any other actor out there.

I’m interested in seeing his next movie, “Knowing”, it looks good, and I’ll probably see it in theater. I’m also looking forward to his upcoming remake “Bad Lieutenant”.

He’s starred in many great films. Of course, he had his share of starring in some bad movies that I didn’t like, other than that, I don’t see anything wrong with him. He’s one of the hardest working actors in Hollywood who seems to love doing this as a passion. Comes out with movie after movie, year after year, non stop. The guy is always working.

Give the man the respect that he deserves. Enough said.

Report: Stallone confirms no Kurt Russell for, “The Expendables”…

Sly fans wants Kurt and Sly to team up for another movie together, we’re all dying for it, but sadily it isn’t happening at this time. Sly wrote another open letter to the Stallonezone message board, confirming that Sly already tried asking Kurt Russell to join, “The Expendables”, but Kurt turned it down. Not responding to Sly’s letter about it. The reason Kurt turned it down? Sly said Kurt is not interested in returning to acting. Meaning that Kurt is taking a break and a hiatus from Hollywood.

Kurt’s last movie was, Quentin Tarantino’s “Death Proof” which was released way back in 2007. Kurt hasn’t starred in a new movie since then.

This doesn’t mean that this is the end of Kurt and Sly teaming up again in the future though, just not “The Expendables”. Maybe Sly will one day plan a “Tango and Cash II”? That be fuckin’ sweet. I would love a “Tango and Cash” sequel.

Report: Josef Fritzl sentenced to life in psychiatric facility for incest…

Josef Fritzl, a 73 year old man, has been sentenced to life in a psychiatric facility…he’s being sentenced for a number of charges including incest, rape, enslavement, forceable imprisonment and others.

He kept his own daughter, captive for 24 years and fathered her 7 children. He has also been charged for homicide of killing one of those 7 children.

This story is pretty sickening. No wonder he has the hots for his own daughter, because this dude has a face that only a mother would like. The dude is freaky looking.

Putting him in the psychiatrict hospital is just perfect for him, just what he needs.

Justice for his daughter, FINALLY! Now she can live her life in peace and freedom without this piece of garbage around!
