Vince McMahon is trying to save football, he knows it’s a dying industry…

0215-triple-h-and-press-1200x630

When Vince McMahon came up with the idea of the XFL around the year 2000, I remember watching it on TV for a little bit. The games got interesting for a while then I stopped watching ’cause they gotten kind of awful and boring. No surprise to see that the XFL failed, but Vince is officially bringing it back in 2020.

I just watched Vince’s press conference about it earlier this afternoon and it was interesting. Already, the media started pressuring him about football players kneeling for the anthem and the flag and all that stuff. Vince vows that none of that is gonna happen. Vince says there will be a set of rules and all that stuff which will be good.

It seems that Vince is a die-hard fan of football and he loves the sport. He sees all this stuff going on at the NFL and Vince is probably like, “I can save football. I can do this”. NFL TV ratings declining and ticket sales at NFL stadiums are declining too ’cause all this kneeling.

Many WWE fans are saying that the XFL will fail again like the last time but I don’t think so. NFL is about to say RIP and go out of business soon. The XFL will be your replacement. The NFL has been about politics and social issues and Vince doesn’t want any of that stuff in the XFL. Simply put, Vince is saying that if you want to play football in his league… stand for the flag and if you don’t, you’re gone. Hear that Roger Goodell?

Vince says the new XFL will be much different than the previous XFL that aired back in 2000. It will be yet again, another revival and new look. New rules in the games and all that stuff. Could the XFL take over the spotlight of the NFL? I think it could yes. Those who refuses to watch the NFL over all the kneeling will probably switch to XFL.

Hopefully the new XFL does well next time and I think it will do well. Vince will learn from his mistakes of what went wrong the first time and if he doesn’t mess up, the XFL could explode.

This also means that Vince might have to stop being in charge of WWE ’cause XFL is gonna keep him busy. I’m sure Triple H and Steph will take over control of WWE while Vince is doing his XFL stuff.

Vince has balls for this, though. When I saw that press conference, he seemed very passionate and serious about this. If Vince wants to do something, he does it. The man is no joke. It’s not about the money for him at all. He wants to bring good football back for the fans and trying to save the industry.

I wish Vince good luck on this. I really do.

Yes, Hulk Hogan got in trouble for using the N word and saying other racist things on the sex tape but he’s no racist, get over it…

It’s interesting how people never “forgive” and don’t get over things. Some never do which to me is pathetic. When it comes to Hulk Hogan not being at RAW 25, WWE is sticking to their guns and vowing to never allow Hogan back to the company. Well I think they need to learn to get over it.

Many in the wrestling community have already forgiven Hogan, but of course, there’s this other half that haven’t forgiven and there are still wrestling fans out there who still despise the man.

Yeah, Hulk Hogan said some pretty racist things on a sex tape… I’m not afraid to admit that, but he’s definitely not a racist, though. Don’t judge the book by its cover. When Hulk said those things, I’m pretty sure he didn’t mean it ’cause he was going through some pretty rough times in his life. I mean, think about it… Hulk was going through Nick’s car crash which killed another guy and Hulk had to deal with all kinds of legal bullshit through that. Then he was going through a heated divorce with his ex-wife Linda.

I remember before Roddy Piper died, he defended Hulk Hogan and said he’s no racist.

http://www.tmz.com/2015/07/27/rowdy-roddy-piper-hulk-hogan-n-word-racist-nick-hogan-crash/

Now Diamond Dallas Page is defending Hulk Hogan and says he’s no racist.

http://www.wrestlinginc.com/wi/news/2018/0124/636277/diamond-dallas-page-on-if-wwe-should-bring-back-hulk-hogan/

I agree that Hulk doesn’t have a racist bone in his body at all ’cause he’s a very popular wrestler in the black community. He’s got a lot of black fans for sure and he proved that on his twitter page. If Hulk was really racist then he wouldn’t have been a tag team partner with Mr. T back in the old days. I remember Hulk and Mr. T used to be best friends… not sure if they still are now.

