Time for an oldie but a goody. One of my favorite tunes of all time. Just an amazing tune all the way through. It’s beautiful. One of those songs I can listen to 100 times a day and never get tired of it. I can do a cover of this one too and maybe I’ll videotape myself performing it.

Does Patrick Stewart finally have an Oscar coming for this role? That’s my first thought when I saw this trailer in facebook. Here’s the trailer for Patrick’s next film, “Match” which hits theaters January 14th. After seeing this trailer, I’m sold. I think I’m definitely gonna go see this one.
Patrick Stewart have been my favorite actor for years and this guy is bound for an Oscar at some point. He’s such a talented actor, I’ve been watching him in movies and TV shows for years. He spent years doing sci-fi and superhero films (Star Trek: TNG and X-Men obviously) and it’s awesome he’s finally doing something different.
Look like this movie “Match” will finally show his great acting chops. Patrick is awesome. I’m not sure if he’ll get nominated for this year’s Oscars ’cause it’ll be too late but definitely next years. Who knows, though? The Oscar nominations have never been revealed yet so we’ll have to wait and see. Shockingly enough, Patrick never won an Oscar and I don’t think he has ever been nominated for anything either.
This movie does look awesome, though even though I’m not really into these kind of movies too much.

Well, today is a sad day for America. Boehner predictably elected 3rd term as House Speaker. With a republican controlled House, it seems that most Republicans still support him sadly. We begged the GOP to vote him out and of course, none of them listened to us. When the GOP support a corrupted politician like Boehner that means they also support and agree with Obama’s policies and ideas. As long as Boehner is still House Speaker, then nothing is gonna happen to Obama. The GOP just turned their backs on America just by not listening to us. Fucking bastards.
I’m thinking of going independent after all ’cause I’m honestly fed up with both parties.

Man, I’m tired of Jack White headlining all the big festivals lately. I’m NOT a fan of the White Stripes or his solo career. Jack White is overrated as hell as I’ve never bought his music. Yet, another rapper headlining a festival.
I agree with Ac/Dc, though. Ac/Dc haven’t headlined a big festival in many years so I’m glad they’re getting the opportunity.
I used to appreciate and respect these big festivals like Coachella, Lollapalooza, Bamboozle, etc but they are becoming a joke lately. I am beginning to hate them all.

There’s John Boehner at the House on Capitol Hill. Yep, he predictably makes a surprise appearance… getting lots of handshakes and hugs. Unfortunately, he still gets a lot of support on the House floor so will he get fired today? Hopefully!!! I’m crossing my fingers and praying he goes today!!!
John is looking like a creep, though. Dark skinned and way too tan. Wow! When the results are in, I’ll post about it asap.

So that Richard Linklater movie, “Boyhood” is out on DVD already and right away, I went to the Netflix site and put the film on my “DVD rental que” so the film should be coming in the mail this week. When I get the movie in the mail this week hopefully, I’ll watch it to see what the fuss is about and see for myself on why everyone thinks it’s so great. Maybe I will like it a lot, who knows.
Also on my Netflix DVD rental que, I put on the James Brown biopic “Get On Up” for rental but it’s not available for rental until Feb. 3rd and I added the “Ghost In the Shell” anime on my DVD que too.
I also added a bunch of James Bond 007 movies on there as well ’cause I’m trying to re-watch all 23 Bond movies.
I love renting DVDs from Netflix and I love streaming movies/TV shows as well. Netflix is a good service, I don’t get all the hate.

Time to support a local band here. I love this band, the Lucky Jukebox Brigade. I downloaded their albums, “Familiar Fevers” and “Pretty Well Damned” from their bandcamp site and can’t stop listening to them. They really are incredible and I would like to get out there and catch them live at some point. Lucky Jukebox Brigade is one of the very few local bands that I love around here other than EBJ, Dryer, Wild Adriatic and the Parlor.

I’ve read Saul Alinsky’s book “Rules For Radicals” and even though I don’t like the guy at all, the book was pretty interesting to say the least. I read the book just for research alone. All of Obama’s policies and goals are Saul Alinsky inspired. You know back in 2008 elections about Obama’s speech about “Hope and Change”??? All that is Saul Alinsky too. Everything Obama have been doing is Saul Alinsky. It’s a book that teaches how to become a radical. This is the man that made Obama. “Rules For Radicals” book is pretty much Obama’s bible.
I read through the book and it supports Communism and Marxism all the way through. Some people say Obama is not a communist??? HAHA! Please!!!!
I really can’t stand the way liberalism is today, guys. It really has gotten out of hand and I used to have no problem with liberalism before the Obama administration. Before then, liberalism wasn’t all that bad. It’s really bad right now ’cause that’s how Obama wanted it and he was successful.
I’m really starting to hate discussing politics online ’cause of “liberalism”. It’s hard to escape from those people ’cause they’re everywhere. I am probably one of the very few who have never seen the “Ghost In The Shell” anime film and I probably should check it out so maybe I’ll rent the movie from Netflix soon. I know there’s gonna be a lot of Scarjo haters slamming her for getting this role but I think it’s a great choice. People accuse actresses like Scarjo and Jennifer Lawrence for starring in everything but that’s just a bunch of bullshit. How come American movie fans haven’t slammed the male actors for getting every role? Double standard? It’s predictable that the more these young actresses star in big films, the more hate they’re gonna get but they don’t give the males the same flak for starring in every role. When men slam these young women getting big movie roles, I think that’s a big sign of jealousy for sure.
Jennifer and Scarjo getting big movie roles lately is well deserved, in my opinion. Keep in mind these two gorgeous ladies didn’t get there overnight. They’ve been acting in film for many years. Back in the days when no one knew who they were.
Scarjo’s been acting in films since she was 9 so she deserves all the big roles.
The critics are also gonna slam this movie that they should get an Asian actress for “The Ghost In The Shell” role but they’re obviously heading into a more American direction. They want “Ghost in the Shell” to be an American live-action version obviously and I think that’s a good idea. The “Ghost In The Shell” character is sexy and has large boobs. Scarjo has that so I think she’s perfect for the role and looking forward to it.
Why do people have to be so opinionated and negative this soon? This is why I go by my own opinion alone ’cause I don’t give a shit what anyone else thinks. I don’t to have to side with popular opinion.
