The A-Team is returning to the small screen in a new reboot…

20th Century Fox just announced that they are doing a new version of the old-school, “A-Team” TV series. The original “A-Team” series starred George Peppard, Mr. T, Dwight Schultz and Dirk Benedict. The new version of the show will have a more contemporary feeling meaning taking place in our present time. Chris Morgan who wrote the “Fast and Furious” movie will be the executive producer along with Tawnia McKiernan who is the daughter of Stephen J. Cannell the creator of the original series.

Some of you may ask, what happened to the big screen “A-Team” movie that starred Liam Neeson, Brad Cooper, Sharlto Copley, and Rampage Jackson, the one that was directed by Joe Carnahan? You’ve all probably seen that one and wondering why a sequel never happened. It’s simply because the first one didn’t make enough money. Carnahan said he would have done a sequel but the first movie bombed in the box office so he didn’t bother making the sequel. It didn’t sell very well in DVD and Blu Ray sales. Since the first one didn’t make enough money, Carnahan decided it was best not to make a sequel. Carnahan did start working on the script for the sequel, he had a 15 page opening but decided not to make the film.

Why is the A-Team headed back to TV? Probably ’cause since the Carnahan film flopped, it’s a pretty good idea not to bring the A-Team back to the big screen. I’m sure 20th Century Fox thought about starting a new big screen reboot but they probably thought it would be better for TV.

I’m a big fan of the A-Team. Love the old-school series and the Carnahan film. It’s too bad the Carnahan film with Neeson and the guys wasn’t a hit when it should have been. While it was a fun movie, it could have a better script though.

The Muppets has apparently turned into TMZ… shame on you…

It really is quite sickening that the Muppets has turned into TMZ and celebrity gossip. Jim Henson is rolling in his grave right now. This isn’t what he would have wanted for children.  A Kermit and Miss Piggy breakup? Are you freaking kidding me? Wow. This isn’t what Disney should be teaching children at all. The Muppets turning into celebrity gossip is just wrong, all the way.

Disney is doing whatever it takes to keep people interested in the Muppets. Aren’t they planning some kind of Muppets revival TV series? It’s a desperate attempt to promote that.

I know this Kermit and Miss Piggy breakup may seem funny and entertaining but it’s inappropriate for kids. Think about it.

Who are gonna be the celebrity guests for the Arnold hosted, “Celebrity Apprentice”?

I’m glad NBC and Donald Trump are back on good terms again so that means Celebrity Apprentice for the next season is back on NBC. Now that Arnold Schwarzenegger is hosting, who will be the celebrity contestants for next season in 2016?

Wouldn’t it be funny if Sly Stallone ended up being one of the contestants for next season? Arnie says “Sly, you’re fired” directly to Sly’s face. Sly will want to have a boxing match with Arnie on that one.

Anyway, it wouldn’t surprise me if Arnie ends up having some of his old cast mates from his past movies as contestants. I’m sure we’ll learn who the contestants are pretty soon. Arnold’s the best choice as host for this ’cause why? Arnold is a guy who has dealt with Hollywood for most of his life so he knows what celebrities are like and how they are. He’s dealt with celebrities of all kinds not just actors… also sports stars and TV personalities.

I used to watch “Celebrity Apprentice” but stopped watching after the season that Joan Rivers won on. It is a good show, though. I’ll have to watch next season. Arnold hosting should be funny and entertaining as hell, though. Like most people, I love the way Arnold talks… his Austria accent is funny.

Even Emilia Clarke is getting frustrated with all the sex scenes in “Game of Thrones”…

Many fans of “Game of Thrones” have complained that the show has gone overboard with the sex scenes of the show which is true. I too believe HBO has over done it with the sex scenes. There are not only sex scenes with hetero couples but there are plenty of gay sex scenes in a few seasons as well. That’s all the show has ever been lately… sex, sex, sex. Naked women all over.

Emilia decided that she finally had it and now she’s speaking out about it.

While she does bring up some good points and I agree with her but didn’t she just do a nude scene for her Broadway play, “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”???? Does this make her a hypocrite a little bit?

I do agree that GOT should tone it down on the sex, though but they won’t. They gotta keep their fan base somehow.

Arnold set to replace Donald Trump as host of the “Celebrity Apprentice”…

Donald Trump is leaving the “Celebrity Apprentice” for a while to run for president so obviously the Donald found an immediate replacement. None other than Arnold Schwarzenegger… which is a great choice actually. Despite Arnold’s mix of liberal/conservative politics, I still like him. Arnold taking over the show should be a ratings draw for sure, he’s got a lot of fans.