Sometimes when you’re going through some tough times in your life, you make mistakes. Everybody makes them. Hulk Hogan is human… he’s real like all of us. I wish people would stop negatively judging the man.

It’s been proven through court that Gawker was set out to make Hogan look bad and they were desperate to destroy him. I know I sided with Gawker before admittedly but what I saw in that trial, my opinions and views on this started to change. I began to see that Hogan is innocent after all. Hogan won the Gawker battle and proved that they tried to bring him down.

There IS something called “forgive” and “forget”. If we can do it then so can WWE. I think WWE will bring Hogan back, maybe they need more time to think about it. I hope they bring him back ’cause love him or hate him, Hogan’s a wrestling legend. WWE can try to ignore the man all they want, but you can’t take his legacy away. Hogan helped popularized professional wrestling. He was the one who helped turn the WWF/WWE into a big industry.

I don’t know why Hogan has so much hatred. I used to hate him admittedly but I felt bad about it and I don’t hate him anymore. He won my respect back. He’s not a bad man at all if you give him a chance. He’s very good with his fans too. Look at his twitter and social networking for proof on that. He replied to me on twitter a few times.

People just hate him out of jealousy, in my opinion and that’s the end of it. Jealous of him that he’s a wrestling Icon. They just want to be him. Sad thing is that the haters will never admit that they watch wrestling ’cause of Hogan. I know I watch ’cause of him. He was a hero of mine when I was a kid.

Fuck Gawker. I’m glad they are gone and that’s why Hogan won my respect back right there. I hope WWE patches things up with Hogan someday and I think they will. WWE already buried the hatchet with Bret Hart over the Montreal Screwjob angle and it took a long time for them to do that too.

Thoughts on RAW’s 25th Anniversary show last night, a review…

I’ve been watching Monday Night RAW for many years. I’ve been watching them from the very beginning anyways. RAW made it’s debut on cable TV on Jan. 11th 1993 and been on the air since then so technically it’s been 22 years. Not sure why they’ve been promoting it as 25 years. Oh well, I guess it’s just their sneaky little way of promoting the company. WWE has been hyping this show for months… the plan was to bring back a bunch of legends from the past who helped make RAW for what it is. Pretty much most of RAW’s recognizable faces were there last night. Everybody was there except there were a bunch of snubs and I’ll talk about that later on in this post.

Anyways, I thought it was an excellent show all the way through and I did feel nostalgic. Brought back a lot of memories over the years. I remember all the flashbacks from RAW’s older days and I remember every legend that appeared. This show was definitely one of the best RAW episodes I’ve seen in a long time.

I thought the best segments from last night were “The McMahons and Stone Cold” segment which started the show, The Dudley Boys appearance and the backstage segment with Chris Jericho and Elias. The rest of the show was real good but those three I mentioned were my favorite from last night.

As far as the McMahons and Stone Cold segment, it was just like the old days. Like I said before, the McMahon vs. Stone Cold feud was a very important part of RAW’s history. I had a feeling we’ll see some of that again and we did. It was refreshing to see heel Mr. McMahon back ’cause I don’t like McMahon as the good guy/baby face. I think he’s way more entertaining as the evil owner of WWE and he still killed it as the bad guy. Vince knows how to get the crowd to boo him for sure and did a good job of that last night. The evil Vince was a big part of RAW in the 90’s and up. Later in the years, though, Vince retired the heel Mr. McMahon character and went baby face. Last night, we just saw the return of heel McMahon which was great. Stone Cold giving the McMahons a stunner like the old days. Remember the old days during the Attitude Era when Stone Cold was feuding with the Corporation?

As far as the Dudleys appearance goes, they are my favorite tag team of all time. They really are one of my top 5 favorites. They were amazing last night. When they came out on the ramp, the crowd went wild. When the Dudleys used to be around, they always put on exciting as hell matches.

