Ever since “Suicide Squad” and “Batman: Arkham Knight” game, Harley Quinn has become very popular…

These days everywhere you go at the mall or your local comic book store, you’re gonna see Harley Quinn everywhere. There are Harley Quinn statues (or life size replicas, whatever you want to call them), t-shirts, posters, action figures, etc. They’re selling those all over the place. I take it that Harley Quinn has all of a sudden become very popular. There are men that like the character but the character is mostly popular with women. Have you noticed that more and more women have been liking the Harley Quinn character? She was the Joker’s girlfriend from the comics. This character is getting so popular for whatever reason.

So for this reason alone, I think she’s definitely gonna get her own spinoff series for film and possibly a TV show even. The pic above I took myself while at the mall doing my Christmas shopping. It’s nice to see Harley Quinn finally get some recognition ’cause she is an interesting character. Why is it that a lot of women love her so much? Is it because Harley relates to women? Maybe women like her ’cause they admire the fact that Harley is not afraid to look like how she wants and women out there feel the same. You know how Harley is kind of crazy? Well a lot of women out there are crazy too so this character can relate. Harley relates to women in a lot of ways.

Wonder Woman and Catwoman should watch out ’cause I think very soon, Harley Quinn is gonna be bigger than them. Harley could take their spotlight pretty quick. I haven’t seen “Suicide Squad” but plan on getting around to it.

It is interesting how this Harley character is getting popular very fast. She is an interesting character. I like her a lot myself.

The Mummy with Tom Cruise actually looks pretty damn good, in my opinion!!!

This movie is being hated on like crazy, already. Why? Reasons being is ’cause #1: A lot of people don’t like Tom Cruise #2: People prefer the previous Mummy trilogy with Brendan Frasier. They still want the Rick and Evie characters. Well get over it, crybabies! This is Hollywood. Things got to evolve and move forward, ya know? I hated the Mummy trilogy with Brendan Frasier ’cause they were nothing but action films and popcorn flicks. That’s not how I wanted to see the Mummy. I want the Mummy to be horror. Kind of creepy and scary. This Mummy movie with Tom Cruise looks to be more on the “scarier” side. In my opinion, I think this movie actually looks pretty interesting and I’m probably gonna go see this one. I want to see a Mummy movie that has a story and plot which the Brendan Frasier movies didn’t have. The Brendan Frasier movies had way too much CGI and shit. This new movie probably has a lot of CGI too it looks like but not as bad as those Brendan Frasier movies.

I still don’t know why Tom Cruise gets hated on so much. I’ve always respected that man despite his belief in Scientology. He’s a great actor and made a lot of good films.

“Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home” premiered 30 years ago today…

I’ve always believed that the two best Star Trek films of the original series were “Star Trek II: the Wrath of Khan” and “Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home”. They were the two best Star Trek movies ever made, in my opinion.

“Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home” was a film that Leonard Nimoy directed himself while he still starred as Spock. So he directed and acted in this film at the same time. “The Voyage Home” was a continuation of “Star Trek III: The Search For Spock” which is also a  really good film. II, III and IV has always been considered a trilogy of some sorts ’cause those three films have a continuing story.

I’ve seen “The Voyage Home” too many times. It’s a film I’ll never get tired of watching. It’s an entertaining as hell film. Happy 30 years, “Voyage Home”.

40 years ago today the first “Rocky” film came out…

I love the first “Rocky”. It’s one of my favorite films ever made and a very important film in my life that has inspired me. It’s not just a movie about boxing. It’s a movie about “life”. A movie about moving forward, things like that.

The first Rocky helped give us 6 more sequels. Yes, the movie “Creed” counts as Rocky 7.

I like all the Rocky movies including Rocky V but nothing will top the first one. My favorite scenes from the first Rocky are in the videos above.

I may be a huge fan of Sly Stallone and watched almost all of his films but his work in Rocky will always stand out to me the most.

