Edward Snowden…

I am not a big fan of Brian Williams but I’m probably gonna watch his interview with Edward Snowden tonight. It’ll be an interesting interview for sure. I believe Edward is innocent. What he did was a heroic thing. If it wasn’t for Edward then we wouldn’t have found out that the US government have been spying on us. Edward wants to come back home which is great but I think he really should stay in Russia until this administration is out of office. Why? Simply because as soon as Edward steps a foot in America, he’s probably gonna get himself arrested. The Obama administration will give Edward many years in prison just like they did with Chelsea Manning. Edward did what he did ’cause he believed in the USA and he’s a patriot just like me. Edward seems like a very nice man and he looks completely harmless too!

I’ll be watching his interview tonight. It’ll be good.

Chad Smith and Will Ferrell drum-off thoughts…

I don’t like Jimmy Fallon anymore ’cause he’s gotten so annoying as of late and he still is. Why is he annoying as fuck? Because he does all of these lame performances with celebrities like the rapping with Brian Williams, history of rap with Justin Timberlake, and all of that lame garbage. Plus, when Jimmy has musical guests on his show to end the night with, Jimmy will jump in and perform with them. Jimmy gets himself in the spotlight almost all of the time and that’s why he’s annoying. He’s a nice guy but he really needs to leave his ego at the door and let other stars a chance for the spotlight.

At least Jimmy didn’t get himself in the middle of the Chad and Will drum-off battle. So kudos to him on that. It was better seeing the Chilli Peppers jump in on it instead of Jimmy.

I know Chad and Will look almost exactly alike. They look the same pretty much, almost like twins but I can still easily tell which one is which. The way you can tell is that Will is much fatter than Chad. Another way you can tell that Chad is the better drummer, of course… lol. It was too predictable that Will was gonna win the whole thing as soon as he took out the cowbell but still this was an entertaining as hell segment.

This was probably the best thing Jimmy did on “The Tonight Show” ever since he took over. I did laugh and the episode was funny as hell as I predicted it would be.

Now you know exactly why NBC was in a hurry to get Jimmy to replace Jay, right? Jimmy helps brings up the ratings, that’s why.

I think Chad and Will should star in a comedy film together. Wouldn’t surprise me if that would be happening soon.

I hate Jimmy Fallon. I don’t watch him anymore. I am actually curious to see this. Finally, Chad and Will finally together! It’s really happening!

Please, Jimmy! Don’t get yourself in the middle of their performance! I hate it when Jimmy does that with musical guests on his show, Jimmy jumps in the middle of it and performs with them. I hope Jimmy stays out of this one. He better.

I’m sure the drum battle between Chad and Will is gonna be funny as hell, though. Hopefully Jimmy stays out of it.

Foo Fighters to make comeback with 8th studio album and HBO TV series…

Dave Grohl and the Foo Fighters took a little bit of a hiatus since their 2011 album, “Wasting Light” and the Foo’s are ready to make their full time comeback. The band is coming back with a new album and a new show for HBO directed/produced by Dave Grohl himself.

Seems like Dave is getting himself into movie making more than making music. Last year he made the documentary, “Sound City” and now he’s doing a documentary for the Foo Fighters.

Is Dave slowly aiming for a career in Hollywood? I think if there was ever a Kurt Cobain biopic film, I think Dave should direct it. I doubt Dave wants to get into Hollywood full time but he might consider it when he retires from music.

I’m glad the Foo Fighters are back. I’ve always loved the band. Loved them for years since their first album. Still do love ’em! While most of today’s rock music is garbage, the Foo Fighters is the only band these days that are considered true rock n’ roll.

Can’t wait for their new album!!!!

“Two and a Half Men” ending soon is just proof that the show couldn’t survive without Charlie Sheen…

So the long-running sitcom is ending soon which is no surprise. It’s just proof that the show couldn’t survive without it’s leading star Charlie Sheen. I knew the show would fail without him no matter who replaced him. I know that Charlie and the show’s creator Chuck Lorre have been feuding for the past few years and they still hate each other too!

I never watched the show all that much but I have seen it before when Charlie was on. Not a bad sitcom at all and it’s actually pretty funny!

Charlie maybe a crazy dude but I respect him. He’s honest and he’s a pretty strong guy. He may have had a pretty tough life but he’s looking real happy and looking a lot better these days!!! So he’s definitely WINNIIINNNnnnnggg. Who needs “Two and a Half Men”. Charlie seems to be doing well working on other projects on his own like “Anger Management”. He appeared in the film “Machete Kills” so he’s starting to come back to the movies, I believe.

I wish Charlie nothing but the best. I grew up watching his films over the years. We all grew up watching his movies and sitcoms. He’s a talented and funny guy. Always liked him.

“Two and a Half Men” doesn’t need to go on any longer, it had a good run.