I’m glad to see Chris Jericho back even though his segment with Elias was very short, but it was still entertaining as hell. Hopefully Chris Jericho will be an entrant at the Rumble this Sunday and hopefully he’ll have a match at WrestleMania too. Jericho has always been my favorite.

The rest of the show was real good too. The backstage poker segment with APA, current superstars and the Million Dollar Man was entertaining as hell. I also liked the D Generation X segment toward the end.

As far as Hulk Hogan not being there goes… AJ Styles did do a Hulk Hogan impression during the Mean Gene Okerlund segment so at least WWE gave Hogan an acknowledgement. So does that mean, the WWE and Hogan real life feud is over? They’re on good terms again? I doubt it ’cause WWE is sticking with their guns on Hogan being fired from the company. They don’t want him back at all. Styles did that Hogan impression to keep the fans happy and that’s it. Apparently, WWE and Vince McMahon are still upset at Hulk over the Gawker/sex tape controversy. Well, they need to get over it already and forgive Hulk. Most of us wrestling fans have already forgiven Hulk since he was proven innocent and WWE should forgive him too. I think they will. They just need more time, I guess. I think Hogan will be back in time before the next WrestleMania hopefully.

As far as legends appearing goes, was there any big snubs? Yes, WWE ignored plenty. Many of RAW’s important superstars should have made an appearance like: Hulk Hogan, The Rock, Bret Hart, Ken Shamrock, Hardcore Holly, Val Venis, Stevie Richards, Molly Holly, Hurricane Helms, Diamond Dallas Page, Jake the Snake Roberts, Mick Foley, Vickie Guerrero, Edge, etc. Too many to list.

Why didn’t many of them show? They either couldn’t make it or wasn’t invited by WWE. I’m sure WWE wanted the Rock and they probably tried to ask him, but the Rock has a busy schedule with his movie career and stuff. I think the Rock will make another comeback before WrestleMania this year, though. He’ll be at WrestleMania again, I’m sure.

Looking forward to the Rumble this Sunday, but I have a feeling this Sunday’s Rumble ppv will be pretty disappointing as usual but hopefully it’ll be good. I’m definitely gonna watch it ’cause I saw every Rumble ppv over the years and usually watch it every year. The road to WrestleMania always begins at the Rumble. Hopefully the WrestleMania card will be good this year.

Anyway, what’s interesting about RAW 25 last night was that show gave an opportunity for the new roster a chance to perform with the legends which was special.

Last night was a great show and I’m sure it did well in the ratings. Many ex-wrestling fans who gave up watching RAW long ago probably watched it last night.

When it comes to professional wrestlers having problems and people judging them…

https://twitter.com/worshiprollins/status/953394578564046848

This is an awesome tweet that just came up on my twitter feed. Yeah, I do talk wrestling with some other fans on twitter which is awesome. This is probably the best tweet I’ve seen about wrestlers having personal problems and things like that. The tweet is so true, though.

Wrestlers really are human like the rest of us. On TV, they may seem like fictional characters but off TV, they are different. They are human. They talk like us, they eat like us, they have problems like us and they make mistakes like us. Yes, wrestlers have had problems with drugs and alcohol over the years. Wrestlers have had problems with sex tapes getting leaked. They’ve also have had problems with their significant others and spouses. Ya know what? This is something that is called “life”. Life is never gonna be perfect for everyone and the same goes for professional wrestlers. When someone becomes a professional wrestler, you would think that person’s life is all perfect and glamorous but not really. In real life, you would see that the wrestler are just normal people like us.

When wrestlers have problems, wrestling fans in the community would start negatively judging them. For example, stars like Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Paige and many others. Hulk Hogan is mostly judged than the rest of them and I find it unfair. Yes, admittedly I had a hand in badly judging Hogan for his problems outside of the ring but I’m done with that. Hulk is actually a very good man in real life, he just gets a lot of bad press. People negatively judge Ric Flair for his problems too. It’s crazy, ya know? People also judged Scott Hall for his alcoholism. Before Chyna passed away, people also judged her pretty badly.