First Arnold was a professional bodybuilder, then iconic movie star, then Governor of California and now he has something new to add to his growing resume.

Twin Peaks reunion show to return to Twede’s Cafe aka the Double R diner…

The “Twin Peaks” reunion show for Showtime is currently filming. Look like the characters will be returning to Twede’s Cafe aka the Double R diner. Keep in mind that Twede’s Cafe is a real restaurant and a real business. It wasn’t some fake movie set on the show at all. In the show it was called the Double R diner but in real life it’s called, Twede’s Cafe.

It’s the Cafe where Dale Cooper likes to have his favorite cherry pie.

Check here for behind the scenes photos of construction workers changing the business name to Double R. I’m pretty sure David Lynch pays the cafe a lot of money to use it as a film set. Not cheap I know that.

Hollywood using TV for female-centric superheroes as a test for big screen movies???

Soon, DCs “Supergirl” is coming to NBC and now Hollywood has another female-centric superhero TV show coming to the small screen exclusively for Netflix. This one is called, “Jessica Jones” and it’s already looking interesting even if it’s a tiny teaser. I’m sure Marvel will release the full trailer soon.

I know Hollywood isn’t friendly with female-centric superhero movies but are they using TV shows first as a test for future big screen movies? I’d say yes. If “Supergirl” and “Jessica Jones” are both big hits then I can see Hollywood making a lot more female-centric superhero movies for the big screen. It’s just a test to see how well the TV shows go, ya know?

There are female-centric superhero movies coming to the big screen like DC’s “Wonder Woman” and Marvel’s “Captain Marvel” are both in the works.

I think women deserve a chance in the superhero genre. I think they can become successful… they just need a good script, good casting and good filming. Women taking the lead in superhero films can work if done right.

Nicki and Taylor kissed and made up but did Nicki play the race card???

It turns out that Nicki wasn’t talking about Taylor at all which is good but Nicki is still a bit of a bitch over this whole thing.

While Nicki went on a rant that she didn’t get nominated for “Video of the Year” Nicki still played the race card, though. Nicki claimed that the industry doesn’t reward enough black female pop stars and that’s playing the race card for sure. Like usual, black people always play the race card. That’s the problem with this country. Everybody wants to play the race card and it has been that way ever since Barack Obama’s been elected in the US. You wanna disagree with Obama’s presidency, you’ll get called a racist. You don’t want to get enough blacks nominated for the Oscars, you’ll get called a racist. You don’t want to nominate enough blacks for the MTV VMA’s, you’ll get called a racist. Racist this and racist that. So Nicki is trying to imply that MTV is racist.

It doesn’t end there for Nicki, she did a lot of body shaming and women shaming in her tweets, though.

Sure enough, Nicki doesn’t get any flak for her offensive tweets but instead people “applaud” her and even Taylor applauded Nicki being the feminist that Taylor is.

So Nicki is upset that her video for “Anaconda” didn’t get nominated for “Video of The Year”? Who cares! She should focus on her career than worry about winning a award. That’s the deal with pop stars. They’re all gonna be full of huge egos and lots of delusions. That’s how the industry is these days.

Charlize Theron claims she invited gay Obama to a strip club… I wouldn’t be surprised he declined the offer…

Actress Charlize Theron went on Jimmy Kimmel and made the big claim that she invited Obama to a strip club but she didn’t clarify what kind of strip club it was. Was it an all-female strip club or was it a male strip club? It was probably an all-female strip club she was referring to but is she a closeted lesbian? If it was a female strip club where it had female strippers, I know Obama wouldn’t go ’cause he’s simply not attracted to women at all. If it was a male strip club with male strippers then I’m sure Obama would have gone with her.

Obama is more of a fan of gay bars ’cause he went to a lot of those when he was in Chicago. Yet, another hint that Obama might be gay… thanks Charlize!

“Ash vs. Evil Dead” trailer is finally here!!!

Oh man, as expected I would think that the “Ash vs. Evil Dead” TV show for Starz would turn out to be badass. Ash is back and badder than ever!

This show won’t disappoint die-hard Evil Dead fanatics at all ’cause just like the original trilogy… there will be plenty of demon fighting, blood & gore.

I wish I could watch this show but I don’t have the Starz channel and don’t plan on getting it anytime soon. Anyhow, I’ll get the BluRay when it comes out.