“24: Live Another Day” off to a very STRONG start…

Yes, I did watch the premiere of “24: Live Another Day” last night and it was amazing. Fuckin’ incredible! It was intense and thrilling as expected. Most of the characters from the old series are back and there are some new faces.

Jack is badder and meaner than ever. The show kept the same filming style. Split screens, ticking clock, Bauer voice overs, etc. The show still has the intense violence and action scenes. You want to see plenty of gun shooting, explosions, and fighting? You’ll get all that. The show picked up from where the last season back in 2010 left off. Continues the story in real time.

They also made Chloe hotter as hell looking this season. Dark-hair and make-up… they made her sexy looking.

This new season looks to be more darker and more intense than the earlier seasons.

Such a great show. I’m happy it’s finally back!

Jack Bauer returns tonight, “24: Live Another Day” premiere…

New season of “24” starts tonight at 8 and I’m pretty stoked! I fuckin’ love “24”. It’s one of my favorite shows ever. I’m sure the new season won’t disappoint at all and it’ll be just as good as the original series. I’m sure tonight’s premiere will be action-packed and exciting.

I’m really looking forward to Jack Bauer’s return to the small screen. It’s been a few years since he’s been gone and I’m sure tonight’s episode will be very successful in the ratings. “24” has always been the highest rated show in history which is why the show is still around.

I’m still hoping this new season will lead to a big screen “24” movie and it probably will. I’m glad Kiefer didn’t give up on playing Jack. He seems to love playing the character himself and he’s passionate about it so I don’t think he does it for the money at all. Kiefer is loyal to “24” fans and that’s what he’s doing it for.

Can’t wait to see Jack back in action. \m/ \m/

In defense of incest in “Game of Thrones”…

I haven’t been watching “Game of Thrones – Season 4” on HBO well because I don’t have HBO. I had to get rid of it. I still love Game of Thrones books and the TV show, though and will watch “Season 4” when it releases on DVD.

The thing is, George R.R. Martin and HBO are under fire ’cause of their heavy use of “incest” rape from last Sunday’s episode. I won’t reveal any big spoilers, though, at least I try not to but I gotta get this off my chest.

There’s a lot of internet controversy over this. The “incest” obsession is upsetting a lot of fans. It’s upsetting a lot of people who read the books.

My thoughts? The “Game of Thrones” TV show is no stranger to controversy but this time they take controversy to extremes. I think using incest is a pretty good idea. In the real world, “incest” is wrong but in Westeros, in George’s mind, incest is alright in that world. There’s no law in incest in Westeros, I believe. Why are so many people surprised of the “incest” when there were already incest scenes in the beginning of Season 1??? Why is there “incest” in “Game of Thrones”? Does George have a fascination with it?

I love how “Game of Thrones” upsets people with dark stuff. First the Red Wedding and now this. If this dark and controversial stuff wasn’t in the books, then people wouldn’t be interested. That’s how I got interested in “Game of Thrones”. I loved the unpredictability and the shock-value through the stories.

I know the TV show is way different than the books but after thinking about it a while… it’s the right thing to do. I used to believe they should “tone” it down with the obsessive sex scenes but after thinking about it a while, I have no problem with the sex scenes and nudity all over it now. This stuff needs to be in there or else the show wouldn’t work. This is why the show is the highest rated TV show ever. The show is pretty addictive.

People want to see this stuff. Sex and controversy sells. That’s all there is to it.

I wish I was watching “Season 4” but again, don’t have HBO so I’ll wait for DVD release. Sounds like a good season so far from what I’m reading. I’m a huge Game of Thrones fan. Love the books and the TV show. I plan on re-watching the first three seasons.

George R.R. Martin releases sample chapter for “Winds of Winter” (Game of Thrones book 6)

I’m a huge Game of Thrones fan. Love the books but HBO could do a better job with the show. Honestly, I still am a fan of the TV show, I just wish they would improve the writing. I don’t like how the TV show is leaving a lot of stuff out and changing the story around, altering characters. I think the books are way better.

I’m looking forward to the next Thrones book, though. Which would be book 6 of the Song of Ice and Fire series: “Winds of Winter”.

George R.R. Martin released a chapter from the book which I haven’t read yet but will get around to it. The cover of the next book have been released too:

I’m not sure when the book is coming out ’cause the article didn’t say of a release date but I’m sure the book will come out sometime later this year.

Seriously… if you like the TV show on HBO, I’d suggest you read the books ’cause like I said, the books are way better. It’s way more intense and unpredictable than the show.

Usually George takes a long time in between books but I think he’s in a hurry now ’cause of the show. He doesn’t want to keep HBO waiting for the next book.

Jack is back and ready to kick some serious ass!!!

Oh man, this trailer gave me freakin’ goosebumps! I’m psyched for May 5th. I love “24”. When I first watched it on Netflix, I couldn’t stop watching. The show was addicting so I watched every episode and every season back to back.

As expected, “Live Another Day”, will have the same format as the original TV series. Lots of split screens and action… except the action looks even more intense in this one.
