Thoughts on Cesar Sayoc being revealed as the Democratic mail bomb sender and getting caught today…

Some of you probably wanna know my thoughts about all this. It’s been going on for a while now… strange packages getting sent to prominent Democratic political figures. It started with George Soros then on with the Clintons, The Obamas, Joe Biden, Eric Holder, Maxine Waters and a few others getting those suspicious packages with a bomb in them.

You see, I may hate the left and the Democratic party but I wouldn’t wish violence or even death on them. All Lives Matter, ya know??? We’re all human and that includes the left. We may disagree with them politically but that doesn’t mean we have to harm them or do anything horrible to them. I condemn all political violence. I REPEEAT… I condemn all political violence. Whether it’s Antifa vs. Trump supporters, Black Lives Matter vs. The Police and conservatives vs. liberals. I condemn it all.

“Keep America Safe Again” isn’t just a political slogan. “Keep America Safe Again” wasn’t mean to keep conservatives safe only… “Keep America Safe Again” means to keep all Americans safe including the left. Yeah, we may hate the left’s whacky political views and all that stuff but they deserve to be safe too. There are bad people on both sides of the spectrum.

Cesar Sayoc may have been a Trump supporter and conservative it looks like but what he did was still disgusting and it shouldn’t have happened. We may hate Soros, The Clintons, the Obamas and all those democrats yes but they are still human.

All them conservatives on twitter and facebook saying that this mail bomb sender thing was a “hoax” and a setup, they are equally disgusting. I hope they feel proud of themselves that someone was actually doing it and many of them idiots claimed that “Democrats” sent those packages themselves. Well they were wrong on that. They were dead wrong and now that the mail bomb sender has been caught, these conservatives are now saying things about the van. These conservatives will never admit they were wrong about this being a “hoax” no matter the situation ’cause they don’t want to make their side look bad over this. In my opinion, they just can’t take the truth that there are violent people on both sides of the spectrum. From the looks of things, this is no “hoax” and no setup at all. Looks pretty real to me.

Some may call me a die-hard conservative but I’m not really. I’m kind of more of a “free-thinker” myself and I think I’m going to be this way from now on. Conservatives can be just as bad as liberals a lot of times and the right-wing side can drive me crazy.

With that being said, I’m glad the mail bomb guy has been caught today and hope he gets punished with the fullest extent of the law.

Yeah, I hate Democrats and the left but I don’t hate them that much. I’ll be nice to them if they be nice to me but I wouldn’t want to beat their ass just because I disagree with them. The world shouldn’t be like that. That’s not how America should be.

15 Facebook stereotypes… are you one of them???

I have been a facebook user for almost like a decade now so I have observed the different types of people that are in there. I’m sure you’ve all seen these things and I’m sure you’ve been guilty of some of them. I know I’ve been guilty of some of them for sure.

Enjoy the list!

