Report: Tilda Swinton says she’s definitely game to playing Conan O’ Brien for his biopic film…

On one of Conan’s final shows, he joked that if there was ever a biopic film of his, he said would like to have Tilda Swinton play him. It was meant to be a joke at first…but Tilda Swinton herself heard it and just said at Sundance Festival which she attended in person, that she is definitely game to playing Conan. If there was ever a Conan O’ Brien biopic movie in the works, she would do it in a heartbeat!

More on it here:

I honestly think a Conan O’ Brien biopic film would be a good idea. I agree that Tilda would be perfect. Females has played male characters before. Cate Blanchett played a male character in, “I’m Not There” the Bob Dylan movie.

A movie about Cocco’s life would be cool. It would start from his childhood all the way to now. Lets hope the movie industry have this in the planning stages. Wouldn’t surprise me if studios are talking about it now.

Report: It’s Brock Lesnar vs. Espn’s Jim Rome over health care…

Brock Lesnar is back…and he is mad. At what? Is he mad at the Canadian Health Care system and he is out in the media, fighting it. He claims that the Canada Health Care system won’t do anything for him and said it was a 3rd World Country. Brock lives with Rena Mero (Sable) in Minnesota. Keep in mind, Brock is not Canadian, he is an American.

Espn’s Jim Rome, responded to Brock’s message about health care in Canadian, and bashes Brock Lesnar in return.

See the article here:

Who’s in the right here? Is it Brock or Jim? I’m on Brock’s side of course. It sounds like Jim is ripping on Brock just for attention of his TV show. After all, since Jim Rome’s TV show is called, “Rome Is Burning” it seems that his show is about bashing sports athletes. Sorry but this Jim Rome guy is a lowlife coward. Since he called Frank Mir a stalker in that video, this Jim Rome guy sounds like a loser.

I think Brock is doing a good thing, fighting for health care, and I can’t blame him since he is just recovering from diverticulitis. Brock do good, Jim is a nobody.

Thought: Sorry, but James Cameron does NOT deserve the Oscar spotlight this year….Kathryn Bigelow deserves it more!!!

I’ve said it once before and will say it again! “Avatar” was okay, but nothing amazing or all that special! “Avatar” IS NOT Oscar worthy. Although I have a feeling that James Cameron will once again sweep everything, money and power will do that, I think it’s safe to say that Kathryn Bigelow deserves the Oscar spotlight more than anything else that’s out now.

“The Hurt Locker” is such an amazing, and phenomenal movie. Everything about “The Hurt Locker”, is so perfect. The filming, the writing, the acting, etc. All of it.

Quentin Tarantino for “Inglourious Basterds” would be my 2nd choice to get the Oscar spotlight.

James Cameron doesn’t even belong in it. “The Hurt Locker” is one of the best new war movies I’ve seen in a long time. If James Cameron didn’t release “Avatar” and waited longer, I’m sure Tarantino or Bigelow would get their chance instead.

Oscar nominations will be revealed next Tuesday so it might be a little different than the Golden Globes. If “Avatar” doesn’t win for “Best Picture” this year and something else wins, I’ll be shocked and happy. It’s most likely this will be James Cameron’s year again.

The risks and dangers of travelling and living on the road…

I’ve just read online somewhere that Iaz is in Cinncinatti, Ohio. From one city to another. I don’t know how this guy does it. Not sure if he hitch hikes his way through or how he gets the money for trains/buses but it is strange how he does it. Iaz ditching home town to live on the road to visit almost every major city in the US, is reminding me of the famous stories of Christopher McCandless and UFC fighter Evan Tanner. Those two guys did pretty much the same thing. Chris McCandless ditched his hometown to live his dreams of living in the wild of Alaska and Evan Tanner ditched his life to live out in the desert. I understand people want to make these dreams come true and make them happy, but guess what, those kind of dreams don’t usually end too well. Chris and Evan’s dreams both resulted in death.

Iaz may want to take that into consideration. I don’t mean to be harsh and don’t mean to be difficult on him but it’s my way of getting him to wake up and look at reality.

My take on why Iaz is doing this travelling is so he can try and get the public’s attention to his music more. It’s like, “Hey look at me, I’m travelling, so respect me”. A cry for attention kind of thing. It’s like, he’s trying to get famous for it or something.

Not only that he could possibly become a victim of a crime, what if he gets injured or really sick and no one cares to help him? This stuff will happen. I know he can take care of himself and he can do what he wants to do, that’s fine. Travelling to city to city for like everyweek is very dangerous. He needs to learn that fact. I know how much Iaz loves talking to people but meeting strangers out in the cities is never cool. Lots of bad people out there. Like I said, I’m a little worried that he could meet the wrong people that could turn out dangerous. Looking at his myspace blogs with him writing about how great these cities are and how wonderful city people are is just absolutely insane, in my book.

No matter how many people try to talk him into coming back home whether it’s myself or his family and friends that live back here, he’s not going to listen to anybody. He’s a pretty selfish guy that would think his music is so important than anything else.

