Metallica makes music what they want to hear, nothing wrong with making music for yourselves!!!

Metallica has always had the mindset of “making music for themselves”. They’ve had that attitude for every album they did in the past. There is nothing wrong with making music for yourselves. There is nothing wrong with enjoying your own music that you make. Is it egotistical to enjoy your own music? Not really. If you’re proud of the music that you make, that’s all that matters the most.

That’s why Metallica always had so many haters over the years. Fans wants Metallica to play nothing but thrash but they just make whatever music that makes them happy and there’s nothing wrong with that.

I’ve always had that mindset too. I’ve always made music that makes me happy. Yes, I am proud of the original songs I made in the past even though they all had mixed reviews. I just make music for myself. If others enjoy it? Fine. If others hate my music and finds me untalented? That’s fine too. I make music ’cause it’s what I enjoy doing. I make music that I want to make, not caring if others don’t like it or not. That’s the right attitude to have.

Bands and music artists are always trying to make music that makes everyone happy but if you have that mindset then you’re doing it wrong.

What’s going on with Kanye? I hope he’s okay…

Ya know, I see a lot of people re-sharing stupid memes  in facebook that they wish Kanye was dead. You know those memes that come up saying that they can’t understand why certain celebrities that they like die but they wonder why Kanye is still alive? I’m sure you’ve seen those memes lots of times and I’m like, really? How cold do these FB people have to be? I understand that some can’t stand someone but wishing death on them is wrong. Kanye is still human whether you like him or not.

It’s disgusting that Kanye is getting shit on for his support of Trump but I hope him getting hospitalized has nothing to do with that. He shouldn’t stop showing his support of Trump and he should keep it going. I can now understand why he had to wait until the election is over with to show his support of Trump ’cause he was probably worried of getting a liberal backlash.

People are saying that Kanye’s music career is gonna be over ’cause of his support of Trump? No. I predict his career is gonna get bigger. Trump has a lot of supporters and now that Kanye is showing his support, I’m feeling many Trump supporters will start buying his music. I know I will. I’m thinking about buying his albums, “Yeezus” and “Life of Pablo”. I already have one of his older albums on CD, “Graduation”, I think.

If you’ve payed any attention to my blog over the years of my life, I never really had a problem with Kanye. Look through my older posts, you can see me defending him quite a lot. He’s okay, in my eyes and I really mean that. I was never really a Kanye basher.

Just watched this whole video from start to finish. Listening to Metallica in concert never gets old. This performance in London is in celebration of their new album release “Hardwired to Self Destruct”.  It’s not only in celebration of their new album, it was also Kirk Hammett’s birthday yesterday so happy birthday to Kirk. In this performance they played mostly their greatest hits but only played 3 songs from their new album.

I don’t get why Metallica continues to get so much hate and negative criticism. They are the best live performers right now and they still kill it. Kirk Hammett is a great lead guitarist too. Kirk always get made fun of and gets bashed for his playing and I don’t know why. I think he’s underrated, in my opinion and Kirk deserves more respect. People make fun of him ’cause of his obsession with the wah pedal which I get but I still think his playing is great. Kirk is great at making his solos sound lyrical and musical which is what I like about him.

I like listening to Metallica live more than their studio albums ’cause they are a live band. I’ve always loved Metallica and I’ve never turned my back on them. I’ve always been loyal to them and still am. I’ve never been disappointed in anything they did. When it comes to Metallica, fans are always like this song sounds like this album and that song sounds like that album and I’m like, what? Who cares. Just enjoy the music! People are always picky on what Metallica songs they like and the ones they don’t like but not me. I enjoy all of their music! Even all their ballads and all the songs that sound like St. Anger/Load/Reload. Love those three albums too. 

Metallica is an incredible band. Always has been. Didn’t get their new album yet but I will hopefully next week.

Ya know, not all Hollywood celebrities are misinformed and brainwashed libtards who are all for Hilary. There are some celebrities out there who actually has a fucking brain like: Ted Nugent, Chuck Norris, Jean Claude Van Damme, Mike Tyson, Ice Cube, Jon Voight, Robert Davi, Scott Baio, Frank Stallone, James Woods,  etc. Those are pro-Trump people. Metallica releasing a music video to every single song off “Hardwired to Self Destruct”??? Seems like it…

Seems like Metallica is releasing a video for each song off of “Hardwired to Self Destruct” set to release this Friday and yes, I will get the album.

As some of you know I’m a huge Metallica fan. I heard everything they’ve done and saw them live in concert once.