  • The one who loves to brag about how great his/her life is: You see this shit everyday on FB. People bragging about how great their life is. We always get women going on and on and on about how great her life is like how she has her own home, her own car and the best boyfriend/husband she could have and blah blah blah. Some men do the same thing brag about their lives. Look, get over your egos ’cause none of us are perfect and neither are you.
  • The gossip & drama queen: You’re definitely going to see plenty of these. You see people gossiping and being a drama queen all the time in FB.  People always calling out other people they don’t like and things like that. Happens all the time. I try to stay out of that stuff as much as I can, though. I just get the popcorn out and enjoy when I see that stuff.
  • The annoying couple who just won’t quit showing their love publicly with each other: Ya get the deal… the annoying couple who are always showing their love to each other all day and every day. It’s obvious they love the attention and try to make others jealous. What’s wrong with keeping your relationship completely private? People don’t believe in that anymore.
  • Mothers who are obsessed with posting pics of their kids and baby pictures: This is still going on and it’s still a problem. I never agreed with this ’cause I think it’s dangerous and not safe but if they wanna do it, that’s their prerogative.
  • Family feuds in FB: I’m sure you’ve seen this as well. People in their own families have drama over facebook and their closest family members want nothing to do with each other anymore. It’s interesting how you lose people you love over drama on FB. I’m sure you’ve seen it everyday and I’m sure you’ve dealt with it too.
  • The one who are always posting pics of their pets: This is also still going on in social networking. I find this completely fine and have no problem with it.
  • Narcissistic women who posts selfies all the time for attention: Yep,  here we go. Women who think they are pretty and they know it so they get obsessed with posting selfies everyday to get attention with men and their female friends.
  • The political activist on both sides: The one who is always talking about politics. I’m pretty much guilty of this one but we all are. Admit it, right? The left and the right are obsessed with talking politics on FB.
  • The gym rat who’s always posting about gym stuff: You’ll see some of this in FB. Whether you’re a bodybuilder, a powerlifter or just want to lose weight… you’ll always see people talking about their gym adventures. Posting their working routines, giving people workout advice, always posting workout videos, etc. Yeah, I’m guilty of this one.
  • The one who has no idea how to use FB: There will always be that someone who has no idea how to use facebook at all. That’s why you always see this person getting hacked and getting their accounts phished. Always re-sharing fake giveaways and garbage like those. People are dumb, I tell ya.
  • The angry ranter: You’ll see people like this too. A facebook user who never seems to be happy all the time. Always using facebook to rant in an angry way. They just rant about stuff going on in their lives. I try not to do this ’cause I try my best to use FB positively but sometimes I do rant once in a blue moon.
  • The one who posts everything about his/her personal lives: You’ll definitely see some of these people. The one who is always posting everything about his or her personal life. Everything about their relationship and dating issues and other personal problems they have.
  • The one who is obsessed with “in a relationship” status on FB: It was the same with the old myspace and it continues to be an issue on FB. People always using social network to show their relationship status ’cause they’re obsessed with telling people whether they are taken or not. There are also those who can’t keep a relationship and always in a new one all the freakin’ time. Crazy, man. To me, I don’t give a fuck about “relationship”. Being single is good.
  • The one who is always talking about sports they watch on TV: There’s a lot of sports addicts out there. Always posting about play by play sports while they watch on TV. I’m not a sports guy at all but if other people want to watch them, that’s fine.
  • The one who is obsessed with posting memes and inspirational life quotes: There are always people who shares memes and inspirational life quotes. You know those positive life advice quotes they’re always sharing so people can feel better about themselves? Most of that stuff is bullshit. I only re-share the ones that resonates with me but I try not to go too crazy with that stuff.

Enough said?

Pitchfork magazine totally trashes Greta Van Fleet’s debut album… my thoughts…

I just read Pitchfork magazine’s review of Greta Van Fleet’s first and new album, “Anthem of the Peaceful Army”. While the review was pretty harsh and mean, it did give me a good laugh too. So Greta Van Fleet, a young band trying their best to make it in the industry and they just did by finally releasing their debut full length album… and already they just received a scathing review by Pitchfork.

The thing is, when Led Zeppelin were around back in the late 60’s and through the 70’s, they got a lot of bad reviews for their albums over the years too through music magazines and the press. Now Greta Van Fleet is going through some negative reviews.

https://pitchfork.com/reviews/albums/greta-van-fleet-anthem-of-the-peaceful-army/?mbid=social_twitter&fbclid=IwAR3bUAx5xvcrrSyh01JeCVqHRMidh1EkUET3CCUUoUXdWALLfDnmG9FMO5M

I just laugh when people accuses them of sounding exactly like Led Zep. Yeah, Greta Van Fleet do sound like Led Zep some but there are other influences. In my opinion, Greta Van Fleet’s got their own original and unique sound. My question is, why is Greta Van Fleet always getting picked on for sounding like Led Zeppelin when there were so many other bands in the past that sounded like Led Zeppelin? What about bands like Whitesnake, Wolfmother, The Black Crowes, Aerosmith, Kingdom Come, Heart and even the White Stripes. How come those bands I listed didn’t get attacked for sounding like Led Zep yet everybody’s targeting Greta Van Fleet instead? Is it because they are young kids? I would say so.

