Picked up new reading material while on my vacation in Cape Cod last week…

Last week, while I was on my Cape Cod vacation, I decided to go to the Cape Cod Mall to do some shopping for myself. Went to the Barnes and Noble store there and the store was pretty huge. The store was two floors and had escalators there.

I picked up these two new political books that just came out. One book is about the fake Russian collusion by Gregg Jarrett and the other one is “Liars, Leakers and Liberals” by Jeanine Pirro. Both of these books has been sparking a buzz in the political world so I decided to pick them up for myself. I’m looking forward to reading them. Haven’t started one of these books yet but I’ll get to them, though.

I love reading “Current Affairs” and political books. I’ve read a lot of them lately. Of course, I only read books that leans toward the right. I stay away from the left-wing trash.

Reading is one of my favorite hobbies. I’ve always been a book worm ever since I was a little kid. I’m a slow reader but I’m able to get through a lot of books somehow.

Did Sly just hint that “Rambo 5” is gonna be his next movie after “Creed II”??? Yes, it seems like it’s going to be his next one and he’s training hard for it…

Sylvester Stallone just posted a photo of him working out in the gym after getting back home from vacationing in Martha’s Vineyard over the weekend. In the hashtag he put Rambo 5. Does that mean he is filming the movie pretty soon? Well reports say that Rambo 5 will begin filming in Sept. of this year ’cause the film is slated for a Fall of 2019 release date. So yeah, it definitely looks like Rambo 5 is gonna be his next movie after “Creed II”. When Sly begins work on the next Rambo film, he’ll be off in a plane filming the movie in other countries like London, Bulgaria and the Canary Islands.

Look at Sly here… he’s looking fucking jacked… holy shit! Not bad for a 72 year old man! I think he has what it takes to play Rambo one more time. Also notice that Sly is trying to let his hair grow out again. He usually lets his hair grow out when a new Rambo film happens ’cause I guess they like having Rambo have long hair. I’m sure his hair will be long enough by the time Rambo starts filming.

The next Rambo movie is gonna be about John Rambo on the search for a missing daughter. She won’t be Rambo’s missing daughter, she’ll be a friend’s missing daughter. The next movie will be about Rambo battling sex traffickers which the plot sounds interesting.

I predict the next Rambo is going to be even more violent, more grittier and gory than the previous Rambo films we’ve seen. I think Sly said in the past that he wants to make the next Rambo film 10x’s more violent than the last one released in 2008. The Rambo film released in 2008 was really good but way too short of a film. Hopefully the next one will be a good two hours or more.

I think Sly will still be badass as Rambo after all these years. He deserves to play the character one more time. I grew up watching Rocky and Rambo films. Both characters are heroes of mine.

When they start composing the music for “Rambo 5” which is usually done after the movie is made, I hope they bring back the Jerry Goldsmith music. They should especially bring back the main theme, “It’s a Long Road” which is a theme that opened “Rambo: First Blood” in 1982. It’s a great theme, they should keep it for the next one. I love that theme with the arpeggiated riff in the beginning of it. I think it’s a beautiful theme song for a movie. I think they will open Rambo 5 with this theme.

Back from my Cape Cod vacation… back to reality…

Went to Cape Cod, Mass. for a week for a little vacation. Just to get away from everything and relax for a little while. Have some fun. Above are some pics of my vacation. Me enjoying the beach and me enjoying the Cape Cod rail trails on the bicycle.

It was a good time. Got to do a lot and got to see a lot. Yeah, I took a week off of lifting weights and bodybuilding over the week but I’m gonna go back to the gym tomorrow for arm day. Even though I took a week off of bodybuilding, I still tried my best to eat healthy most of the week and continued to eat a lot of protein. I also continued to do a lot of cardio throughout the week by going for a run on the bike trails, going for long bike rides on the rail trails and doing a lot of walking. I had to a lot of cardio while on vacation so I can keep fit and keep my muscular physique and not try to get fat. Of course, swimming in the ocean is considered cardio too, though.

