More on the Ultimate Warrior steroid debate…

Wow. I just watched that Nancy Grace vs. DDP interview that wrestling fans are complaining about. It’s quite interesting to say the least.

Anyway, I am still siding with Nancy that Warrior may have possibly died of steroid abuse. Ya know, I watch the Nancy interview with DDP… and when DDP and that other guy from WWE are making claims that Warrior looked “great” at the Hall of Fame appearance, I know they are pretty much lying as a way to defend Warrior. Other wrestlers and people from the WWE have seen Warrior backstage at the Hall of Fame and the RAW appearance… pretty much all of them said that Warrior wasn’t looking too good at all.

On top of that, Nancy listing all those wrestlers wasn’t really aimed at wrestlers who died of drugs/steroids. She was simply pointing out all the wrestlers who died at such a young age. Yes. Too many wrestlers died so young. It is controversial and it’s understandable why people would debate about it.

DDP claims that they all have had past steroid use and they no longer use ’em but if you watch Warrior’s interview on Hannity in the video below, Warrior just made a public confession on the show that he does use them but Warrior claimed that there is a huge difference between “use” and “abuse” when it comes to steroids. It seems like Warrior was trying to defend himself of his steroid use and he was trying to make it seem like it was okay to use steroids.

The officials claimed the autopsy report showed no signs of drugs or alcohol but they could be saying that just to settle down the steroid debate. Like I said, the Toxicology report still needs to come out. That’s when we will know.

It’s funny how the wrestling industry claims they don’t use steroids anymore when you know that’s full of shit. I bet wrestlers STILL use them to this day.

I think the reason wrestling fans get all upset over the steroid debate ’cause they simply can’t handle the truth. They don’t like hearing the fact that steroids may have possibly killed Warrior.

I’m still saying that Nancy Grace could be exactly right and wish people would stop attacking her. Like I said before, even if someone stopped using steroids… they can affect your health later in life.

If it turns out that the toxicology report shows that he had steroids in his system, expect the steroid debate to blow up in the media even more.

Once again, I hope steroids didn’t kill him at all but there’s a 90% chance that it did. There’s nothing disrespectful of calling out the use of steroids of people. It’s just the truth. It’s a serious problem in the bodybuilding and wrestling industry. Always has been.

DDP’s speaking voice sounds horrible, by the way. Are you sure he’s clean?

Why brutal honesty is good…

Yes. I know I can be a bit of an asshole online. I have no regrets. Have no problem with it. However, though, I never saw myself as a negative person online… I always saw myself as brutally honest. Yes, I know people aren’t gonna like me because of it but that’s their prerogative. I’m a brutally honest person ’cause that’s who I am and who I’ve always been. If something sucks or if I don’t agree with it, I won’t be afraid to say it.

It doesn’t make an honest person a bad person, though. If you dislike a person ’cause they tell the truth… that’s just your opinion. If you think this person is a bad person ’cause of his/her honesty, that doesn’t exactly mean everyone else will think so.

Being honest is good for ya. There’s nothing wrong with it. In this day and age of the internet, honest people are usually looked at as “trolls” or just a trouble maker trying to get people fired up.

Good things can come out of being honest. Over the years of my social networking and blogging, I’ve had a lot of people come up to me in person telling me that they enjoy reading everything I post. Not everybody dislikes me. Agree with it or not, I’ve got a lot of followers and supporters of my online web presence. People have followed me online throughout the United States and I even have some followers from other countries (mainly the UK). Plus in 2006, I’ve got a nod from the Metroland twice on my online blogging and that local newspaper are still fans of my online web presence to this day which is awesome. I also continue to get decent blog views and hits.

Even if people dislike me or what I call them “haters”, they are still following everything I do ’cause they can’t wait to read what I post next. Don’t lie about it “haters”, I know you do. Deep down inside, I know they enjoy reading the things I post even if they don’t wanna admit it, ya know?

People will respect you for your honesty. I know I’ve ranted about this before but I have no problem doing it again. The best bloggers are the ones who are brutally honest. People who aren’t afraid to tell the truth no matter the consequences.