So far, “Hardwired To Self Destruct” is sounding really good and I’m digging the album.

I believe Metallica has gone back to their roots, thrash metal and heavy music. So far with these songs, sound quality definitely did improve! It’s so awesome  that you can hear Rob’s bass this time so the mix is real good. Lars has gotten a lot better on the drumming, he sounds tighter than ever!

Can’t wait to get the album. I’ll probably get the album on physical CD instead of downloaded it from Itunes. Yeah I still like to buy albums on physical CD’s even though people don’t do that anymore. I do both buy CD’s and buy albums digitally. I just love buying albums, it’s just something I’ve always loved to do. I just love supporting bands and music artists.

Interesting thing happened on twitter when I announced I’m done supporting Springsteen…

I posted that on my twitter tonight and right away, it got all the Hillary fanatics all excited. I got several twitter mentions by Hillary supporters asking me to send them my Bruce albums to them. lmao… funny.

I got a few asking me if I have Springsteen’s album on vinyl but I don’t. I’m not a vinyl collector. I have Springsteen’s albums on CD and a few digitally for the Ipod.

The Springsteen albums that I have in my collection are:

  • Darkness on the Edge of Town
  • Wrecking Ball
  • Devils and Dust
  • Magic
  • The Rising
  • Working on  a Dream
  • High Hopes
  • 18 Tracks

I used to listen to Bruce a lot but his liberal politics been driving me up the wall lately. He has always been pretty liberal.  I don’t think I’ll support him anymore. I’ll probably just sell these albums at a used record shop if I can find one. I’ll figure a way to get rid of ’em somehow. Maybe I should just send ’em to people on twitter, haha, I don’t know. I’ll figure something out.

It is strange though that many Hillary supporters asking a Trump supporter to send them these Springsteen albums. Maybe opposing sides can be nice to each other after all?

I agree it’s wrong to have Beyonce at the CMA’s… wtf?

The Dixie Chicks and the CMA’s are under fire for having Beyonce who is a pop/R&B singer performing at a country music awards show. The CMA’s are having a huge backlash ’cause of it. Of course, when people say that Beyonce shouldn’t be performing at a country awards show, people play the race card and get called a racist for it. Nothing new there.

Look, I have nothing against pop stars. I have nothing against black pop stars either as I enjoy some of them like I’m a fan of Rihanna and Janet Jackson for example.  I enjoy some pop music and some R&B but those performers should not be at a country music awards show.

Why was Beyonce there? Is it because nobody cares for country anymore and they’re getting desperate? The CMA’s were desperate for TV ratings for sure. Another reason Beyonce could have been brought in was that there’s lack of diversity in the country genre.

I don’t know, maybe it was appropriate to have Beyonce at the CMA’s ’cause country music is sounding more like pop and R&B these days anyways… so fuck it.

The industry is getting worse. I’m tired of Beyonce. The music industry just feels the needs to ram her down our throats everywhere and that’s all they’re doing.

Is the Black Sabbath vs. Bill Ward feud over? They’ve buried the hatchet and Bill back in the band for final tour?

Ever since this feud has been going on, Black Sabbath has been cropping Bill Ward out of their band photos and finally here is a Sabbath band photo with Bill not being cropped out this time. Is this a hint that Sabbath vs. Bill Ward feud is over? Has the hatchet been buried finally? Did the band have negotiations with Bill behind the scenes to give him that “signable contract” that Bill wanted? Is Bill gonna be the drummer for the final tour of Sabbath? That’s what it’s looking like. This photo is a pretty good indication that Bill maybe back in the band again but we’ll wait and see.

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame nominations announced, will the band Yes finally get the induction this time? Please!

Well the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame nominees for next year in 2017 has been announced. The prog rock band that I love, Yes, has been nominated again but will Yes actually get the induction this time? Hopefully! If Yes gets snubbed of the induction again then I’ll be done with the Hall of Fame completely, I think. The band Yes better get in there ’cause that band is so great. If you love songs like “Roundabout” and “Owner of a Lonely Heart” which both are great songs, they have way better songs than those. I’ve heard a lot of their albums through Apple Music streaming (which I stopped subscribing to). Yes totally deserves an induction for sure so hopefully they do get in this time. *crosses fingers*

Also deserving on this list are: Steppenwolf, J. Geils Band, The Cars, The Zombies, ELO and Journey for sure. I love Janet Jackson too so I guess she deserves it.

Pearl Jam and Jane’s Addiction? Yes both of them deserve to make it in too.