What else did I do in Cape Cod? Well, ate a bunch of good food especially sea food, went to Heritage Park, went to Skull Island (which is a mini golf course, go carts and batting cages kind of park), went to Province Town (which I’m not a big fan of, btw) and I went to the Cape Cod Mall to do a little shopping for myself (picked up a few movies on BluRay and a few books).

If you want to see more of my Cape Cod adventure go to my Instagram ’cause I’ll be posting more this week:

Oh yeah and as you can see, I”m not afraid to go shirtless in front of everyone thanks to bodybuilding. I’m now being completely confident in being half naked in front of people and not afraid of it anymore like I used to be.

I also proudly wore my MAGA hat on my vacation. People don’t like it? No fucks given. Now that I’m back, I’m going to post more on the blog.

My hard work in the gym is really paying off, I’m getting great compliments on my physique everywhere I go now pretty much…

Like I said before, you know you’re going somewhere in bodybuilding when you’re getting a lot of compliments on your physique. I’ve been getting a lot of that lately. I’ve been getting compliments from mostly friends, family and acquaintances. I sometimes get compliments from complete strangers as well. I get a lot of people telling me: “Wow, you’re looking good”, “You’re looking really buffed lately”, “You’re getting bigger each time I see you”, etc. I get stuff like that.

You know how I respond to compliments? I try to keep it as humble as possible… when people tell me you’re looking buffed, I simply say something like, “I’m trying” and then I just laugh. When people tell me, “You’re getting bigger”, I just respond with something like, “Thanks, I really work hard and doing the best I can”. That’s how you want to respond to compliments ’cause you don’t want to be an arrogant jerk about it, ya know?

I love getting compliments on my physique. I can’t tell how my physique looks and I just let other people do the judging. I’ve had a lot of people look at me with wide eyes and they’re like, “Wow, look at you”. I’ve gotten a lot of that lately too.

All of this positive feedback of what I’m doing in the gym is what’s motivating me to keep going to the gym. It’s what’s helping push to the limit and go at it 4 days a week non-stop. I don’t know… maybe I should compete in a bodybuilding competition, lol… I’m actually kind of thinking about that but I think I’m too old for that kind of dream, though. I’m too old to be a fitness competitor or a fitness model or whatever. That’s okay… I just want to look great and feel great. I’m at a great time to be doing bodybuilding in my 40’s ’cause I want to try and have a really ripped physique when I’m 50 or 60. Could I look like Sly, Arnold, JCVD and Dolph when I’m 60? That’s pretty much my goal really. You’re never too old to have a muscular physique, though.

I’ve always wanted to have a muscular physique for many years and it’s finally working for me. I’m not gay at all, I’m 100% straight and love women but seeing all these muscular guys helped piqued my interest in bodybuilding and I’m going after that look myself. People didn’t think I could do it but I’m doing it and proving the doubters wrong.

Taking a week off of building all next week…

Starting tomorrow on Sunday and all the way to the next Sunday after that, I’m taking a whole week off of bodybuilding. Why? For a few reasons… 1) I’ll be out of town and going away for a little while. A fun little trip to do something for myself. 2) It’s good to take a week off of bodybuilding  once in a blue moon since you’ve been doing it most of the year.

I’ve been lifting weights in the gym non-stop all year-long with little breaks. In the past, I used to workout the 3 day a week routine but all Spring/Summer, I boosted it up to 4 days a week. I’ve worked out in the gym 4 days a week all Spring/Summer  non-stop. I deserve a little break and going to reward myself a little break since I did good this year. It’s good to take a week off of bodybuilding once in a blue moon.

A lot of people get tired of bodybuilding and lifting weights that they just give up for a while. Not me. Lifting weights is a lifestyle for me so I’ll never give it up. As goon as I get back from my week break vacation, I’ll be back at bodybuilding in the gym 4 days a week again.

