I'm a musician, singer/songwriter, blogger, writer, poet, bodybuilder, movie lover, music lover, video gamer, history/political buff, conservative/republican, etc. I like to do a lot of things.

Think I’m gonna skip “Expendables 3” and go see “Sin City 2: A Dame To Kill For” instead…

Ya know, I think I’m gonna skip “Expendables 3” and wait for DVD rental on that one. Instead, I’m probably gonna go see “Sin City 2: A Dame To Kill For”.

Why have I decided to change my mind about “Expendables 3”? It isn’t because it flopped in the box office… like most, “Expendables 3” is PG-13 and that is not Sly. Like usual, “Expendables 3” is getting mixed reviews. Some love it, some hate it. Everyone knows that Sly is most famous for his gritty violence in action movies. I know the PG-13 rating for “Expendables” is just an experimentation. The reason they tried the PG-13 rating is because they figured that more kids would see it. They thought wrong. People want the “Expendables” to be R rated so the violence can be be gritty and graphic. That’s why the first two films were very successful to begin with.

Yeah, so I think the next movie I’m gonna see is “Sin City 2: A Dame To Kill For”. I’ve been looking forward to that one for a long time. I loved the first “Sin City” movie and will be looking forward to the 2nd one.

There are too many good movies out now, it’s crazy. I also wanna see that new horror film, “Annabelle” that looks good also.

Scott Weiland shoots down jail rumors…

TMZ started the rumors that former frontman of STP, Scott Weiland have been in jail for a few months and as you can see, Mr. Weiland was quick to shoot down the rumors. He proved that he wasn’t arrested by showing this video of him in the studio with his new band, The Wildabouts.

Look like Harvey Levin of TMZ is about to get “cease and desist letters” from Scott’s attorneys.

I hate TMZ. They are a bunch of loser whackjobs who needs to find a real job. Yep, getting paid to make celebrities look bad publicly. TMZ needs to be shut down.

I’m glad Scott is well, though and he is looking real good and healthy in this video too.

Look like he is recording his first album with the Wildabouts band. He’s been playing live with the Wildabouts for a long while now, they just never recorded a studio album yet until now.

Scott Weiland may have had some personal problems in the past but people change. Why can’t people understand that? Nope. People always have to accuse him of a lot of ridiculous things.

George R.R. Martin warns “Games of Thrones” fans that he plans on killing off more important characters for the upcoming books…

Some of you may know that I’m a huge Game of Thrones fan. Love the books and love the TV show. Some of you know that writer, George R.R. Martin is not afraid to kill off characters that everybody likes.

Well, George warns fans that he plans on killing off more important characters for future “Song of Ice and Fire” novels. This probably means that he might plan on killing off important characters like Tyrion, Daenerys Targaryen, Jon Snow, Arya Stark, Littlefinger, or even The Hound.

http://winteriscoming.net/2014/08/21/george-rr-martin-kill-main-characters/

I know GOT fans are getting pissed and frustrated that George takes forever to finish the next book but let him take his time. The less time he takes, the better the stories get. Sometimes, less is always more when writing stories.

I have all the GOT books so far and I have the first 3 seasons on DVD so I’m a huge fan of this franchise, indeed. I haven’t seen GOT “Season 4” ’cause I don’t have HBO anymore and I’m just waiting for Season 4 to come out on DVD.

I love this franchise so much, though. The stories are addicting and so are the characters. If you’re not into “GOT’s” yet, what are you waiting for?

My response to the St. Louis shooting… (GRAPHIC VIDEO)

The St. Louis shooting video should prove that cops aren’t dumb and are just doing their jobs. Doing the things that they are supposed to do. Protect themselves and others around them.

In St. Louis, a black man named Kajieme Powell, robbed a convenience store. He stole energy drinks and donuts. As Kajieme exited the store as the cops arrived, the cops got out of their vehicles and confronted him by pointing guns at him. Instead of Kajieme cooperating with the police, he had to approach them and as you can hear in the video, Kajieme kept screaming, “Shoot me, Shoot me motherfucker”. Immediately after, that’s exactly what he got. They shot and killed him.