I like being this way because it bothers me that I hold my thoughts in and a blog is a good opportunity to get it all out. That’s what a blog is for to write what’s on your mind. I don’t like being a fake person and like to keep it real. Doesn’t matter the topic, I’m honest in everything. Music, movies, politics, the entertainment industry, life, etc.

If  people don’t like your thoughts and opinions… don’t let them think it’s okay to control you ’cause I never allowed people to control my thoughts. I make an opinion on a topic and I stick with it no matter what anybody says. That’s how you don’t let people win. Never change your thoughts and views ’cause others don’t agree with it.

As for the local music scene, I’m honest with that too. I know I am pretty dislike-able in local music but agree with it or not, I’ve got a lot of musicians who have supported and respected me over the years. Some of them are fans of my web presence too. I thank them for that.

It’s good to be real ’cause nobody would pay attention if you aren’t. There are people who don’t take everything you do personally or seriously. If you don’t take it personally or seriously… you would find what I do enjoyable and entertaining. That’s part of why I do what I do. I do it to entertain people. Whether people like me or not, I do it for my entertainment and for my own amusement as well.

Never change who you are ’cause others don’t like you. You can’t ’cause it’s crazy on the internet. You don’t have to satisfy every person on here.

David Fincher is OUT of “Steve Jobs” biopic film…

David Fincher is out of directing the “Steve Jobs” biopic film that is going to be scripted by Aaron Sorkin. Why is Fincher no longer directing, “Jobs”??? Well it’s because Fincher wanted a $10 million dollar paycheck and he wanted complete control over marketing so Sony is saying no to both of those. Seems like Sony just fired his ass.

http://www.cinemablend.com/new/David-Fincher-Exits-Sony-Steve-Jobs-Biopic-42559.html

That’s good, though! I want Fincher to get to work on, “The Girl Who Played With Fire” and he needs to concentrate on “House of Cards – Season 3”.

Speaking of Steve Jobs, I just got done reading his biography book that was written by Walter Isaacs and it was an excellent book. Will this biopic movie be based on that book? Made me respect Steve Jobs even more now after reading it. Steve may have been an asshole over the years but it was his way of doing whatever he could to make Apple big and all he wanted was to make the best products. In the past, I was going to avoid Apple products like the plague but when I finally decided to check out the Ipad, I wanted one of my own so I got one. I also got the Ipod Touch which I also like. Turns out that Apple products is cool stuff.

Only thing though, will I get an Iphone someday? Nah, I don’t think I’ll ever get one.  I’ll just stick with the Ipad and the Ipod Touch. I’ll have to admit that both of those have been pretty addicting to me.

For the Ipad, I just get apps that can be pretty useful to me and the ones that are good. For the Ipod Touch, I just use that to listen to music. I will also admit that buying  albums off of Itunes have become quite an addiction to me. Can’t help it. I love music and willing to buy albums “legally” ’cause I don’t believe in illegal pirating. I like supporting the artist.

While I do like the Ipod, there’s a few things I don’t like about it…. 1) sound quality could be improved 2) buying albums from the Itunes store can take up a lot of memory on your PC. If Apple can fix those two things that would make them perfect. Other than that, I like Apple.

Harrison Ford does surprising Reddit AMA chat but of course keeps quiet on “Star Wars: Episode VII”…

Harrison Ford recently did a surprising Reddit AMA chat to promote his new Showtime show, “Years of Living Dangerously” and of course, his fans asked him a lot of questions about his past movie career mostly. Keep in mind that this chat will be VERY addicting as it is entertaining as hell. He must have been on Reddit for quite a while ’cause he answered a lot of questions. Of course, there is not one discussion of “Star Wars: Episode VII” which is understandable ’cause if he confirmed that he’s gonna be in it… this would have been big news. I’m sure Harrison is in “Star Wars 7″… Disney/Lucasfilm is probably ordering him to keep it quiet for now.

While he didn’t talk about Star Wars Episode 7, he did talk a little bit about the “Blade Runner” sequel.

Enjoy the chat here:

Edit to add: I tried to copy and paste my favorite responses but for some reason reddit didn’t allow it.  Oh well.