Everybody wants to accuse Greta Van Fleet of ripping off Led Zep but I don’t see it as ripping off. It’s about playing music honoring your heroes and there’s nothing wrong with that ’cause bands do this all the time. Making music that sounds like their heroes. When a band sounds like another band, it’s not their fault ’cause they just play whatever they listened to over the years. It’s about inspiration, ya know?

You see when I listen to music, I go by my own opinion and my own opinion alone. I think Greta Van Fleet is a fucking sick band. They’re my favorite right now and I love what they’re doing. I love that Greta Van Fleet are trying their best to keep rock n’ roll alive and that’s what they’re trying to do. Whether you like their music or not, you should respect them for that.

I think “Anthem of the Peaceful Army” is a pretty sick album. I listened to it three times this week.

What made me laugh about that review above was that they trashed the band for the clothes that they wear and called them a costume band. Hmmmmmmm… looking at the Pitchfork website, it seems they mostly promote pop and R&B artists on there. Mostly pop stars who wear the strangest clothes and you don’t see Pitchfork calling them a “costume” act. On the Pitchfork website, they have female pop stars with big fake breasts and showing cleavages and stuff… yet they call Greta Van Fleet a “costume band”.

My advice to you is, don’t listen to Pitchfork or any music critic online bashing Greta Van Fleet. They’re a young band trying to keep rock n’ roll alive but unfortunately that’s not gonna make everybody happy. Just give the album a chance and give it a listen. I think the band is amazing and I would love to see them in concert if they ever play around here.

I rarely read music reviews but had to read this one out of curiosity since the whole internet was talking about it. Just don’t listen to Pitchfork and give the album a listen. Only go by your own opinion.

“A Star Is Born” soundtrack… it’s the best movie soundtrack I’ve heard in a long time! WOW!

So today while I was doing arm day at the gym, I finally gotten around to listening to “A Star Is Born” soundtrack. The movie soundtrack in which Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga both sang on for the hit film that is out in theaters now. The soundtrack has been number one on the Billboard for a couple of weeks now and I can see why.

I listened to the whole thing from start to finish and I LOVE absolutely LOVE every fucking song on it! You see, the soundtrack doesn’t just stick to one genre. It has something for everyone on it: rock n’ roll, country, pop, piano ballads, acoustic music, etc. I thought the songwriting was very impressive. I was also blown away by the vocals of Brad and Gaga… they both sung very good on it. I really think both of them should collaborate on a studio album sometime in the future and it would be really cool if they did. Would Bradley Cooper start his music career like a lot of movie stars are doing? Who knows. Anything is possible.

Get the album here, on Itunes or listen to it on Spotify:

Before you listen to the soundtrack, you should watch the film first, though.

You see, I rarely buy movie soundtracks. There are only very few good ones out there like “The Crow” in 1994 the Brandon Lee action movie, I think that’s one of the best movie soundtracks put together. Some other favorite soundtracks of mine are: “Terminator 2: Judgement Day”, “Bram Stoker’s Dracula” and “The Last of the Mohicans”… those are just musical score soundtracks, though.

Now you can add “A Star Is Born” to my favorite movie soundtracks list. I think I’m definitely going to be listening to this one a lot. My support for Lady Gaga has been on and off for a while. Not over politics but over music. My support for Gaga is back on again. She really is an amazing artist and she really is talented musically. She’s a real musician. She’s not like all the fakes out there. I’ve bought Gaga’s first three albums: “The Fame”, “The Fame Monster” and “Born This Way” but I stopped buying her records after that. I’m going to have to get her albums: “Art Pop” and “Joanne” pretty soon which I haven’t heard yet.

Lady Gaga is an amazing artist and now she’s moving on to acting it looks like. I was impressed with her acting in this movie too. Looks like she’s got some awards coming for this movie.