With me, I try not to judge people for their problems. I just do my best by giving them love and prayers. That’s the best you can do, ya know?

When it comes to Hulk Hogan, a lot of times I felt sorry for the guy. He doesn’t deserve all this bad publicity ’cause that man is a wrestling legend. You can hate him or love him all you want to. That fact will never change. Hulk is a wrestling pioneer. Admittedly, I used to hate Hulk Hogan but I don’t anymore. You can’t hate someone forever, ya know?

When will fans stop judging wrestlers for their issues? Each time something happens to a wrestler in his/her personal life, it’s all over the wrestling news sites for the world to see. It’s sad. Sometimes this stuff makes the national news like all the stuff with Hulk Hogan and Gawker.

I think people need to show wrestlers respect ’cause they give us all this entertainment. Without them, the wrestling industry wouldn’t survive today.

WWE announces all the past superstars from RAW to make big returns to RAW 25th show this coming Monday…

Well, the WWE twitter page announced all the past iconic superstars from RAW who will be making big appearances on this coming Monday’s “RAW 25th” Anniversary show. I’m actually looking forward to this ’cause as a die hard wrestling fanatic, I’ve been watching RAW for many years myself. I’ve watched throughout the Attitude Era and I also watched throughout the Ruthless Aggression era (from 2002 – 2008). I still watch RAW today after all these years. Admittedly I do take long breaks from RAW every now and then ’cause sometimes they can get pretty stupid with their storylines. I remember taking a long break from RAW when all these “Celebrity Guest Hosts” was going on. That era was terrible, and I didn’t like the RAW anonymous GM era either. Other than that, RAW has always been a great show and still is.

As announced above: the Undertaker is making an appearance, D-Generation X, Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler will make comebacks as color commentator which will be amazing, looks like the nWo, the APA, the Dudley Boyz, Chris Jericho and Stone Cold Steve Austin will all be making big comebacks this coming Monday night.

Only thing that gotten me scratching my head is that no Rock and Hulk Hogan? The Rock and Hulk Hogan were both very important to RAW. Ever since RAW has been on the air, Hulk Hogan didn’t make his return to WWE until 1993. Then came back again years later as the black and white Hollywood Hogan to reform the nWo. That Hogan and Rock feud was pretty epic stuff.

Will the Rock and Hulk Hogan actually make appearances this coming Monday? Hulk Hogan himself said on twitter claims he won’t be there but I think it’s possible that he and WWE are trying to keep it a secret. The Rock said nothing about a one-off return but again, he could be keeping it a secret too. I think we’ll definitely see them both on RAW, just my prediction. WWE is trying to keep it a surprise. The RAW 25th can’t happen without the Rock and Hogan ’cause they were pretty important for the show.

While Hulk Hogan was a pretty important part of RAW, it wasn’t really him that made RAW such a huge show. It was really Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock and Vince McMahon that made RAW huge. Without the legendary Stone Cold vs. Vince McMahon feud in the 90’s, RAW wouldn’t have been around today. I think Vince McMahon will make a TV appearance on RAW Monday ’cause the Mr. McMahon heel character was what kept people watching RAW to begin with. Admit it, right?

I sure do miss the old days of wrestling, though. The good ol’ 90’s of RAW were pretty amazing stuff.

Will the Rock and Hogan be on this show? We’ll have to wait and see. It’s WWE. Anything is possible with them.

