Tonight the “Walking Dead” returns…
Finally, the premiere of “Walking Dead – Season 3” is tonight. I do plan on watching the new episode, however, I’m going to DVR it since “Dexter” is on at the same time. I prefer to watch “Dexter” more ’cause the show is getting really good. I will watch the new “Walking Dead” right after, though.
I also plan on re-watching the rest of “Walking Dead – Season 2” this afternoon ’cause I’ve been on a “Walking Dead” marathon, all week. Watching the first two seasons in time for Season 3. While I’m excited for the debut of Michonne and the Governor, I hope AMC doesn’t mess those characters up. I hope they keep those two characters faithful from the books. I’m also excited for the return of Merle Dixon, too, Daryl’s brother. I hope Merle appears more instead of just one or two episodes. The more Merle, the better, ’cause that character is great. Michael Rooker is a great actor.

The Brock’s Horror Film Pick #13: Dracula (1931, Bela Lugosi)
Why are people watching garbage like “Twilight”, when they should be watching real vampire flicks from the 1930’s? Like the original “Dracula” starring, the late and great, Bela Lugosi. There are so many different remakes of “Dracula”, adapted from the novel by Bram Stoker, but nothing will top the 1931 film. Well, I’ll admit that the 1992 “Dracula” film directed by Francis Ford Coppola was amazing and such an intense flick, but this film here, is of course, better. Another perfect film to watch with all the lights off, and perfect to show your children! Show them the true Dracula. There have been many different versions of Dracula, Christopher Lee did alright, but Bela Lugosi, nailed it, better than anybody. The Bela Lugosi version of “Dracula”, is a Netflix streamable movie, and I plan on watching it on there soon. You should too.

Madonna, did she go too far this time? I’d say yes, and she should hang it up and retire already!
Nothing wrong with showing support and paying respects to a 14 year old Pakistani girl who’s life is in danger, but my god, Madge. Keep your fucking clothes on! She’s like 54 years old. She’s not a sex symbol anymore. When she takes her clothes off, she looks like a disgusting old hag. Her fans still enjoy watching her do that stuff on stage? Malala’s goal was education in her country, and it’s not a good idea for Madonna to promote sex along with it. Typical Madge. She desperate for attention more than anybody. Just quit Madge, ’cause nobody cares about you anymore.

Report: Sly Stallone to re-team with Robert Deniro for new boxing film…
Sly may be all done with the Rocky movies, there’s never gonna be a Rocky 7, but that’s still not stopping him for starring in other boxing movies as a different character! Sly is set to star in a film titled, “Grudge Match”, in which will star comedian Kevin Hart, in the leading role. Sly and Robert Deniro will be co-stars, fighting in a match together for the film. Stallone and Deniro once starred together for the film, “Copland”, back in 1997. What a kick ass idea to have Rocky and Jake in the ring together! I can see why those guys couldn’t pass up this opportunity to fight against each other. It just shows that Sly and Robert, both still has a huge passion for boxing.
Only thing though, this film may not do well in the box office, ’cause nobody cares about boxing anymore. I believe boxing lost it’s popularity ever since UFC got big. Who knows though, maybe this film could help people get interesting in boxing again. I used to be a fan of boxing myself, used to watch it all the time.

Why celebrities are always targeted for nude photos, sex tapes and other things…
A lot of you out there have been noticing this a lot. Celebrities always in the news whenever nude photos or sex tapes get leaked on the internet for the whole world to see. Not only this, celebrities are also victims of getting their websites, twitter/facebook pages hacked. I know some of you are like, “Oh no, these people with no lives should leave these celebs alone, they have all their right to privacy, boo hoo hoo”. Whether it will be Erin Andrews, Kate Middleton, Prince Harry, Hulk Hogan, Scarlett Johannson, Miley Cyrus, Kanye West, etc. Now, I’ve read that Justin Bieber is the latest victim, which doesn’t surprise me. I agree, that all of these things are terrible. They have their right to privacy for sure but….
…this is called, “technology” people. The internet is a very wide and public thing right now. There are billions of people using the web today. With the new technology out these days such as cameras on cell phones, digital cameras, and all kinds of stuff, that is what makes people want to do stuff like this. As long as people are buying this technology and using the web, they’re gonna do it.
Why would obsessed people leak sex tapes or nude photos of celebs? Not only they do it to embarrass them or to make a quick buck, they figure that this is what the public wants to see. I mean, every time this happens, the porn industry such as Vivid would give them offers to star in porn movies. Everyone seems to want to see these stars naked or having sex on videos. This usually happens to people who are really famous and iconic. Somebody well known. Whenever these things get leaked for the world to see, everyone, especially the fans of these celebs would be all over it. It also gets the media going ’cause news like this helps make them a lot of money.
When I talk about this stuff on my blog, I’m not really taking the blame on the victims, it’s really how the internet and the world works these days. There’s nothing you can do to stop any of this. People are going to do it, whether you like it or not. It’s not you, it’s not them. It’s how fame works. People are obsessed with celebrities. Period, end of story.
People are just fascinated with celebs of what they do behind closed doors. Some are just too addicted to see what they do in their private lives, since celebrities try to keep their personal life away from the public, which they don’t do a very good job of. This is the way the world works, people are nuts. This new trend of celebrity sex tapes/nude photos will keep going and will keep getting bigger. It’s never gonna die out.