Does Roman Reigns really have leukemia or not??? I think not… it might be a work…

On RAW last night, Roman Reigns was the first one to come out in the ring to deliver a promo. During his promo, Roman says he’s been living with leukemia cancer for 11 years and says he has kicked it ass once. Now he says it came back and he’s going to take a hiatus from the company to battle leukemia again. Of course, Roman relinquishes the title as you see in the video above.

There’s a little controversial debate over this, though. There’s a bit of an argument between wrestling fans on whether or not Roman Reigns really has cancer. The question is does Roman Reigns really have leukemia or is it a work (part of a story line).

I look through some wrestling message boards and forums. Most fans are being compassionate for Roman by giving him his well-wishes and all that stuff; however, there are some wrestling fans that will think this is all part of a storyline aka a “work”. Roman having leukemia could possibly be all scripted and it wouldn’t surprise me at all if it turns out to be scripted ’cause why? It’s WWE. You really can’t tell whether or not things are true on WWE TV. You can’t believe everything you see on WWE TV, including this.

When some fans want to believe this is part of a storyline, they’ll get attacked by the other side who believes it’s real. The other side who believes it’s real will make arguments like: “Cancer is no laughing matter”, “WWE will not go this low since they deal with people with cancer” and blah blah blah. Yeah, WWE deals with bringing awareness to cancer a lot like with their “Make a Wish” foundation that they’re known for and their October breast cancer awareness month that they do. They believe Roman’s cancer diagnosis is real ’cause WWE does a lot of stuff for cancer victims. Yeah, it’s true that WWE does a lot of that stuff for cancer victims but that still doesn’t mean Roman’s cancer diagnosis is real.

What’s funny is that wrestling fans don’t believe the WWE will go way out of line with their storylines. Seriously? If they really believed that then they haven’t watched WWE in over a decade or so. This wasn’t the first time WWE went “out of line” with their storylines… check this article out:

https://screenrant.com/wwe-storylines-controversies/?fbclid=IwAR3vLlPy-9gC9Pu7rYef6q-ll2_j6CYoVkXC6ol7yAud2deJdXNDuxAwOSQ

Vince McMahon is one crazy guy and this guy will do anything for “ratings”, trust me.

You see, Roman Reigns has been one of the most hated wrestlers for a while. What gets me the most about this whole thing is how quickly the haters flipped from being a “hater” to a Roman Reigns “fan” after that speech. A lot of wrestling fans hated on Reigns so much through blogs and forums. I’ve seen fans bash the man like crazy over the last few years. I can see that they won’t admit that they hated the man… they keep making lies like, “I hate Roman Reigns the character, not the man himself”. They despised the man and they wanted him gone from the company. Fans hated Reigns ’cause they were tired of the WWE over pushing him so much, they also knocked his wrestling ability and gimmick. So now fans are all loving him now after that speech above? Oh please! The WWE tried all they could to get fans to stop hating on Reigns and now it looks like they finally found a way.

For the record, I don’t hate Reigns. Never did. I’ve always been a Roman Reigns fan and always found him a talented guy. He always put on exciting as hell matches. I just don’t believe his cancer diagnosis is real. If it turns out to be real then my bad, my heart goes out to him. I just believe it’s a work ’cause it’s leading up to something with the Shield, the wrestling faction with Reigns, Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins. Dean Ambrose turned heel last night at the show and a few between him and Seth Rollins started. Now Ambrose and Rollins will feud while Reigns will be off of WWE TV for a long while. Then I predict about a year later, Reigns will make his big return.

I know my opinion on this might offend some but I don’t care. We should have a right to believe whether or not this is a storyline and I’m pretty sure it is. Just wait. I just think WWE is up to something. I think they want Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins to feud on TV for a long while without Roman Reigns getting in the way, I think that’s what the goal is? They need to explain a way for Reigns to take time off of TV and him having leukemia was the best they could come up with. There’s no doubt in my mind that this a work, a storyline and I’m sticking with it.

This is WWE. A mostly scripted show… you can’t believe everything they do.