If you listen to the cameraman, he kept defending Kajieme by saying the cops should have used the taser gun instead. I disagree. While the cops should have probably used a taser gun, that would have been a dumb mistake if they did. Since Kajieme may have had a knife, if they used a taser gun on him.. that would require walking up to Kajieme. If they walked up to Kajieme to press the taser gun on his body, the cops wouldn’t have enough time. Kajieme would have already stabbed the cop in the leg or arm.

I’m also reading comments in that video, people saying stuff whatever happened to shooting him in the leg or arms instead of killing him? Once again, I disagree. That would be another dumb mistake if the cops did that. If the cops just shot him in the legs what’s stopping Kajieme from attacking the cops with his arms? If they shot him in the arms, what’s stopping Kajieme from attacking the cops with his legs by kicking?

Like I said, the cops aren’t dumb. They are professionally trained officers and if men appear to be dangerous, chances are… they are gonna wind up dead.

On top of that, this was totally Kajieme’s fault that he got himself killed. He should have cooperated with police. Dropped the knife and get himself handcuffed instead of approaching the officers begging them to shoot him. Kajieme wanted the cops to shoot him so he got his wish. If the cops just let him live, things could have been a lot worse.

The cops did nothing wrong here. They have every right to kill that punk.

When will America stop shaming cops for doing their jobs and protecting us? They should be looked at as heroes, ya know? Cops are very good people.

You don’t like cops giving you any trouble? Well, the simple solution to solve that problem is to stop getting yourself into trouble. Simple?

Over the years of my life, I’ve had no trouble with the law. I have a totally clean record. I’ve committed no crimes over the years. I’ve never been to jail or never been ticketed for anything. I’ve been a good boy my entire life. If you don’t break the law, cops shouldn’t be a problem for you. Police officers can be very friendly people as long as you don’t get yourself into trouble. I respect our law enforcement and you should too.

Ron Howard does the Ice Bucket at the Abbey Road crosswalk…

Film director, Ron Howard, is signed on recently to direct a documentary about, The Beatles. Here is Ron Howard himself in London at Abbey Road studios. Then he takes a little walk over to the legendary crosswalk where the Beatles crossed the street to shoot the cover for their album, “Abbey Road”.

Then he makes a few challenges to his longtime collaborator, Tom Hanks and his former co-star, Henry Winkler. Remember, Ron started out as an actor for the TV sitcom, “Happy Days” in which he played Archie Cunningham and then he gave up acting to direct movies instead.

I like Ron Howard. He’s a great film-maker. He’s made a lot of great movies. The latest movie I saw of his was the race car movie, “Rush” and it was a great film. You should check it out.

Government watchdog says, Obama and Pentagon broke the law with Bergdhal prisoner swap….

Every time Obama does something suspicious or questionable… chances are, delusional idiots will make claims that Obama did not break the law or did nothing impeachable. It happens every time Obama does something bad. People will always think he did nothing wrong no matter the situation.

Look… Obama is not above the law, you uneducated losers. I know you’re probably gonna look at this article, laugh and make idiotic statements like, “That’s only according to the government watchdog” or “Look at how many other presidents who done the same thing?”.

People will never believe that Obama broke the law no matter what gets put out there.

Whenever a conservative politician like Rick Perry gets in trouble with the law they’ll be like, “Oh goody, another slimy right winger got busted!!!” Whenever a liberal politician gets in trouble, they’ll be like, “Oh, he did nothing wrong. He is completely safe and innocent”.

Obama needs to be impeached for this and the entire Pentagon needs to go too.

Keep acting like Obama is innocent, dumbasses. You just keep looking foolish and idiotic every time.

While the media is obsessed with the ice bucket challenge, everyone ignores musician Jason Becker (who is currently suffering ALS)…

Jason Becker is a shred-guitar virtuoso who is currently suffering of ALS. While the media is obsessed with the Ice Bucket Challenge and trying to raise awareness to the ALS disease, the media ignores musician Jason Becker. I haven’t seen one celebrity or famous musician give a shout-out or some kind of tribute to Jason Becker have you?

Jason was diagnosed with ALS at the early age of 20. Just before he was diagnosed with ALS, Jason joined David Lee Roth’s solo band. In the early days, Jason was given 3 to 5 years to live but Jason fought on… he’s a fighter so he’s still alive. Due to ALS, Jason can’t move his body and lost his ability to speak. Even if he can’t speak, he is still able to communicate with people with a technology system developed by his father. Although, Jason can’t play guitar anymore… he is still making music. He is still making shred instrumentals and releasing albums ’cause he’s probably really good with music theory and stuff like that.

