Report: “Inferno” producers are still backing Lindsay 100%…

At least the “Inferno” film makers still support and respect, Lindsay Lohan, they are still not firing her because of her drug addiction. That’s the way to do it. Still support drug addicts. Like they said, they already worked with Robert Downey Jr., the “Iron Man” and “Sherlock Holmes” star. Downey Jr. had a long history of drug problems and he even went to prison for it. Downey Jr.’s film career was almost destroyed because of his problems, but he went to rehab, got clean, and now he’s a big movie star again.

The same can happen to Lindsay. It took a long time for Downey to clean up his act as it didn’t happen over night for him.

People might find it weird that the “Inferno” film makers still support Lindsay, but in all honesty, it’s a good thing to do is to support people with problems. Drug addicts need all the support they can get. Why should you not hate on drug addicts? Because it would drive them to depression, maybe even suicide, etc. You get the drill. Drug addicts need support so they can get inspired to get clean.

Keep in mind that Downey’s problems were similar to Lindsay’s back in his day but Downey’s were ten times worse. He tried to get clean in the past, went back to rehab, found himself doing drugs again and today he’s clean for good. The public shouldn’t hate Lindsay as they need to support her. Drug addicts needs to stay happy as possible during these hard times.

Report: “Pinocchio” finds his writer for Warner Bros…

Hollywood is going to give the live action, “Pinocchio” another try, and it will be brought to us by Warner Bros. studios. WB’s hired their writer for the live action, “Pinocchio”. That writer is, Bryan Fuller.

Pinocchio, is one of my favorite movies ever made. The first time they tried it live action was the 1996 movie that starred, Jonathan Taylor Thomas. That movie failed in the box office. I’ve seen that version and it did suck hard. It was a big mess.

The Disney animated, “Pinocchio” is such a classic, that it doesn’t need to be live action, in my opinion. If it failed with the Jonathan Taylor Thomas version, Warner Bros. will fail with this one too. A live action, “Pinocchio” will be very difficult to make. You’ve seen the animated one, haven’t ya? Will Warner Bros. version be all live action? Obviously not. They will make a lot of it, CGI.

They’ll make Jimminy Cricket, CGI. They’ll make Monstro the Whale, CGI. The Blue Fairy will be CGI. What about that song “Wish you Upon a Star” that Jimminy sings? WB’s may have to get the rights from “Disney” for the songs that were sung from the original animated film. I’m sorry but this film will probably suck. WB’s wasting their time and money.

Thought: What kind of film will the “Freddie Mercury” biopic be? Will it be a comedy or a serious drama?

Sacha Baron Cohen has always been known for shocking and controversial humor in his flicks. Will he have that again for his next, “Freddie Mercury” movie? I don’t know. I think the “Freddie Mercury” biopic will be more on the serious side then humor. Maybe that’s why Sacha signed on to the role? He wanted to do something new and different besides comedy. There will obviously be some humor in this biopic film since Freddie was a very weird and humorous guy, but there won’t be any of that shock factor that Sacha is known for. Freddie was known for his shock factor live performances with Queen, I think that’s why the film makers wanted him.

This will give Sacha an opportunity to really show his acting talent other than the comedy genre. I’m seeing this movie to be very emotional and sad. Can you see Sacha giving a powerful performance for Freddie’s death scene? Before Freddie’s death, on his last days, he wanted to help the world with AIDS awareness, I can see the film concentrating on that. The funeral will be interesting, Elton John and David Bowie may have to make cameos ’cause they were there at Freddie’s funeral.

The film will start from the beginning, at his childhood to his death like most biopic films are like that. It might focus on his relationship with Mary Austin, Freddie’s first true love, then it will probably go onto his bi-sexual days. If you watch Freddie Mercury’s older interviews and seen the film, “Borat”, you can see the similarities between both of them.

Sacha is going to nail this performance. I think he will perform Freddie Mercury perfectly. Like I said, I think this film will show a different side of Sacha. It will be nothing like Borat or Bruno at all. I’m sure Sacha will be working closely with Brian May and Freddie’s family members, I’m sure Sacha will work with Mary Austin as well, to learn more about Freddie’s history and personality. I’m glad Sacha got this opportunity. Here’s hoping for an Oscar award for Best Actor.

BREAKING NEWS: Sacha Baron Cohen will play Freddie Mercury!!!

Sacha Baron Cohen has officially signed himself a role to star as Freddie Mercury, the lead singer of legendary rock band, Queen, for the upcoming, “Freddie Mercury”, biopic. Sacha has been well known to playing homosexual characters such as Borat and Bruno, Sacha will play a gay character once again. See this article at, Deadline.

I wonder why Sacha, is always interested in playing gay characters in films. I don’t think he’s gay in real life ’cause he’s been with Isla Fisher for many years, married to her too. Never know, maybe Sacha is a closeted bi-sexual. Freddy Mercury wasn’t just gay, he liked women too.

This is really great casting. I always thought Sacha was almost identical looking to, Freddie. The question is will Sacha be able to sing like him? I’m sure he’ll get voice coaching to prepare for the role. Sacha does sing though. I smell Oscar award for Sacha for this role? Hopefully???

BREAKING NEWS: Casey Affleck finally confesses that the Joaquin Phoenix rap act is a hoax!!!! Woah!!!