Natural Bodybuilders can’t get gains? Of course they can! Don’t listen to the bullshit!

This video is freakin’ awesome! I’m sure that you were told that you can’t get muscle “gains” naturally when lifting weights in the gym. If you’ve heard that, don’t listen to the bullshit. It’s just a misconception going around out there. Some will want to doubt you that you can’t build muscle naturally.

This guy on this video explains that you can build muscle naturally and natural bodybuilding exists. Natural bodybuilding may not be well-known but it is out there.

I’ve been lifting weights in the gym for like 10 – 15 years now, somewhere around that. Over the years I’ve gotten some pretty damn good gains. Before I started bodybuilding, I used to weigh 130 lbs. and now I weigh 144 the last time I stepped on the weight scale.

I’m extremely happy with my physique right now. I have pretty big arms, pretty big shoulders, decent size legs, I have low bodyfat and visible six pack. My back is pretty jacked as well. My pecs are improving now since I’ve been bench pressing in the gym every week. My forearms have gotten noticeably bigger too.

I never juiced on steroids. I also don’t mess with supplements and whey protein like I used to. I got the good physique just by training hard with high intensity, eat really clean most of the time and get lots of resting. Do all those three, you can get “gains”. If it worked for me, it can work for you.

I love natural bodybuilding. Natural bodybuilding isn’t well-known ’cause the mainstream fitness industry are still hung up on roided up bodybuilders. You can still get big naturally, though.

I am proud of how my physique is now but still have lots of work to do, though. I feel that I’m finally starting to look like an actual bodybuilder which was my goal all along.

Reasons why NXT wrestling is way better than RAW/Smackdown Live…

Man, I have become hooked to WWE NXT wrestling on the WWE Network. If you don’t know what NXT is, it’s like a third brand for WWE. NXT is a brand that brings in rookie wrestlers aka “new” wrestlers. WWE NXT is a weekly program on the WWE Network which streams every Wednesday night at 8 p.m.

I’m just starting to watch NXT every Wednesday night. I’ve started watching their NXT Takeover ppvs each time they have one but now all year long I’ve been watching older NXT episodes and trying to catch up.

NXT is a third band that was created by Triple H and the legendary Dusty Rhodes. Both of those men ran the show for a while but since Dusty Rhodes died in real life, Triple H runs the show all by himself now. Vince McMahon is not in charge of NXT, Triple H is. Vince McMahon runs the main roster which are RAW/Smackdown and the PPV’s. Triple H runs NXT Wednesdays and the NXT Takeover ppvs.

I’ve become really addicted to NXT wrestling and haven’t stopped watching. It’s just amazing stuff. NXT became really hot in the wrestling industry. RAW and Smackdown isn’t so good lately and I find NXT way better. Why?

I’m about to explain why…

  • Vince McMahon doesn’t run NXT: I’m so glad Vince McMahon doesn’t run the NXT brand. If he did then he would have completely ruined the show just like he’s screwing up RAW and Smackdown. Triple H is running NXT all by himself and I think he’s doing a great job.
  • NXT gives us more wrestling than storylines and promos: You know how on RAW and Smackdown those shows are 90% storylines and wrestlers cutting a promo most of the time? RAW and Smackdown usually start off with wrestlers giving a promo on the mic for a long time but on NXT they give us wrestling right away. NXT does have rookie wrestlers cut a promo out in the ring but not as much as on the main roster.
  • NXT storylines and feuds are more entertaining than the main roster: One thing for sure, Triple H knows how to keep people watching NXT. The writing on the NXT shows is so good.
  • Better booking of matches: One big reason why NXT is getting so hot in the wrestling industry is that the booking of matches are better than the main roster. NXT books really good matches during the Wednesday night shows and on TakeOver ppvs.
  • The wrestling is way better than RAW/SD: Another reason why NXT is so hot right now is ’cause the wrestling is really good. NXT puts on more exciting and fun matches than RAW/SD. Triple H knows wrestling and he knows how to put on a good wrestling match. He gets that from his own wrestling career. He wants NXT to have good wrestling and does a good job of that. That’s what the fans want to see is actual “wrestling” and that’s why they all turn to NXT wrestling.
  • NXT created better gimmicks and wrestling characters: Triple H and NXT are doing things that Vince McMahon couldn’t have done years ago. Yes, Vince McMahon created a lot of wrestler characters in old school WWE in the 80’s and early 90’s but now NXT is here, Triple has created some really good wrestling characters out of that brand. I don’t think Vince McMahon could have created characters like Bobby Roode, Asuka, Finn Balor, Shinsuke Nakumura, AJ Styles, Bayley, Elias, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre, etc. All those characters came from Triple H’s NXT brand and he continues to create even more characters like Aleister Black, Kairi Sane, Nikki Cross, Johnny Gargano, Adam Cole, Kassius Ohno, The Velveteen Dream, etc. This is another reason the NXT brand is getting so hot now is ’cause they’ve created some really cool wrestlers through that brand.