Cool Video: Michael Jackson’s “This Is It” hits DVD this week…here’s a clip of “Earth Song” from the film…

Well, Michael Jackson’s concert movie, “This is It” just hit the DVD stores today. I plan to go to the mall this Thursday for something to do since I have this week off of work. While I’m doing fun shopping for myself later this week, I will also pick up “This is It” movie. I suggest all to see it. Even the haters should see it as well. To those that don’t like MJ, once you see this film, maybe you would gain more respect for the guy after. I still stand by it by my review of this movie that MJ wasn’t a fake. He didn’t lip synch this rehearsal, you would know when you see this film, he directed the whole concert himself and had complete control of everything himself. He certainly had a vision indeed. Michael Jackson was a perfectionist and he certainly will not give up until he gets what he wants.

I also forgot to predict that “This Is It” could get a nomination for Best Picture at the Oscars as well.

Report: “Weird” Al Yankovic announces he will direct/write his first live action featured film for Cartoon Network…

“Weird” Al Yankovic is not just a musician, he has also been involved with films for most of his entire life as well. Yes, he’s an actor, director, writer and producer. As you all know Al Yankovic has starred the leading role in “UHF” and a string of cameos in many other comedy flicks. He has also directed many music videos as well.

Al finally gets his opportunity to make his debut film. Not sure if it will be shown in theater or direct to TV for Cartoon Network or not, but this will be a strictly live action. It will not involve animation although the deal was made through Cartoon Network.

Al says this is not a sequel to “UHF”. He revealed that he will have a cameo in it. He will write and direct this movie. He said the leading star will be male, and will be a teenager. So something tells me that either Justin Bieber or one of the Jonas Brothers will get the lead?

See Al’s blog on it here:

“Welcome to the Rileys” surprisingly getting strong reviews online…

The independent film which stars Kristen Stewart and James Gandolfini, “Welcome to the Rileys” is getting great reviews online. I don’t like Kristen Stewart that much like a lot of people…but critics are reviewing this film giving it positive reviews. Saying that this is Kristen’s best acting. Better than her acting in the “Twilight” series. Kristen plays a 16 year old stripper/prostitute in the film while she has an aggressive father who has her under his control. The reason I want to see this is not because Kristen may have a few nudie scenes in it, I wanna see it ’cause it looks interesting. The story sounds interesting, plus James Gandolfini rules. Since this is an indie film, you wouldn’t be able to see this unless you attended Sundance festival. So I’ll have to wait to see this film when it hits DVD.

Report: Gremlins 3D coming to the big screen? A third installment, not a remake is in the works…

It was just announced that not only that there is another “Ghostbusters” movie on the way, there is also another “Gremlins” movie coming. Just to keep in mind, the next Gremlins movie will be the third installment to the trilogy, it won’t be a remake or a reboot. So that means, Gizmo, the furry little hero and the villain, Stripe, might be coming back, I’m sure.

This is really great news as I fuckin’ loved both Gremlins movies!!! The third Gremlins movie will be made in 3D and possibly returning to direct is Joe Dante who did the first two Gremlins movies.

Man, if they can bring back Zack Galligan as Billy again and Corey Feldman to come back as Pete Fountaine, that would be sweet! Lets hope they keep Gizmo and the Gremlins as puppets and not as CGI animated. I’m glad to hear the news of Gremlins and it would be successful. I’m sure they’ll be plenty of CGI effects and plenty of popcorn action, but lets hope they keep the creatures puppets.

The first Gremlins movie was absolutely amazing and one of my favorite childhood films of all times! Bring on Gremlins 3D! I’m all for it! Also, lets hope they keep the original theme song.

Hey yo, Tobiaz, you think there is no violence in Pittsburgh? Read this article…

Not only that Pittsburgh is known for gangs and other criminals in Pittsburgh, police brutality is pretty high in Pittsburgh.

A young black teen violinist was beaten by police in Pittsburgh, the city where Iaz is living in now.

http://www.statesman.com/news/nation/teen-violist-alleges-pittsburgh-police-brutality-190936.html

I can find plenty of more articles where crime is very dangerous in Pittsburgh. Do your research through Pittsburgh local news and maybe Tobiaz should start reading the local newspapers which I doubt he pays attention to local news there.

If Iaz is walking through the streets at night and if he all of a sudden gets surrounded by 5 huge black men carrying baseball bats, brass knuckles, switchblade knives or even worse, hand guns, will he think something like that would happen? Nope, nope, nope. Iaz will think that city is beautiful and so safe, no matter the situation. Criminals like that usually target people that are weak and can’t defend themselves. If something like this happens to Iaz, then he is screweed.

This is what is scary about Iaz travelling to all these big cities by himself, know what I mean? He doesn’t think he will ever be a victim of city crime, but if he does, he may get the police after them, but this doesn’t change anything that this will be with you for the rest of your life. Iaz will probably look at this post, he will probably laugh at it  and call me a fool, but he won’t be laughing now when he does get mugged by city gangbangers.