The Brock’s Horror Film Pick #12: The Amityville Horror (1979)
You think you’re scared watching ghost movies like the “Paranormal Activity” franchise? Well, why don’t you try watching the original “Amityville Horror”, film starring James Brolin and Margot Kidder. This is a perfect film to watch with all the lights off, and you’ll probably have nightmares watching it. This film is a pretty scary film. It’s about a newlywed couple who moves into this old home where a murder was committed, and strange things start happening at the home. This is a great flick.

In bodybuilding, you can’t listen to the doubters, only focus on you…
If your dream is to become the best shape of your life someday, you’re going to get all kinds of people thinking you’re crazy and they’ll call you delusional, thinking it will never happen to you. It can happen for you. My advice is, you can’t listen to anybody. Don’t care what anyone thinks. Don’t let other people think they can bring you down. When I first started. People thought I was crazy. I got criticized by changing my eating habits. I ditched most junk food, and now I eat mostly clean. I mostly want to eat healthy things now. Even though I want to eat mostly healthy, people still call me crazy. Whenever I avoid something that I think doesn’t look healthy enough, people will give me this look like, “WTF is wrong with you”. It’s almost like a crime that I have to stay off a bad nutrition.
The same will happen with your dreams and goals in bodybuilding. Whether you want to get bigger, leaner or get a six pack, people will laugh at you. Whether you want to compete or become a personal trainer, you’ll get criticized. That’s the problem with bodybuilding. You want to follow your bodybuilding heroes who inspired you to get into it, sure enough, people will tell you those guys used steroids like you haven’t heard that before.
Bodybuilding is about you. Not about other people. It’s about doing what you want to do. In bodybuilding, you have your own freedom and your own control. So you can feel free to do whatever you want. You just got to have the confidence and go for what you want. Prove people wrong that you can do this. If you want the ladies to like you even more when you take your shirt off, and they go crazy over you, that can happen. The key to success is not listening to anybody. The critics just want to see you fail ’cause they are jealous and that’s why a lot of them try to bring you down.
It is possible that you can make yourself go from skinny to a muscular giant, without any use of drugs or supplements. You just need to step it up and prove everyone wrong. I proved everyone wrong just by getting into bodybuilding myself and people didn’t think I could do it. Well, I did it and am doing it. I got a good enough physique, six pack abs and all. I promise I’ll post new progress pics soon. The reason I haven’t posted new ones in a while ’cause I was waiting for better results. Maybe I’ll post new ones this weekend.

RIP: Sammi Kane Kraft 1992 – 2012
I thought this was a pretty sad story, that I thought that this is worth an obit on here! Sammi Kane Kraft, who is most famous for playing the role of Amanda Whurlitzer in the “Bad News Bears” remake starring, Bill Bob Thornton. The role of Amanda Whurlitzer was originally played by Tatum O’ Neal in the original, 1976, film. Sammi Kane was hired for the role because, as a real life baseball player herself, she threw an impressive 75 mph fastball while as a pitcher, during a casting call. While acting for the film, Billy Bob Thornton, wasn’t just her coach for the movie, he was also her coach behind the scenes, as he gave her a few acting tips for the role as well.
Sammi Kane was killed in a car wreck in Los Angeles, but she wasn’t the driver. It was drunk driving related, and the driver, Molly Kate Adams, was arrested. Before Sammi Kane’s death, she just enrolled herself at Santa Montica College. She was also a musician, guitarist, and singer/songwriter who would regularly play out at small venues. Sammi Kane’s role in “Bad News Bears” remake, was her only big movie role. She was 20 years old.