There you have it. I’m a really huge NXT fan. I’m late getting into the show but I’m having a blast watching it. The show’s a great wrestling series. I hope NXT stays around a long time and I think it will. They continue to get more popular as the ratings for RAW/SD continues to tank. More people are watching NXT ’cause they want to see “wrestling” and RAW/SD Live doesn’t give us wrestling anymore. When is Vince ever going to wake up and listen to the fans for once?

15 More Local Musician stereotypes… part II…

I did a post on a bunch of different musician stereotypes that are out there well I can come up with 15 more.

Enjoy the post!

  • The fund my album/fund my tour musician: These are the ones who are begging their fan base to fund their albums and even tours. I’ve never been a big fan of crowdfunding for projects if other people wanna do it so be it. Not my thing.
  • The not care about their fans musician: Unfortunately you will see some of these. Not all musicians and bands care for their fans. Many will be into music for themselves. Some don’t care to interact with their fan base online and even at the gigs. It’s worse at the gigs, though. Some bands don’t use their shows to hang out with fans at all. They just hang out in the back or leave right after their gig.
  • The lazy promoter: You will see a lot of these. Bands and musicians not doing shit to promote their music or live shows. They mostly rely on social networking and doing nothing outside of that.
  • Local bands & solo artists with a manager: In my opinion, you don’t need a manager when you’re just a local musician but some of them will have managers. I just don’t get it but if they want to have one so be it.
  • The play dress up for your live shows musician: Some bands and artists take their shows so seriously. They’re not fashion shows. What’s wrong with just wearing jeans and t-shirt on stage?
  • Musicians who think they are comedians: You will see some musicians who try so hard to make people laugh and that’s all they do.
  • That cute couple who plays in the same band or in a acoustic duo together: You will always see couple musicians out there. This happens all over the place.
  • The always hope to play in front of huge crowds guy: There will always be musicians hoping to play in front of huge crowds at their gigs when they shouldn’t worry about that. Big crowd? Small crowd? Who cares! Just give the show your best shot either way!
  • The very talkative musician: There will always be a musician out there who just won’t stop talking. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy talkative people but when they go on and on and on and on… ugggghhhhh… that can get annoying after a while.
  • The quiet musician, the one who always keep to him or herself: You will see some shy ones out there too like myself. I’m guilty of being the quiet one ’cause that’s who I am.
  • The musician who plays on stage like a zombie, always looking bored: Just standing there playing their instrument looking bored. Not smiling, not dancing or moving around on stage. You will see some of these.
  • The musician who has way too much fun on stage: You will see some musicians on stage who looks to be having too much fun. Running around back and forth on stage, doing stunts like jumping in the air, climbing on equipment, smiling throughout the whole show, etc. I can go on.
  • The musician who is extremely talented but he/she doesn’t think so: You will see musicians who are very talented at what they do but they don’t think so. They don’t like compliments and they are very humble people. They just do their thing.
  • The take a girl home after a show to get laid musician: There is rock n’ roll and drugs in music but there will be sex too. Just ask the band Kiss, they’ve been there.
  • The nervous performer: You will see some musicians on stage who are not all the way confident and they look nervous performing. Maybe that is why some of them play like a zombie, ya know?

