Happy Star Wars day!

Every year on May the 4th, Lucasfilm will always release something new that has something to do with Star Wars. This year, it has something to do with the long awaited “Star Wars” movie on Blu Ray. Yes, all 6 Star Wars films are coming out on Blu Ray later this year.

Today, the Star Wars website, revealed what the cover box art is going to look like. You can either buy the original trilogy or the prequels separately or buy all 6 of them in one box set. I plan to buy them both separately.

See the video here, it’s nothing but art and images from the movies, plus the covers of the Blu Ray boxes. To see the extras on the Blu Rays, click here.

The Blu Rays hits stores on Sept. 16th. I’ll be sure to save up some money before then ’cause I’m definitely getting this.

I don’t get why people obsess with the bench so much…

Why do people feel the need to bench when getting into bodybuilding & fitness? In my opinion, you don’t need to if you don’t want to. Benching is the most overrated workout. I don’t really do it too much. I enjoy most workouts, but one work out I can’t stand doing is the bench press. Every time I work out at the Greenwich Y a lot of guys and even some women want to bench. Why do people think bench press is the only chest work out there is? It’s because benching is easier to learn and people don’t like doing other chest workouts.

There are plenty of great chest work outs other than the overrated bench press. I prefer: dumb bell presses on a bench, dumb bell flies (on the floor or bench at the gym). I also like cable cross overs and push ups.

While benching is the king of all workouts, it’s also the most dangerous and evil workout. Sorry but it’s true, I’ve thought I explained this before? There are too many people that bench without spotters at the gyms, you see it all the time, it’s ridiculous. Only once in a while you see smart people benching “with” spotters, but it doesn’t happen often.

I plan to stay away from benching completely I think. The barbell benching I’m talking about.

When you’re doing a professional sport like bodybuilding competition, the Olympics or wrestling/boxing/mma, that makes benching okay to do. Benching is not for amatures, in my opinion.

There are plenty of other chest workouts people. There are other chest workouts that work your chest harder than the bench. I think dumb bell flies work the chest harder than the bench. Push ups also can work your chest hard.

I can’t do 100 pushups without stopping yet, for now I can do only 40 – 50, but that’s alright. The less reps you do, the more muscle definition you get. That’s one thing people fail to think, they think they can get more muscle definition by training to failure all the time. The bench is not cool. The bench will totally burn you out if you do that every week.

You know Springsteen and Neil Young are gonna do a song on Bin Laden. Which will be first to go at it? I think Springsteen will do it first. Expect plenty of other bands and songwriters to do a song on him too.

Even I’m probably gonna do a song on Bin Laden as you know a lot of my songs are very political. In fact, I already started working on one as I’m typing this. I’ll make it public when I’m ready.

Bin Laden in the movies…

Now that Bin Laden is gone, you can expect a bunch of Hollywood movies about Bin Laden coming the way. In fact, there is already one in the works right now. Kathryn Bigelow and Mark Boal, the same makers of the Iraq war film, “The Hurt Locker” is getting right to work on a movie about killing Bin Laden.

Deadline, reports.

You can expect both the movie and music industry to obsess with Bin Laden’s death. Yes, there will be bands and songwriters to write songs about Bin Laden.

About Bin Laden in the movies, I had a feeling that Kathryn Bigelow would be the first to pick up on it. You can expect a Bin Laden biopic film coming the way too.

There will be plenty of TV shows about Bin Laden. You can expect Law and Order TV show to do their own version of the Bin Laden killing as well.

I would also expect the “24” movie to hit the big screen soon, so hopefully Keifer Sutherland and the film makers would move forward with the film. I’m sure they’ll get right on it. The TV show “24” is about Jack Bauer hunting down dangerous terrorists. Keifer said many times in interviews that a “24” movie for the big screen is in the planning stages, but they have never gone as far as making it just yet. Maybe they’ll get right to work on it asap. Hopefully. Will we see Jack Bauer killing Bin Laden on the big screen? We’ll have to keep our fingers crossed for now.

This is the greatest news ever!!! Bin Laden is dead! Rest in Peace??? NO!!! FUCKING ROT IN HELL, YOU PIECE OF SHIT!

While this is really good news, this still doesn’t mean the end of terrorist attacks and the war in Afghanistan like they said.