WWE superstar, Paige done with wrestling for good due to serious injury…

PaigeWWE

Some may say that wrestling is fake, yeah it is… I’m not dumb but injuries do happen for real in wrestling matches. Wrestlers careers have been cut short over the years due to serious injury. For example, stars like Daniel Bryan and Edge were forced to retire due to serious injury… those two guys can’t do it anymore sadly. Neither can Paige ’cause she’s done for good. Paige is a WWE star from the UK who just came back and already she’s injured. Turns out to be a serious injury and her doctors and the WWE are telling her that she’s not allowed to compete in a wrestling ring ever again.

https://www.wrestlingnewssource.com/news/50061/WWE-Reportedly-Tells-Paige-Her-In-Ring-Career-Is-Over/

I feel kind of bad for her ’cause she took a lot of sacrifices to leave her home country and come to the USA to pursue her dreams in the wrestling business… now it’s all over. Shame ’cause she was a good performer and she was getting a lot of popularity in the wrestling world. People were loving her.

I’m sure she’s devastated ’cause it seems that wrestling is in her blood. She loved the business for sure. I wish her the best of luck. Even though her wrestling is over, I’m sure she’ll find something different to do in the entertainment business.

Just watched the Chris Jericho vs. Kenny Omega match at Wrestle Kingdom 12… wanna see true wrestling then see this match!

The wrestling internet community has been hyping this match to death for a long while and I’ve been wanting to watch, but didn’t know how I would watch the match live ’cause this is a Japanese ppv event. This a Japanese wrestling company called NJPW and they have their yearly “Wrestle Kingdom” shows which is like Japan’s version of WrestleMania sort of. Well Chris Jericho was booked for a United Stated championship match against Kenny Omega @ Wrestle Kingdom 12 which just happened today. I think the ppv event happened earlier this morning ’cause it would be night in Japan… keep in mind Japan is on the other side of the world so the Time Zones are gonna be different obviously.

I saw the match Omega vs. Jericho and I’m like “Wow, what a freakin’ match”! I bet this match got Vince McMahon a bit jealous ’cause this match was 100% true wrestling. This is the kind of match you’ll never see in WWE. When I watched this match with Omega vs. Jericho, I definitely did not feel like watching a match that is for children. This match has all the things you’ll never see in a WWE ring: chair shots to the head, blood, flipping the middle finger, etc. In this match, Jericho is the heel and Omega is the baby face. I thought both men did a great job and this match will go down as a classic.

I’ve been a fan of Chris Jericho for years and my loyalty to him never stopped. Jericho does a good job playing both the heel and the baby face, but in this match Jericho’s heel character is different than WWE. One thing I like about Chris Jericho, he’s always great at changing his wrestling gimmicks over the years. Jericho has always been a phenomenal performer but this match was the best I’ve seen him in.

Take note, Vince McMahon. This is what wrestling fans want to see. It’s a good thing Japan knows what true wrestling is all about. This match was thrilling and exciting all the way through.

Will WWE sign Kenny Omega after this match? Who knows, anything is possible now.

Kev

Hulk Hogan deserves another chance in the WWE, come on Vince patch things up with him again!!!

Whether you like Hulk Hogan or not, either way, you have to admit that Hogan is an icon in the wrestling business. Hogan has always got a mix of love and hate over the years. Fans gave him a mix of love and hate. Even other wrestlers in the business gave him a mix of late and hate too.

I used to hate Hulk Hogan and used to think he was a piece of shit but I don’t anymore. I finally came to a realization that Hulk is not a bad man like many are trying to make him out to be. Hulk really is a good guy. I don’t see any reason to hate the man. After his whole feud with Gawker, it made me realize that Hulk was innocent over the sex tape controversy.

I would like to see Hulk Hogan make another comeback. Just admit it, we all watched wrestling on TV ’cause of Hulk Hogan. All those people who hate him out there will never admit that, though. Hogan didn’t invent professional wrestling, he just popularized it. Without Hogan, WWE wouldn’t have been here now. Without Hogan, we wouldn’t have gotten other wrestling companies such as WCW, ECW, TNA, etc. Hogan won my respect back.

http://www.businessinsider.com/hulk-hogan-will-make-a-wwe-comeback-2018-jim-ross-vince-mcmahon-wrestlemania-gawker-2017-12

With that being said, I would like to see Hogan back in WWE in some form. Whether it’ll be one more match or he could be a GM for RAW or Smackdown. Hogan was GM for TNA Impact once so he does the GM role pretty well. I used to watch Hogan a lot on TNA as well.