Warrior’s cause of death revealed… the autopsy report is out…

The autopsy of the Ultimate Warrior has been released today and it was discovered that Warrior died of cardiovascular disease. He had a heart problem.

http://abcnews.go.com/Sports/wireStory/ultimate-warrior-died-cardiovascular-disease-23322092

Now… this doesn’t necessarily confirm that steroids didn’t cause him to have heart problems. Steroid use CAN cause all kinds of heart problems. We still need to wait for the toxicology report to come out… that’s when they’ll find out if he had any drugs in his system. Whether he was still using steroids or not, past steroid use CAN come back at ya in the future. Steroids can give ya all kinds of health problems. Steroids are extremely dangerous and can kill ya.

I still hope that steroids didn’t kill him, though but still don’t be surprised if steroids was responsible.

What Cliven Bundy did was very heroic and inspiring…

What Cliven Bundy did was very heroic and inspiring. This man didn’t do this for himself. He did it to make a difference in America and fight for Constitutional rights. He had every right to own those cows and they were completely “legal”. Cliven Bundy and his team fighting back and was successful at getting the Feds to leave was pretty amazing stuff. He was also successful at getting the BLN to release the cows back to him.

This man deserves a Noble peace prize. I’m sure liberals and other people will have a different opinion on this. Some would think those cows were illegal for him to own and some would think he got away with it but no matter what you think of him… Cliven Bundy won. This man was very brave and had a lot of balls to fight back at our government. He couldn’t take no shit so he stood up for himself and the American people.

This felt like the Wild West. Like those Western movies… John Wayne or Clint Eastwood. I can absolutely see Hollywood making a movie based on this just like they did with Tom Hanks and Captain Phillips.

This incident is VERY similar to other incidents like the Benghazi attacks and Operation: F&F. So hopefully this is good enough to see that the government were responsible for Benghazi and Operation: F&F after to what they did with Cliven Bundy. You’re just working and living your daily lives and suddenly you get surrounded by armed men in a very quick time. That’s what happened on all of these incidents.

I’m glad the Cliven Bundy incident ended positively ’cause it could have been worse. There could have been deaths out of this and glad people weren’t hurt or even killed.

I’m afraid this isn’t over yet, though. I’m feeling the Obama administration and the Feds aren’t gonna give up on him. They’ll find other ways to get him. I feel for Cliven’s safety now, though. He could be next on Obama’s “mysterious” accident list.

Ultimate Warrior Collection DVD review…

Over the weekend, I watched the Ultimate Warrior Collection DVD set. I didn’t watch it all in one day. Friday, I watched Disc 1. Saturday, Disc 2. Sunday, disc 3.

The main reason why Warrior put out this DVD is ’cause like I said before Vince McMahon and others disrespected his legacy and acted like his past wrestling career was nothing special. That is why he never made it in the Hall of Fame until now. He didn’t want to get himself in the Hall of Fame until the wrestling business understood him. Now that they finally get Warrior, it’s the right time to get him in the Hall of Fame and release this DVD.

I would have to say that this is an amazing collection. It made me realize how much I miss the old days of wrestling. The old days of wrestling was amazing stuff. I remember watching most of this stuff as a kid as a lot of this stuff brings back memories. A lot of classic matches, promos and cool stuff on here.

In my opinion, Warrior was the best in the wrestling business. Guys like Hogan, Flair, Savage, etc. may have been great but Warrior had more personality than those guys. Warrior may have had a gimmick but he was a pretty realistic character. He was honest and very “positive”. That’s why this character inspires so many people. Warrior inspires people to be great in life just like him.

Warrior had many other great matches other than his Wrestlemania 6 match with Hulk Hogan. I thought his match with Randy Savage at Wrestlemania VII was one of his best matches too. His feud with Andre the Giant and the Undertaker was great stuff too.

This set is a must own for any wrestling fan, new or old. I was surprised on how honest this DVD was. It seems like this DVD was aimed at the “smart” fans ’cause it seems like that’s how Warrior was talking to on this DVD. When Warrior was introducing each match, you’ll hear him describe the behind the scenes stuff and you’ll hear him say wrestling terms like “heel”, “babyface”, “jobbers”, etc. Those words are smart fan terms. As usual Warrior is brutally honest.

It was a great DVD and I had a blast watching it. Man, I really miss the old days of wrestling. Today’s wrestling is garbage. It’s not the same anymore. I am an old-school guy. I like the 80’s wrestling and the 90’s Attitude Era. Those days were amazing. These days wrestling has turned into a dramatic soap opera for children and I can’t stand it.