The American who killed Bin Laden deserves a huge award for this. I think the American who killed Bin Laden will be honored by the President soon. This is history making.

I wonder what they’re gonna do with Bin Laden’s body now. He shouldn’t have a funeral. He shouldn’t even be buried or cremated.

This is incredible news that came out of no where today. I was watching “Celebrity Apprentice” and this came on. Americans are doing a good job taking down evil. First they get Saddham Hussein, and now Bin Laden! Next they have to take care of the rest of the Al Qeada terrorist group. Then the war will be over after that, I hope?

Cool Video: President Barack Obama finally responds to the Donald at correspondents dinner…

So, the Donald wants a war with our President? Well he officially got one! At the Correspondents dinner at the White House SNL’s Seth Myers hosted this event, and Barack Obama himself brought out some humor to the crowd. He took shots at the Donald, while the Donald himself sat in the audience listening to Barack’s speech. Barack bashed the hell out of Donald in return. It’s actually pretty funny stuff, I even laughed.

You can see the Donald in the audience laughing himself. Is that a sign that the Donald doesn’t really have bad blood against Barack like I said before? Could be. I kind of had a feeling that Donald Trump never really hated Barack Obama, the Donald just did it to hype up the possibility of being in the election. I’m sure Barack and Donald both respect each other.

Don’t be surprised Donald will pull a speech of his own to bash Barack in return later this week. I’ve always liked the Donald. I find him funny and entertaining.

Cool Video: Check out, Cletus, the band I’ll be opening for on June 4th…

Check out this new band in the area, that I’ll be opening for on June 4th at the Alcove Marina venue in Schuylerville, N.Y. They are a hard rock band called, Cletus. One of the members of this band is a friend of mine, he’s the heavily bearded guitar player on the left and his name is Mike. These guys asked me to open for them and I gladly accepted.

I just love opening shows for other bands and other acoustic acts. I’ve done a few gigs where I played by myself without sharing with other acts before, but I like sharing shows with other musicians way more, why? Because I like being in the community with musicians, meeting new people and a smart way to promote my own music. My way of being part of the music scene and become known.

Thought: Why “The Donald” is doing the right thing to President Barack Obama…

Everyone is wondering why Donald Trump have been getting on Barack Obama in the media lately. Bashing him and trying to expose his US citizenship. All that stuff. I’m pretty sure, The Donald, is accused of being jealous and an ego-maniac. I don’t think he’s jealous, but an ego-maniac, yes. The Donald needs to be an ego-maniac if he wants to run for president. Ego is what politics is all about. All those elections from the past, the past president hopefuls such as John McCain, Sarah Palin, Hillary Clinton, Al Gore, etc. They all had huge egos, but none of their egos were as powerful as Donald Trump. Donald Trump maybe heated and he maybe harsh, yes, but this is what he needs to do, if he wants to make it.

This is just his way of trying to get people to know that he’s serious about running. Plus, it’s his way of trying to turn off Obama’s voters so they wouldn’t vote for him again in 2012. The Donald may have a temper tantrum, but he’s always been this way. It’s how rich people are. In reality, I think Donald is a good guy and he can be a professional when he wants to be, but the President Election, he must act like a temper tantrum ego-maniac.

If the Donald actually makes the election, I can’t wait until the days when Barack Obama and the Donald goes face to face in a debate. Oh man, imagine how entertaining this debate would be. The Donald and Barack haven’t met each other in person yet, but they will soon when they get the election going. Does the Donald actually respect Barack? Possibly. It could be possible that Donald actually likes Barack Obama and this could be an act to help hype up Donald’s possible election.

What the Donald is doing is great, I love it. The Donald is a pretty powerful figure, and I truly believe he will make the Election. He’s also been accused of having no political experience, but if you knew Donald’s history, he’s dealt with politics for years. He may have never been a mayor, governor or a senator, but he is pretty smart about politics. Where do you think the Donald get his billions of dollars from? Because he knows politics and knows about money more than anybody.

If the Donald is in the election for 2012, who will be his vice president running mate? It’s going to be interesting who he is planning to pick.

And for the record, The Donald is not a racist. He’s worked with plenty of black people on his “Apprentice” shows on TV, so I don’t see how he could be a racist just because he tried to expose Barack’s citizenship. Hillary tried to do that too, so that makes her a racist as well?