This 4 days a week routine in the gym is going awesome for me and I vow to keep at it. I’m feeling ripped and feeling really good lately. Lifting a lot more heavier and feeling real definition all over the place. I’m getting results in the chest pecs finally ’cause I feel my chest getting bigger each week.

Time to take a little break from it all. Got to heal up the body and re-charge. I won’t lose muscle during that break so don’t worry. When you stop working out, muscles will start to atrophy in about a month or so. You won’t lose muscle in a week. Even though, I’ll be taking a week off of weightlifting, I’ll still do my cardio like go for a run or a brisk walk all week so I can keep my muscles.

I’ll probably not post on the blog at all during next week while I’m on my break but I’ll try to post more today.

Why are local musicians so douchey? Are there any friendly and humble musicians left nowadays???

I’ve dealt with musicians for many years; pretty much over a decade. I’ve dealt with musicians online and at the gigs. Too many local musicians out there have really douchey attitudes. Many are full of themselves, ego-driven, self-absorbed, naive and delusional. Always pretending to be something that they’re not. It is hard to make friends with other musicians nowadays, ya know?

It seems to me nowadays that in order to win respect with another musician is that you got to kiss his or her’s ass most of the time. Meaning that you have to respect their talent and respect them as a person. If you give them any kind of criticism, disagreements and all that stuff be ready for all kinds of backstabbing, betrayals and all kinds of drama. Like I said before, all musicians are different… they all have different attitudes and different personalities. Some are gonna be really nice and some are gonna be arrogant jerks.

I learned over the years that you can’t trust anybody in the musicians community. There will also be many that will pretend to like you but deep down inside, they can’t stand you. Whenever I talk about musicians with douchey attitudes, most don’t believe me most of the time. Most would point the blame on me is why they all act this way. There’s a lot of musicians out there with negative attitudes. I can easily sit here and name a bunch of names all I want but I’m not going to do that and won’t name any names.

No doubt that musicians are really sensitive and dense people. They get upset and angry over stupid things. It seems to me though that musicians with douchey attitudes has become more accepted nowadays. If you don’t act like a rock star and act like a douchey person then you probably won’t be accepted in the music community. That’s how cliquey it’s become lately.

The thing is there are too many musicians out there that think they are talented and just ’cause they play in a band and had some successes, they want to feel more important than you. That’s why a lot of them feel more superior than you… they obsess with their own self-importance. No doubt there’s a lot of narcissists and primadonnas in the local music community for sure, again not naming names.

I’ve had many musicians over the years supported me in the beginning but stabbed me in the back later and then I never hear from them again. That’s just life and that’s how crazy the musicians community can be. The musicians community is not always fun, there’s always going to be ups and downs. Watch who you trust ’cause not everybody is your friend around here.

In the past, I used to network in the musicians community and used to like meeting them. I still do like to meet local musicians but I’m gonna watch who I trust this time and be more careful. I learned that you should only support the musicians who truly believe in you and yes, I still do have some wonderful musicians who still has my back to this day. I’ve had a lot of musicians come and go in my life, lol… it just happens.

Anyhow, I’ve had many musicians who claimed to be supportive of my music over the years and then they became backstabbers later on. If you’re a backstabber then they weren’t true supporters to begin with and I’m fine with that. A loyal supporter wouldn’t stab you in the back at all and would always support you no matter what.

The musicians community is crazy especially the Capital Region. Yeah, nobody believes me and thinks I’m full of shit most of the time but I just tell things like it is. Tell things as I see it. The problem is many musicians around here think they’re rock stars and that explains why a lot of them have a douchey attitude most of the time. Many just don’t know how to leave their ego at the door which to me is sad.

I learned that when you want to play music, play in a band or solo acoustic or whatever… you leave your ego at the door. Don’t act like you’re better than everybody else ’cause you’re a musician. Yeah, you maybe a talented person musically but that doesn’t mean you have to act like a big shot about it. To me, musicians with a rock star attitude is a turn off and those are the kind of musicians I want to stay away from.