There ya go, enjoy!

My deadlift form is mostly pretty good but I gotta stop hitting the bar against my knees when I bring it down, though…

Deadlifting is my favorite workout of them all and I love doing it. People say that my form is pretty good but there’s always going to be people telling me to correct a few things which I did. I do a good job lifting bar up and locking my body perfectly straight but I’m having a few issues bringing the bar back down to the floor, though. A lot of times the bar would hit my knee caps when I bring it back down and I’m trying to stop that happening. When I walk up to the bar when it’s on the floor, my setup is perfectly good but I’m still trying to bring the bar up and down in a vertical motion like you’re supposed to.

When you’re new to deadlifting, you aren’t going to be perfect at first. It does take some practice to get the form right. I think my problem is on why the bar sometimes hits my knee caps when bringing it back down is ’cause I keep bending the knees before the bar comes down and I got to stop doing that.

When I want to make sure my form is right or not, I’ll video tape my workout and post it online for all to see. If someone wants to point me out mistakes or if I notice mistakes, I’ll go looking through youtube for video tutorials on how to get the form better. In youtube, there are a bunch of great bodybuilding channels that teaches you good form. I can’t afford a personal trainer so I use youtube as my personal trainer, lmao.

Getting perfect form on the deadlift can be pretty tricky though ’cause there’s so much to learn. I got the form down on the barbell squat finally, just had to use lighter weight on that. I’m not a heavy squatter as of this point as I got tons of work to do on that still.

I think what I need to do in order to stop making the barbell hit the knees when I bring the bar back down is that I need to keep my legs locked and when the bar goes past the knees that’s when you can bend the knees. You want to bend the knees after you bring the bar down, not before. That’s my problem, bending the knees too soon and I gotta stop that. Next time I will.

The debut album of Greta Van Fleet titled, “Anthem of the Peaceful Army” is pretty great… amazing album really…

I pre-ordered the new Greta Van Fleet album titled, “Anthem of the Peaceful Army” and then I had it downloaded to my Itunes yesterday. Then I downloaded the album on my Ipod so I can listen to it at the gym which I did listen to it this morning while I did my back day workout.

This the band’s very first album. Before then, they released two EP’s. Their second EP “From the Fires” which I have as well became a huge hit and now they finally have their first record.

I was pretty impressed and was blown away with this album. The songwriting on the album was pretty amazing shit. I loved the album all the way through. Every song is great but I thought the best track was the very first track titled “Age of Man”. The track is pretty awesome.

All the musicians played the music very well but I’m most impressed with the singer’s voice. The singer is what made me a huge fan of the band to begin with. Josh Kiszka, that dude can fucking sing for sure… his pipes are impressive. Many are comparing him to Robert Plant but he has other influences too, though.

I’m interested in seeing how well this album sells in the Billboard charts. Could this album sell really high? Yeah definitely. It would definitely sell in the top 10 on the Billboard Charts but I don’t think it’ll be a #1 hit record, though… ya never know… it could hit #1, we’ll have to wait and see.

Yeah, rock n’ roll tries to make its way to the mainstream of the music industry but fails every time ’cause why? The only reason ’cause country, pop and rap music continues to dominate the industry. Country, pop and rap has been dominating the industry for over a decade now. The last time rock music took over the music industry was of course, the grunge era in the 90’s and alternative rock too.

After Greta Van Fleet,  I think rock could possibly explode in the industry again but we’ll wait and see, though.

This album is pretty sick. Greta Van Fleet are my favorite band right now. I’m not into today’s music industry that much but there are two of my favorite bands going which are Greta Van Fleet and Ghost. Both bands are fuckin’ amazing.

I’m still trying to keep up with new music the best I can, though. I don’t listen to new music that much. With that being said, the new Greta Van Fleet album kicks total ass. You should definitely get it.