I’m thinking that instead of me dumping ice over my head on video… I would do a tribute video to Jason Becker. I’ll get to work on that today.

Here’s to you, Jason Becker. \m/

More reasons why I want to learn piano/keyboards…

I want to learn to play piano/keyboards so I can do all that MIDI stuff with my songwriting. I’m going to start off with a cheap and simple electric keyboard for now so I can learn how to play it and try to get good with it. I’ll start off with a cheap and simple keyboard and then I’ll buy a more expensive keyboard with all kinds of MIDI sounds like strings, jazz ensemble, choirs and other sounds if you know what I mean. I wanna be able to learn MIDI stuff with home recording and for that, I need to learn how to play the keyboards.

If I’m going to learn how to play piano/keyboards then I’m gonna have to learn how to read music too. I’ve already started learning how to read music for piano ’cause I have an app that gives you lessons on how to read music. That “Musicopoulos” app that I’ve been talking about on here. Learning how to read sheet music doesn’t seem that hard. All it is it’s just a C major scale.

I also wanna play just regular piano too so I can perform cover songs and write originals on regular piano. I really would like to perform Billy Joel and Elton John covers. I can perform their songs on guitar if I wanted but they would sound better on piano.

I’ve already had tried to learn how to play piano/keyboards in the past before but back then I didn’t take it very seriously. I think I wanna take it seriously this time.

I just wanna play another instrument other than guitar and I think the piano is just right for me. I think I can write great songs on the piano. The piano have always been a cool instrument and I’ve always wanted to learn how to play.

Someday I would get myself a real piano like an upright or something but not at this time, maybe sometime down the road.

Here’s George W. Bush’s ice bucket, check it out, this will give you the LOL’s too!!!

I know George W. isn’t everyone’s favorite but in reality he is a very good man. He also has a very good sense of humor too and he does give people some laughs. Ever watch him give interviews for late night TV? The guy’s sense of humor is great! You can see he still has that great sense of humor. This video looks like it would be on Saturday Night Live or something. This one had me crackin’ up!

The reason for the ice bucket for ALS… I think I’m starting to get it…

I know I criticized the Ice Bucket challenge but I’ll confess it… that was a wrong thing to do. After doing a little more reading about ALS, I understand the whole dumping the ice water over your head thing. You see, when people have ALS, they have weak muscles and it makes their body feel numb. When you feel ice cold water, that makes you feel the same way a little bit. I think the whole message is that they want you know what it would feel like to have ALS. That’s the whole point of the ice water thing. Feeling ice and cold on your body makes your body weaker just like ALS does.

I’ll have a change of heart with this ALS Ice Bucket challenge and agree that we’re all doing a positive thing for once. We all go through so much negative politics and negative current events in the news, it’s time for the world to do something positive.

Everybody is on the ALS Ice Bucket challenge, not just America. The whole world pretty much. Both political parties support it too: Conservatives and Liberals. We’re all in on it.

It’s a good idea actually.

I’ll admit that it’s interesting when celebs do it. Why? When celebs do the Ice Bucket challenge, you’ll get to know them a little bit more. You’ll start to see that famous people are just normal people like us. You’ll get to see a part of their home a little bit, that’s the cool part. You’ll get to see their families and friends in their ice bucket videos. You get to know who they are just a little more.

This ice bucket challenge is just fun. That’s all it is. When people criticize the Ice Bucket Challenge; chances are, they don’t know much about the ALS disease.

It’s just funny to see people’s reaction when they get ice cold water dumped on them. Some people scream. Some people don’t. To the people who don’t scream when they get ice cold water dumped on them, they’re probably used to the ice cold.

I’ll do mine at some point. I haven’t gotten any challenges yet somehow. If I don’t get any challenges, I’ll just do mine anyway.

Today, I just saw Kermit the Frog’s Ice Bucket and George W. Bush’s. They’re both real funny. I’ll post the videos later.

I’m hoping Sly Stallone does his ’cause he’s getting challenged like crazy. I’m sure he’ll get to it. I wish Arnold would do his too.