Kev

Why I stopped performing live shows… just lost interest in the Capital Region music scene is pretty much why…

Admittedly, I haven’t played live music shows in a long while and there’s a pretty good reason for that. I guess the only and simple reason is that I pretty much lost interest in the Capital Region music scene. In the past, between the years 2006 – 2010, I used to gig all over in the Capital Region. Play live acoustic shows all over the Region from Saratoga Springs to Troy to downtown Albany. I have played most of the well-known venues around the area in the past and opened for some other bands and shared shows with acoustic solo acts. Sometimes I’ll play gigs with just me being the only performer on the bill and I had a few gigs like that before.

So you may ask, why did I lose interest in Capital Region music scene? Well for a lot of reasons really. 1) It’s because there’s not much of a music scene to begin with, there’s nothing here. 2) There’s no sense of booking a show when you’re only going to play for a few people 3) I believe the Capital Region music scene is the most conceited music scene I’ve ever seen as I’ve been turned off by it of what I’ve seen over the years. Ya know, a lot of drama, a lot of bullshit and blah blah blah, you get the deal. This area has a lot of problems. I can go on all day about this. We have a pretty cliquey music scene it’s pretty crazy.

Honestly, I’m not so crazy about going out to play live gigs much anymore. There’s no sense of going out just to play to an empty venue which most of my past gigs were just that. I just wanted to go out and play and try to make a name for myself like everyone else.

As of this point, I’m just enjoying life… playing music still and just doing the things I want to do in life. My life is great right now. Yeah, I’m still playing guitar and making music. Learning new covers and I’m going to try to write new originals too. I’ll always make music but playing live at a venue? Screw it. A musician doesn’t have to play live if he/she doesn’t want to. Just make music and release it or just make music for yourself only, that’s all you need to do. Just enjoy. I don’t see myself as a rock star as that has never been my goal. There’s too many musicians in Albany living under the delusion thinking they’re rock stars.

I’ve been through a lot of crazy bullshit throughout the years of the Capital Region music scene. Ya know, a lot of haters and a lot of bad publicity and all that crap. I get all that when I started releasing my music publicly and playing out. When you want to get yourself in the music scene and interact with other musicians, keep in mind that not everyone is going to like you. You also can not trust everyone ’cause there will be a lot of backstabbing and drama going around. You know how you do your best when you try to support other musicians as best as possible and they wanna do nothing but hate you in return? I got that a lot throughout the years.

I was never afraid to say that this music scene here sucks so much that I lost interest and want nothing to do with local music pretty much. I stopped going to other band shows too ’cause I used to support other bands.

Yeah, playing music and doing something you love is tough and I know you have to do your best is to ignore all the bullshit. We have a pretty dead music scene anyways. There’s nothing here. Time to admit that truth.

Will I ever play live at a music venue again around here? I don’t know. Like I said, there’s nothing here. I try to follow the music scene as best as possible and there are pretty much no venues around.

I’m also not interested in playing a music scene when a music scene is very liberal with their politics. Most everyone is pretty liberal around here which includes most musicians and venues. That’s another reason why I lost interest. Bands and venues won’t stay out of politics and I’m so sick of it. So I figure, fuck it. Time to boycott.

While I have no interest in playing live again anytime soon, I still do plan on playing live on the internet ’cause I find that a lot more fun. I still do plan on doing a live home internet show. I just need to learn more covers and write more originals and I’m trying to do both.

I love music and it’s what I do so I’ll never give that up. Songwriting is in my blood and I want to write new songs again. I love making music for the internet and I prefer that way more.