This weekend, I’ve started watching old WCW on the WWE Network and it’s all historic stuff. Hogan also helped made WCW pretty big. Started watching old WCW Monday Nitro and WCW ppvs. Good stuff. I love old school wrestling.

Yeah, once again Hulk deserves another chance so I hope Vince smartens up and give him one. I know Hogan and Vince had an on and off relationship over the years. Sometimes they’re on good terms and sometimes they’re not.

If Hogan had one last match who would he have his final match against? Well, Hogan said he wants his final match to be against Braun Strowman which I actually agree with. Hogan vs. Strowman sounds good to me. I also like the idea of Hogan vs. Roman Reigns.

I hope Hogan gets brought back.

Kev

Last night’s Survivor Series 2017 was mostly good except for that awful main event…

I watched WWE “Survivor Series 2017” ppv on the WWE Network last night. The ppv was pretty good. Most of it was real good except for that awful main event: Team RAW vs. Team Smackdown Men’s Elimination Match. The reason why that main event match was so bad is that the newer guys like the former NXT stars in the match didn’t get to do much. It was Triple H hogging the spotlight in that match which is what I didn’t like about it. Triple H made the younger talent in that match look weak: Finn Balor, Samoa Joe, Shinsuke Nakamura and Bobby Roode were all former NXT guys who deserved to shine on “Survivor Series” but instead WWE made them look like pussies last night. For a long while now, the WWE has been making those guys I named top stars in WWE and they all got buried by Triple H last night. Sick. Yeah, Triple H is an icon in wrestling but admittedly, he’s one of the biggest egomaniacs in wrestling. There was something about Triple H’s ego last night that I didn’t like. The only positive I can give about the match is that the match tried to push Braun Strowman and the match helped get him over.

I remember in the early 2000’s years in WWE, Triple was known to burying talent and holding them down… well look like he’s back into that which is sad. Those NXT guys that I listed above, Triple H was the one who helped them get to where they are now and Triple H wants to destroy them? Triple H is a semi-retired wrestler and only wrestles part-time now and it seems that he only inserts himself into big ppv matches. Another clue that he has a big ego problem. I like Triple H but if he keeps this up, he’s gonna lose my support again. That match was the worst “Survivor Series” main event.

On with the other matches on the card… the best matches of last night were The Shield vs. The New Day which opened the ppv and that match was pretty exciting. I love both The Shield and The New Day… glad they are finally feuding with each  other.

The Team RAW and Team SD Women’s Elimination match was also really good. WWE did it right that they gave Asuka the spotlight. She was freakin’ awesome last night. I’m such a huge fan of her. Love her so much. I continue to watch older NXT and WWE because of her pretty much. She’s such a cool wrestler. So far so good, WWE is using her right.

Brock Lesnar vs. Aj Styles was also surprisingly pretty good and I was skeptical of that match. Both men did a great job and didn’t think they would pull off a fun match like that.

Other than that, last night’s Survivor Series was pretty good… could have been better.

Kev

WWE is starting to get real good again, they usually get really good before “Survivor Series” ppv…

Well I watched the TLC 2017 ppv  last Sunday and I watched RAW last night to see what happens after TLC. I must say WWE is getting better. They usually improve whenever one of the big four ppvs come around: Summerslam, Survivor Series, The Royal Rumble and of course, Wrestlemania. Before one of those big ppvs, WWE have to get better to hype up those shows.