Well, well, well, look at what we have here. The public is getting onto to them so much that Casey Affleck, finally gave up and admitted that the, Joaquin Phoenix, insane like personality and rap career is all a hoax. Read the full article, here.

Now that everybody knows that this was all fake all along, Joaquin definitely will appear on Letterman next week as his normal self, (I hope).

If you actually think the music industry will sign Joaquin a record deal for rap music, please. A rap career would have never happened for him anyways.

This was all funny stuff though! It was fun while it lasted! I look forward to seeing, “I’m Still Here”. I knew he wasn’t retiring from movies from day 1.

Thought: My take on this whole Joaquin Phoenix thing…

So Joaquin Phoenix is set to return to David Letterman, next Wednesday night on the 22nd. Will I watch? Yes, definitely. Will Joaquin come out all fully bearded, long haired with sun glasses? I don’t think he will. I’m predicting Joaquin will come out with his own self and just act normal next time. Just to confuse people some more. In the video below, you see Joaquin talking with Miley Cyrus. Joaquin cut off his long hair, clean shaven again and all that. It takes a long time to grow it all back.

So what’s up with his weird personality and why is he being crazy? It’s a gimmick! Kind of like a wrestling character. He’s just doing what ever it takes to promote himself as an actor. To get himself recognized more. Yes, a lot of people are going to hate Joaquin’s gimmick or alter ego, he’ll get a backlash for it. It worked for Andy Kauffman back in his time of day. Andy went from hero to badguy in the entertainment media. I think this whole gimmick Joaquin doing was inspired by Andy Kaufman/Tony Clifton. Notice the similarities between Joaquin’s new gimmick and Tony Clifton?

It’s obvious that Joaquin’s retirement from movies was fake, I’ve been saying it all along. Joaquin kept signing on to new movie roles. He’s got a few up ahead of him.

So what’s with all the confusion with Joaquin possibly retiring from movies to do music? That’s the point of this whole thing. It was made to confuse people on purpose to get people talking. All of this is a ploy to help promote himself as an actor and his possible rap career if he’s serious about that too. I don’t take any of this stuff seriously. I don’t hate him for it, as I think all of this is very comical. I find it all hilarious. What’s even funnier is that people take it seriously, thinking it’s all real.

When Joaquin met with Miley in this video and he’s acting his own self, being normal. There’s your proof right there that his rap thing is all a gimmick.

Cool Video: Oh my, this is probably the first horror movie trailer, I’m actually creeped out by Paranormal Activity 2!!!

I’m never usually scared by horror films because I’ve watched horror films for years ever since I was a child. So I’m used to it. I want to applaud the film makers behind the new “Paranormal Activity 2” trailer ’cause I was actually a little scared and creeped out by it. It’s looking to be better than the first one. So I’m definitely interested in seeing PA2.

See the trailer here, if you dare.

Thought: What Facebook is mostly used for…

I have been in facebook for a little over a year or so. I’m going to make an observation on what people mostly use the site for.

Here’s my take on facebook:

  • People like to talk about what they’re doing and where they’re going in life. You’ll see people in facebook saying stuff like “(name here) is at the grocery store”, “(name here) is making a cup of coffee”, “(name here) is going to the movies”, etc. The most popular one, is “I’m going to bed”, you see it everywhere!
  • People like to vent about how much life sucks or if they’re having a bad day. If something bad happens in people’s lives off the computer, they’ll go in facebook and rant about it publicly. Then their friends will start replying to them to try to make him/her feel better. I see this all the time.
  • People like to use the site for dating and relationships. Internet dating is becoming more popular than ever. People obsess with that, “in a relationship” status option in Facebook for whatever reason. I’ve seen couples hook up because of facebook lately.
  • The weird thing about facebook is that it also gives couples (whether married couples or not) the opportunity to show their love to each other in front of everyone publicly. Not that it’s a bad thing but it can be risky in a way. There are tons of single people out there, that if they have a crush on someone who is “in a relationship” or married, they’ll be keeping an eye on that “status relationship” option, to wait until they’re single or divorced again. It happens often in facebook, almost like a virtual soap opera like you see on daytime TV.
  • People like to play facebook games like farmville, mafia wars, etc. Sometimes this is the only thing people use facebook for.
  • People like to hit the “Like” button over stupid nonsense. You know what I mean, people would hit “Like” on these ridiculous sentences for example: “true friends treat each other right”, “Please no drama”, and all these personal relationships and dating tips people hit “Like” for. I think you know what I’m talking about.

I think that pretty much covers it. Maybe the facebook movie, “The Social Network” will cover all that stuff too. People use facebook in a very strange and odd way. Maybe that’s what Jeff Zuckerberg wanted people to use facebook for so they can stay addicted and it helps get more people to register.

I try my very best to keep my life off of facebook. I use the site to talk about the entertainment industry like I do here as a way to help promote my blog site. I don’t use the site to be open about my personal life like a lot of people do in there. I use it to talk about my usual music, movies, health & fitness topics in there. I think it is what’s best. People just don’t realize what they’re doing in social networking sites.

The “Social Network” looks like an interesting movie and I look forward to seeing it! I’m a huge fan of David Fincher’s work.