Game of Thrones star, Emilia Clarke joins Han Solo standalone movie, interesting…

Game of Throne star, Emilia Clarke has joined the cast of the Han Solo stand alone movie. Her character is unknown at this point but I’m sure many will immediately assume that she’s going to play a younger Princess Leia. Could be a possibility but I doubt it.

http://www.starwars.com/news/emilia-clarke-joins-the-han-solo-stand-alone-film?cmp=smc|670805017&linkId=31337128

Doing a little digging, I’m almost pretty sure that Emilia will be playing Sana Starros which was a character who has been claimed to be married to Han Solo.

http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Sana_Starros

The goal for the film is to depict Han Solo’s life before the original trilogy so I don’t think Leia will be in it. Han claims Sana was lying about the marriage just to pull off a robbery. If that storyline will be in the film, could be interesting.

Hopefully the Han Solo spinoff movie will still be good. What do you think? Can Alden Ehrenreich pull it off playing Han? Can he still be the same smart ass smuggler and be similar to Harrison’s version of the character? Probably. He’s gonna be the same Han Solo he has always been. The young Han will still have some funny one-liners, I’m sure.

Vince Neil set to perform at Trump’s inauguration…

Vince Neil, the former frontman of Motley Crue is set to perform at Trump’s inauguration on Jan. 20th. I wonder how the media and leftards are gonna smear him ’cause I wouldn’t be surprised they’re going at it right now. I’m sure this is already infuriating liberals ’cause I’m already seeing some of them calling Neil a washed up and alcoholic rock star.

http://www.billboard.com/articles/news/7581346/vince-neil-performing-presidential-inauguration-donald-trump

I wonder what other bands & artists will be performing at Trump’s inaugural? Good luck on that ’cause most of the music industry are nothing but “leftards” and “Nevertrumpers”. They’ll have to find bands & musicians who will accept Trump for who he is.  Hopefully Trump can get some left-wing musicians to perform. I’m feeling many left-wing musicians will not want anything to do with this ’cause of Trump so it’s gonna be hard.

It’ll be interesting to see who Trump is gonna have to perform. Maybe get Kanye West on now that he’s all for Trump.

Do Marvel superhero movies get treated more positively than DC superhero movies? I would say so!

Each time DC/Warner Bros. releases a new superhero film, the film gets so much negative criticism but Marvel superhero films gets received more positively. Why is this you may ask?

I remember when DC released the Green Lantern movie with Ryan Reynolds, that film got bashed like crazy. Then when “Man of Steel” finally came out that film got mixed reviews… then “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” came and that film got bashed like crazy.

Each time Marvel releases a new film whether it will be a “Thor” movie, a “Captain America” movie, “Doctor Strange” or another “Avengers” film… those films are loved by everyone.

It has nothing to do with the films itself. It has nothing to do with the directors, the script, etc. I think it’s because that Marve/Disney is at war with DC. That’s pretty much it really. It’s all competition with each other. One company wants to be better than the other. Hollywood doing all they can to ram Marvel down our throats. Marvel is trying all they can to get DC to lose their respect by movie lovers.

I just saw the new trailer for “Wonder Woman” by DC and it looks great to me:

How much do you want to bet that “Doctor Strange” is gonna get more received positively than “Wonder Woman”? Even though “Wonder Woman” would probably end up being a good film, it’s still gonna get bashed on because it’s DC.

I also have a bad feeling that Ben Affleck’s solo Batman movie will get trashed on too and I think the same will happen to the “Justice League” movie.

If DC wants to get more respect again then they need to step their game up. Like make better movies, they also need to market themselves better too. I think both companies make great films so I’m not gonna say which side makes better films.

The problem is DC don’t make that much superhero films when they should.  It’s a shame that DC don’t get much respect anymore when they should. They are the ones who brought us Batman and Superman. They finally teamed up Batman and Superman in a film like we all wanted so they should be respected.