What’s next after the Ultimate Warrior’s passing???

While we in the wrestling community still need to know how Warrior died — his autopsy and toxicology reports haven’t came out yet which will be quite a while but what positive things will come next after the Warrior’s passing?

Well, I do know that this coming Monday’s RAW will be a tribute show for Warrior. That’ll be a start. What about Warrior’s funeral? Will his funeral be a public one or a private one? Will Warrior have a private funeral and a public memorial? I’m sure Warrior’s family and WWE will plan a public memorial for Warrior ’cause they know that fans would want to say goodbye to their hero. Will there be a biography book about Warrior? (I’m sure a book is getting planned) A possible biopic movie? I’m sure people will always find ways to keep Warrior’s legacy alive forever. I’m sure people will make more documentaries and things like that.

I’m gonna feel bad for Warrior’s two daughters, though. They’re gonna have to grow up without their father around. Warrior won’t be able to see their two daughters graduate high school, college, get married, etc. Really is too bad.

I just watched Disc 1 of “The Ultimate Warrior Collection” DVD set last night and it was great stuff. A lot of memories. I’ll watch Disc 2 later tonight.

I’m really bummed about his passing.

I think the reason Warrior feuded with other wrestlers in real life ’cause they tried to disrespect his legendary career and Warrior didn’t like that. That’s why he feuded with Hogan and all those guys. Warrior was really passionate about his legacy and took it very seriously. He didn’t like his legacy being disrespected by others and he did whatever he could to defend his legacy. That’s part of the reason why he released the 3 disc DVD set, “The Ultimate Collection”, to show people that his legacy was something special.

Warrior never made a comeback to wrestling ’cause he wanted to keep his past where it is. If he made a full time comeback that would ruin his past legacy. He wanted to keep his legacy special. Most legendary wrestlers keep doing what they do by staying in the wrestling business but not Warrior. He was one of the very few who stayed retired over the years.

I’m looking forward to Monday’s RAW. Shall be a special show.

Sharyl Attkisson blows the whistle on the real reason she left CBS…

Welp. Here we go. Sharyl appeared on the Bill O’ Reilly show and she openly admitted the real reason why she left CBS Network. She says the real reason she left CBS because the network ordered her to stop reporting on various Obama administration scandals. Most notably: Benghazi, Operation: F&F, and Obamacare. She tried to get CBS to get the stories going but they said they were done with them. Which shows that CBS didn’t like stories that put the Obama administration in a negative light or if she got too close to the truth. This is also proof that the Obama administration has complete control over the news media. She was called a troublemaker and all that stuff.

http://www.mediaite.com/tv/sharyl-attkisson-i-was-called-troublemaker-for-looking-into-benghazi/

She did a great thing. CBS sucks anyway.

While today’s journalism is horrible she’s one of the very few that should be called a “real” journalist. If there was someone who would get the truth behind, Benghazi and Operation: F&F… it would be her. She’s a brave and strong woman. She’s got balls for sure. I respect her for her dedication on getting the truth behind Benghazi and Operation: F&F.

It seems like anybody who disagrees with Obama’s actions is called a troublemaker. I’ve been called that many times… LOL… so I feel ya, Sharyl!

People just don’t like hearing the truth that Obama may be a very bad and dangerous man.

Nirvana and Joan Jett perform “Teen Spirit” @ the Hall of Fame…

Here is Nirvana and Joan Jett performing together for the song “Smells Like Teen Spirit”. Bootleg video but you can still hear it pretty good. I really liked their performance quite a lot. Joan’s voice has similarities to Kurt’s. Joan is still sexy as hell looking and I would totally date her, don’t care how old she is now. I’ve been a Joan Jett fan for years and glad she collaborated with Nirvana. I think Nirvana and Joan Jett should go on tour together or play a few shows to play a full concert performing Nirvana songs. That’ll be pretty sweet. I doubt more shows with Joan is planned but ya never know. Nirvana seems to be collaborating with other artists lately so you may never know what they’re planning.

It sucks that Kurt is not around. If Kurt was still alive, I’m sure he would have been on stage instead of Joan and Lorde.