I was very impressed with the TLC ppv this year. TLC which stands for “Tables, Ladders and Chairs”. I enjoyed every match on that ppv, but of course, I think the best matches of that night were the 5 on 3 handicap TLC match (which was the main event), Finn Balor vs. Aj Styles and Asuka vs. Emma. Every match was good but those three matches I listed were the most exciting.

As for Asuka vs. Emma, I’m so glad Asuka is finally on the main roster. I’ve been watching older NXT shows ’cause of Asuka. I want to see every match Asuka did in NXT so I’ve been watching a lot of NXT on the WWE Network lately. I can understand why NXT is the hottest show on television right now ’cause the wrestling on that show is way better than the main roster. As far as Asuka vs. Emma goes, both women killed it and did a great job. I’m usually never that enthusiastic over female WWE stars, but I fuckin’ love Asuka! I just love her character, her gimmick and most importantly, she’s phenomenal in the ring. She’s already getting a lot of attention. She had her rematch with Emma on RAW last night and that was a great match too. Asuka is a female performer who actually knows how to wrestle, that’s why she’s getting so much attention very quickly. I think Asuka is gonna be around WWE for a pretty long time ’cause she’s gonna sell WWE a lot of merchandise. She’s already selling a lot of merchandise ’cause I’m seeing fans in the audience wearing Asuka masks and t-shirts. She’s absolutely gonna be the John Cena of the women’s division for sure.

As for Finn Balor vs. Aj Styles, that was one of the best matches I’ve seen in a long time and that’s the kind of wrestling we all want to see. Yeah, that match was “wrestling” all the way. It was a thrilling and exciting as hell match. Finn Balor is one of my favorites right now and so is AJ Styles. I’m glad those two finally had a match together. I’m sure those two guys will have more matches together… hopefully we’ll get Balor vs. Styles II for the next Wrestlemania ’cause that would be awesome.

As far as the main event match goes at TLC 2017 the other night, that was thrilling and exciting too. Kane is back as the big red monster again which is how we all want to see him. We want to see Kane as evil and dangerous, not weak and stupid. For the past years or so, WWE has been making Kane look weak and stupid for a long while. They make Kane lose a lot of matches, and I’m glad WWE is finally making Kane the way we want to see him. Kane is a great character, and we just don’t want to see WWE ruin him. I’m glad Kurt Angle got to wrestle again finally and yes, he still got it. Angle killed it the other night like he usually does and I figure he would put on a hell of a show.

As for last night’s RAW, that was an even better show. I see that WWE is going for another “RAW vs. Smackdown” storyline which is nothing new. WWE tried “RAW vs. Smackdown” storylines many times in the past but they fail each time they try. I hope they keep up the good work with this one. The ending for last night’s RAW reminded me back in the old WCW days when nWo took over the company in the 90’s. WWE tried experimenting with “RAW vs. Smackdown” storylines in the past and they also tried “WCW taking over WWE” which also failed. They tried nWo taking over WWE when Hogan, Hall and Nash first returned in WWE and that failed too., they also tried D Generation X taking over WWE and I remember the Nexus taking over RAW storyline which failed also. Each time WWE tries a group “taking over the company” storyline, it fails each time ’cause it’s a hard storyline to do. With all this being said, it was interesting to see the entire Smackdown roster turn heel on RAW, though. It was interesting. This could also lead to a match between Kurt Angle vs. Shane McMahon at Survivor Series and I hope that match happens. It was nice to see Shane turn heel again.

WWE is getting really good again and I’m liking the Survivor Series card so far too. Definitely better than last year. I’m actually looking forward to Brock Lesnar vs. Jinder Mahal too. Looking forward to Survivor Series.

I’m so glad that I got the WWE Network. Had it for a few years now and I’ve been addicted to this streaming service. I’ve watched every Wrestlemania on it and also I’ve seen every Royal Rumble and every Survivor Series. Haven’t started “Summerslam” on it yet ’cause I’m still watching a  lot of NXT on it. WWE Network is cool stuff for sure.