Hulk Hogan celebrates his WWE Hall of Fame re-induction with fans in Clearwater, Florida… William Shatner should take note on how to treat fans in public…

Ya see, William Shatner should take note from Hulk Hogan on how to treat fans in public ’cause Hulk knows how to do it right! In this video, the Hulkster celebrates his re-induction into the WWE Hall of Fame with fans in Clearwater, Florida. The Hulkster stands out in the street taking selfies with fans of all types. Hulk takes the time to chat with every fan, smiling and being nice to them all.

https://www.pscp.tv/w/1DXxyYZLgAgxM

Hulk Hogan seems like a very nice guy to me as you can see in the video. I don’t know what the haters are talking about. Hulk  is very good with his fans and always has been.

Despite all the bad publicity and hatred Hulk gets in his life, he’s still very popular as you can see.

I’m glad to see the Hulkster being very happy again ’cause he does look very happy in that video. Hulk had a difficult past several years so he deserves to be happy again. There are always people trying to destroy this man and here he is still standing strong.

Hulk is not a racist and this video should be good enough to prove that ’cause Hulk is seen here taking selfies with black people too and even talking to them.

I’m glad Hulk is back in the Hall of Fame. Now hopefully he’ll be back on RAW soon.

William Shatner gets into twitter war with fans about signing autographs in public… he’s just another arrogant jerk in Hollywood… nothing to see there…

Some celebrities are great with their fans and some celebrities are horrible. They’re all different. While it maybe fun and exciting to see a celebrity you recognize in public and once you decide to meet him/her, you might feel a little disappointed after this celebrity treats you a little rudely. Not all famous people are willing to give out autographs in public places. Some celebrities are gonna have strict autograph policies.

If you see William Shatner walking out in the street, at a restaurant or at a store… it’s best that you leave him alone ’cause he won’t be friendly to you if you walk up to him for an autograph or a picture taken with him.

Shatner is willing to sign autographs and take pictures with fans but he only does that at things like conventions, charity events and book signings things like that. Events that you have to pay a lot of money just to get an autograph/picture.

Read this interesting article here:

http://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/2018/07/19/william-shatner-goes-on-twitter-rant-after-fans-call-his-autograph-policy-rude.html

Will Shatner maybe a talented man but no doubt in real life, he’s a bit of an arrogant jerk and kind of douchey. Not all celebrities are gonna be friendly. Just one thing to keep in mind.

Not all celebrities are pretty douchey to their fan base, there are a lot of celebs who are wonderful to their fans. There are many celebs that will be willing to sign autographs and take pictures everywhere they go even for free.

I find it kind of funny that Will Shatner makes a big deal about signing autographs/taking pictures with fans ’cause all that takes is just a few seconds to do. Shatner is just one of those who feels more important and more superior than you. Just another arrogant jerk and egomaniac in Hollywood. There’s a lot of ’em.

I find it hilarious when celebs complain about privacy when out and about. Seriously? You’re a public figure and well known, of course you’re going to get approached by people when recognized. Get over it, losers. If you don’t want fans bothering you in public places then stay the fuck home.

Barack Obama caught on camera saying, “the first sitting American president to come from Kenya”… is this a confession???

For many years on my blogs, I’ve been trying to show how Barack Obama’s birth certificate is fake but of course, liberal readers tried to debunk everything that was said on here about it. Well, Barack just visited Kenya again as a former president of the U.S. and he was caught saying this, “the first sitting American president to come from Kenya”. This is not a doctored video. Seems pretty real to me. This video clip was taken from an Obama speech in Kenya where a Kenyan website was live streaming.

Of course, liberal media completely ignored this and I’m sure liberals will try to continue to debunk this by saying, “it was taking out of context”, saying that he misspoke and blah blah blah. This isn’t fake and Barack seems to really say that.

This isn’t a big shocker to me, though ’cause I always knew that Barack Obama’s birth certificate was fake from the very beginning and my views still stand on it today. I always knew Barack was an illegal president and he should have never been president to begin with.

He should have been impeached and arrested for forgery and fraud, but too late for that now. He already served his full 8 years as president. He can still be arrested for that, though. Congress still can investigate him. Obama isn’t above the law. He isn’t god. He should be punished for all of his illegal actions. The man is a fraud and a criminal.