I try not to give films negative criticism ’cause it’s something I try not to do. Negative opinions is just a waste of time when it comes to entertainment. I try to treat everything positively. Yeah, there are some movies I don’t like but I like most movies I see. If there’s a film I see I don’t care for then I’ll do my best to keep the opinion to myself. People can be very negative and opinionated when it comes to movies & music and I try not to be like that.

Sly Stallone confirms Rambo V: “The Last Stand” is finally happening??? Seems so…

I woke up this Halloween morning just seen the teaser poster above. Is that a confirmation that “Rambo V: The Last Stand” is finally happening? This is nothing new ’cause Rambo V has been in the works for a long while and it looks like it’s finally confirmed.

However though, there’s another Rambo project in the works too which is a Rambo reboot that is supposed to have a younger actor star as Rambo. So you ask yourself is “Rambo: The Last Stand” and “Rambo: New Blood” are both the same movie? No. I think they’re two different movies. I think Rambo V “The Last Stand” w/ Sly will probably happen first and then the reboot will happen.

http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/heat-vision/rambo-reboot-works-criminal-director-942097

I’m fine with a Rambo reboot as long as they don’t make it a remake of the first one, “Rambo: First Blood”. That film is a classic and don’t want to have it remade at all.

It looks like Sly is preparing for another Rambo film ’cause I notice he’s trying to let his hair grow back out again:

So Rambo: “The Last Stand” gonna be about an aging Rambo it looks like? I wonder what the story is gonna be for that one? There’s been two different plot ideas for Rambo 5 that Sly had. One was about a half-human beast that Rambo was supposed to fight and hunt down, another plot was supposed to be that Rambo was supposed to battle against Mexican drug lords. Anything could change though and Sly might of scrapped those. The last I heard, though in Wikipedia, “Rambo: The Last Stand” is more like a small town thriller that is kind of like the first one “Rambo: First Blood” and the new film could be similar to Clint Eastwood’s “Unforgiven” according to wikipedia.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rambo_(film_series)

Sly may have said that he has retired from playing Rambo and doesn’t want to play him ever again but maybe he finally changed his mind? Maybe he’s coming back due to popular demand and fans wouldn’t stop begging him to play Rambo one more. If Sly brought back Rocky to the big screen, why not bring Rambo back? Rambo deserves a good closure too!

Since Halloween is just a few days away… I usually name my favorite horror films every year but that’s a little boring. This year I’m gonna do something a little different and name my top 10 favorite music scores from 10 different horror films. The music composed for their theme songs are here.

These are my favorites so enjoy:

1. “Halloween”

2. “SAW”

4. “Bram Stoker’s Dracula

5. “Psycho”

6. “Rosemary’s Baby” theme

7. “Nightmare on Elm ST.” theme

8. “Hellraiser” theme

9. “The Exorcist” theme (which is actually “Tubular Bells” by Mike Oldfield)

10. “Poltergeist” (original theme)

Why is the next “Wolverine” movie titled, “Logan”… there’s gotta be a meaning behind it?

There’s gotta be a special meaning as to why the next Wolverine movie is titled “Logan” instead of “Wolverine: (subtitle here)”. Why has it been simply titled “Logan”? Logan is the Wolverine’s actual first name. Is it because in this movie, he’s no longer the Wolverine? He’s no longer the superhero and no longer does things for people? Maybe he has lost all of his powers and strength so he retired from being the superhero maybe?

If you look at the poster above it looks like a young child is holding the Wolverine’s hand. Does that mean Logan has a kid now? Who did he get the kid with, Jean Grey maybe?

This is supposed to be about an aging Wolverine, I heard which sounds interesting. After seeing all the new Wolverine stuff getting released, I just started thinking about all this. The final Wolverine film that Hugh Jackman will play looks to be a totally different Wolverine than all the films he has played in the past.

I’m already looking forward to the film and I just know the trailer is gonna be great!
