Cool Video: Dana White, aka attention whore!

The UFC official youtube page put up this hilarious video which is about Dana White announcing that he is not doing video blogs anymore. There is this other guy saying all this stuff why he is not doing vlogs. At the end of the video, you see Dana White holding up signs that says, “My video blogs are back”, with duct tape covered his mouth.

It’s funny as hell. The users in the comments are thinking he really is leaving when Dana just said he is not at the end of the video. I guess you can call this a late April Fools joke. Dana is still doing the video blogs.

I see another rant by Dana about Loretta Hunt coming up soon!

Cool Video: See Neil Young’s “Cough Up the Bucks” video here…

This is one of my favorite tunes off “Fork In the Road”, Neil Young’s new album. This tune is called, “Cough Up the Bucks”. Fucking cool song in my opinion. I want to cover this song myself, so I’ll figure it out by ear.

It’s got a cool chorus line, “Cough up the bucks, cough up the bucks”, you can sing a line like that all day long. Neil Young, a musical genius. I love him musically to death. He’s a hero of mine and inspiration. He proves you don’t have to be a great singer to do what you love to do. Making music.

Report: Hulk Hogan compares his life to OJ Simpson…

Before anyone starts accusing Hulk Hogan of wanting to murder his own family, like OJ Simpson (which I know the whole internet will probably do)…read what Hogan says first:

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,516135,00.html

What he means, he is not planning to turn himself into a psycho killer like OJ is. What he means, that Hogan’s hard times in life is starting to remind him of OJ’s. Hogan says he would have been a murderer like OJ, if things in life has gotten worse for Hogan, that doesn’t mean Hogan is going to murder people for real. He is just setting an example. It’s not a death threat.

Hogan has got a weird sense of humor also. I believe this was just a joke.

Neil Young’s “Fork In the Road” is his best record in years!!!

THIS ALBUM IS FUCKING AMAZING!!!!! This is Neil Young’s best solo record since 1989’s “Freedom”. This is probably his most energetic and tight album he’s ever done in a long time. I would reccomend this album to all whether you’re a Neil Young fan or not. It has some of the best guitar playing I ever heard, the songs are very catchy and Neil’s vocals seem to improve in this album. He maybe getting old, but this man seems to doesn’t give up the music and he still rocks. Although most music of today is total shit, I think Neil Young’s “Fork In the Road” is so far, the best album of the year.

Confirmed: “Law and Order: SVU” coming back in the Fall, but Meloni and Hargitay’s fate with the show is still in danger!!!

It is now official that “Law and Order: Special Victims Unit” has been renewed for an 11th season this fall. It is also confirmed that the show’s biggest stars Christopher Meloni and Mariska Hargitay maybe getting the boot. The reason is still the same thing, Chris and Mariska want a raise in their paychecks, Dick Wolf is not allowing it. He sounds pissed enough.

If NBC gets rid of Chris and Mariska, I will no longer watch “Law and Order: SVU”. People watch this show because of them, they carry the show. They are the reasons the show gets high ratings like I’ve been saying.

If NBC wanted to fire people to help save the budgets, they should fire Ice-T and Richard Belzer from the show. Not Chris and Mariska. Ice-T and Richard Belzer are not good actors.

Report: The Black Crowes “Warpaint Live” being released April 28th!!!

The Universal Music Group just contacted me asking me if I would spread the word on the new upcoming Black Crowes live album, “Warpaint Live” being released, April 28th along with a free mp3 by the label’s permission.

Press release and free mp3 of the Black Crowes live track, “Goodbye Daughters of the Revolution” below:

—————————————————————————-

New York, NY (April 6, 2009)—Specializing in a free-spirited, blues-infused form of rock ‘n’ roll, The Black Crowes are an essential piece of rock music history. Through its Eagle Records subsidiary, Eagle Rock Entertainment is releasing a 2CD set from the rock luminaries. Warpaint Live is hitting the shelves on April 28 [Pre-book Order Date April 8, Retail Sales Price $17.98]. An accompanying DVD will be released later this year.

After ten years of touring around the world and 20 million records sold, The Black Crowes took a five year hiatus. In 2005 the band re-united and re-ignited. Three years later, they released Warpaint, their first new studio album in seven years. Warpaint Live is a celebration of this new album, performed before a sold-out Los Angeles crowd. The first live Black Crowes release since 2006’s critically acclaimed Freak ‘n’ Roll…Into The Fog CD and DVD (Eagle Rock), they took this fresh work of art and allowed fans to experience this new album in its entirety live, with extended versions of the Warpaint tracks. Throwing in a few classic songs, such as “Bad Luck Blue Eyes Goodbye”, as well as some previously unreleased covers, The Black Crowes deliver, proving that they are one of the most powerful and best live rock ‘n’ roll acts around.
For those interested in all things Robinson, the Brothers Of A Feather – Live At The Roxy CD/DVD is also available through Eagle Rock (released September 2007).

EDIT TO ADD: I know some readers out there are thinking that this maybe some kind of fake, that Universal Music Group didn’t really contact me, but they really did.

This is the real deal. UMG sending me the mp3 from Eagle Rock label is just proof that they really contacted me directly. Special thanks go out to UMG, Eagle Rock and the Black Crowes band for letting me post this. UMG obviously have to get Eagle Rock’s and the Black Crowe’s permission first before sending me this free track so I can be able to post it legally. Just wanted to point that out. – Kev

Cool Video: Vince McMahon says WWE is never going away even when he dies…

Check out this video interview with Vince McMahon himself. They ask him a serious question that if Vince McMahon either steps down as owner and dies, will the WWE still be around? Vince  replies back, “That’s never going to happen. I’ll still be around somehow, even if I die”.

How will the WWE still be around without Vince? Easy. Those that know the wrestling business better than anybody can take over ownership. Like, Steph and Shane McMahon could take over the business when Vince passes on in real life. Jim Ross could even take over as well.

Check out this interesting video, this is all behind the scenes of WWE exposing it all how it’s really done.

BREAKING NEWS: Rod Blagojevich to star in reality show…

The disgraced former Illinois governor, Rod Blagojevich, will star in a reality show on NBC. The Peacock station will let Blagojevich star in a reality series titled, “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here”. The only problem is, a judge must give NBC his approval in order to have Rod star in it.

As much as I don’t like the guy, I’d say give it to him. It’ll sure be a ratings boost. Political controversy creates cash!

I am serious about getting into martial arts…

This spring/summer, I am looking into taking martial arts and karate very seriously. Also, working out and fitness to go along with it. I have already said this stuff in my blog before, some of you may think I maybe crazy and some may think I’m delusional, but this is real. I plan on documenting all my martial arts and fitness adventures in a video blog, to prove it.

Why have I decided to do this now? It’s not only to impress the ladies, and to hopefully hook up with a nice hot woman, not just that, basically, the only reason, I want to show people that I can be a tough guy. I want to prove that I can be a tough son of a bitch.

If I ever get the black belt, which I hope to one day get, and if all goes well, maybe I will take martial arts profesionally by getting myself into championship tournament matches.

This is something I’ve been wanting for years, ever since I was a kid, (I briefly took karate as a kid anyways) and I think this is a good time to make it happen now. Tomorrow or sometime later this week, I plan on visiting the NY Martial Arts Academy in Greenwich to look at the pricings of the classes and try to sign up for one. That’s the first step.
